"The new automatic check outs are problematic, having to call the assistant 3 times as a result for a relatively small shop! And the are squashed in at the end of two iles making it difficult at times to get passed"
"All the staff are very friendly and helpful , just recently I've had to use a mobility scooter, and go into the shop on it ,and they were so helpful, things are a lot easier now and I can leave it outside and walk round, but they are still as helpful"
"I shop here every week"
"Love this little supermarket"
"Tiny freezer section, tiny choice, not everyone wants or can afford to shop fresh every other day"
The new automatic check outs are problematic, having to call the assistant 3 times as a result for a relatively small shop! And the are squashed in at the end of two iles making it difficult at times to get passed. I feel the space has not been thought through!
All the staff are very friendly and helpful , just recently I've had to use a mobility scooter, and go into the shop on it ,and they were so helpful, things are a lot easier now and I can leave it outside and walk round, but they are still as helpful.
I shop here every week. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The store is a small in comparison with Bromley South and stocks a very limited range. There are at least two items I cannot buy here every week. Not a shop for foodies unfortunately
Love this little supermarket. My favourite things here are the picanti sardines in tins and the sliced white and spelt sourdough bread. You can buy sourdough elsewhere but Waitrose one is nicer. They also stock Chapel Down sparkling white wine.
Tiny freezer section, tiny choice, not everyone wants or can afford to shop fresh every other day....or was that the plan?.Whoever designed and signed off the referb. have not done the Waitrose brand any favours. Plenty of other supermarket
Had time to pop in here whilst I was waiting to pick up my daughter. I normally shop at the Sidcup branch, but found this a larger and less congested environment. It might be an illusion, but I got the impression that they may carry a wider
Not only is Waitrose premium priced Emporium. It is also one of the most complicated stores to do business with. Doing click and collect. You have to click and collect before you get to the store a couple of pieces of broccoli going to the
Staff without masks leaned over me to rescan my self scan shopping. I asked if they could do it without leaning over me and they and a manager told me the computer had told them to. When I pointed out that the computer had instructed a re
Nice sized store for a quick or large shopping trip. Shelves are always stocked and the staff are friendly. Being a Waitrose you are guaranteed fresh succulent fresh fruit and veg, high quality meats and a wide selection of other quality
I went in to buy some special flowers for my daughter's birthday but I wasn't sure what I wanted. Shalini was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with me and I left the store with some beautiful flowers. She is a credit to Waitrose.
Some of the staff stand around chattering by the till. When I was there they were moaning how they meant nothing as they hadn't had a covid jab! The staff on the shop floor were helpful. Those gathering round the till looked at you like
After waiting 20 minutes for my collect food order I called the store again to check I'd not been forgotten. Minutes later Chuck came out with a big smile and a bunch of flowers to apologies for keeping me waiting. What a lovely touch
Despite small car park there never seems to be a problem parking although I usually shop during the week. The groceries are good. Some items may be a few pence more than other stores but it is convenient. It has free broadband as well.
Felt uninspiring so just grabbed the 1 thing I went for and didn't even want to look around the store. At the self-scan checkout the "miserable" looking partner just stared at us.... Waitrose is deffo going downhill :-(
Appalling sell by dates and after sales customer services! The last straw was, I had picked up a lamb joint for Easter weekend on Good Friday, only to find out it went out of date the same day! (I would like to point
Good food and easy parking. Little high on the price of meat but handy for a quick shop. Careful at school time as the service can be slow due to how busy the store is. Overall happy with the service provided.
A newly updated medium sized supermarket with good parking and a huge range of everything. Wonderful, friendly staff with nothing too much trouble. Have used it for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Your store has finally won me away from the nearby convenience store on the other side of the green. Shopping judiciously I can now shop cheaper with you than co op. And the service is better.
Overpriced. The small increment in quality over the big supermarkets doesn't warrant the uplift. Also, no sourdough rolls. Thanks for the parking though. Never have a problem getting a space.
Clean store but didn't have all we wanted. Went in with a trolley and came out with a handheld pot of spice! Also hefty markup for this cost conscious age. But if you generally shop there ...
Great little supermarket. Always amazes me the array of products that are available here. Excellent, quality food & other items available here. Staff are always friendly & helpful too.
Good produce but it has long outgrown its size. Parking is an absolute nightmare, with few spaces and tiny bays. Look forward to car door dents. The supermarket however is ok.
Placed an Uber eats food delivery, including items for my sick child. Shop cancelled for zero reason. Don’t offer a service if you are not prepared to fulfill it.
Staff at the fresh counter were helpful and friendly which is the main reason we shop there each week. They have nice selection of fruits and vegetables.
Newly refurbished store selling a great variety of well known brands and produce but also more unusual ingredients, flowers, fresh fish and meat counter
Nice, clean supermarket but by today's standards a bit small. Also has pillars supporting the roof in awkward places reducing the width of the aisles.
Shout out to the super friendly security guard who makes my little boy’s shopping trips. Always ready with a high five every time he sees him :)
Managed to get all i needed to stay nearby for 14 days, having just arrived in UK. Vegi seems nice and fresh and prices ok for the quality.
Quick in and out for emergency shop. Haven't been in since a reorganisation of the shelves. I felt somewhat confused!
Always polite and good quality, just on the expensive side but can get some bargains if you turn up late.
Very nice shopping experience, if a little on the small side, still has a good selection of products.
Does not make 5-star simply due to the limited selection, especially in comparison to other stores.
Quite a small shop, but always seems well stocked. The new layout takes a bit of getting used to!
Wonderful experience Aiden the manager was so helpful and the ladies on the front destlk too
Very pleasant shopping experience; quality food and groceries; quick in-out parking;
The store is super, the prices are insanely pleasing, a frequent customer here
A nice little supermarket. Very polite and helpful staff.
Love this shop. Bit small but great selection
Very good supermarket, little bit smaller
Easy parking and friendly staff.
