The pharmacy department is so rude, they act like they don’t want to be there! Then they have two lines for drive thru no signs up after you sit there for 30 minutes they tell you that one is for Covid testing only, you have to go to the other line mind you I just sat there for almost 30 minutes and the other line has at least 5 cars in it! The inside they are so busy laughing and talking instead of getting the line down which is down the aisle they have at least 7 people back there with only one register open (it’s worse than Walmart) on top of that I went to pick up my meds they tell me I already picked it up…..how when I’m here to get it! They response was they had to look at the cameras okay several days later they tell me they gave it to the wrong person (all of my information is on the script) how is that even possible so I had to wait almost 7 days to get my meds when I had strep throat I needed the antibiotics!!!! I just had a major surgery a few days ago and now they going back and forth with me over my meds!!! The whole staff needs to be replaced it’s BAD!!!!

The pharmacist that corrected my prescription went above and beyond to assist me...she is who assisted me via phone. When I got to the store I followed her instructions and asked for her. Her professionalism and courtesy toward me was exemplary. I wished I could say the same for the custoner service team that took forever transferring her to me! The five stars are for the pharmacist that assisted me in my problem, June I believe is her name, she was of Asian decent, not WALGREEN'S!!!

Customer service is terrible. Called, staff would answer the phone but not say anything, put me on hold then hang up on me. It happened twice. Will not attempt a third time. My call was for the pharmacy!!

The service still requires great improvement! Long lines, out of stock medications, & abrupt, non chalant customer service continues to plague this location. Does anyone care any more?

Long lines and even longer waiting time for prescription to be filled. The worst experience ever. Nothing like Target's CVS, my previous pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen my 23 years on this earth. Very rude, long lines, got hung up 3 times and been on hold for 5 minutes.

The worst in history. Especially the pharmacy. Super slow and always got a line. Drive thru aint much no better.
