I went out for a walk this morning and saw Walgreens on my way home, stopped to take a look at a couple of items and was greeted by a sales woman. I asked her if they sold activity books, crossword puzzles specifically, and she said if they did it would be by stationary. I took a look, they weren't there so I was heading out. Some other items caught my eye and I was thinking I'd come back when I had my car since I didn't want to carry around bags. On the way out, the same woman asked if I needed help and then another man escorts me out of the store and tells me I'm in the store sweating and that looked suspicious, then I was not buying anything and creating a scene. I told him what I was looking for and he said o well we don't sell it here, maybe you need to go to CVS but don't come back in here again. I tried to keep myself composed cause my mind had many things to say but I just said sure and left. The way the people looked down at me like I was some drunk or bum off the street looking for a freebie was downright insulting. I went in as a future consumer and because of today I will never support Walgreens ever again. I never knew it was a crime to sweat in public after walking nearly 2 miles. I'd give this place a 0 if I could but 1 star is my lowest I can go.

Yo voy a este lugar por que encuentro lo que busco pero el personal de trabajo son agresivas uno pregunta por precios de los cosméticos y lo mandan auno ala caja y le responden de mal gusto a uno la mayoría de cosméticos no tienen ni precio y hay que estar preguntando .las que trabajan ahí organizando cosas. Son demasiadas agresivas para contestarle auno . En este legur. Ami esposo le robaron 30 dolares en una tarjeta de Amazon por que la tarjeta salio sin el codigo de barras. Y ni asi quisieron devolverle los 30 dolares por que dijeron que por que ese error estaba en Amazon pero mi esposo compro ahí la tarjeta y se icieron los locos , muy mal

I've actually been going to this Walgreens for several years but after today I'm switching. I called in a prescription and had to go in FOUR times to pick it up. Why FOUR times? Because the third time they gave me someone else's prescription. It was particularly annoying because they knew I was there for my third visit, so why they made such an egregious mistake with a customer they knew was already pretty ticked off is beyond me. The reason for the second visit was that they close for a lunch break on the weekends, which is not posted anywhere on their voice mail or elsewhere. Anyway, I'm going to change to another Walgreens, hopefully one that's a little less incompetent.

Their pharmacy has THE worst service ever!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!! I've got a call from their pharmacy saying my Rx was ready Thursday night. I stopped by the following Monday and still wasn't ready. I stood in their drive thru 30 mins. When i finally went in, there was nobody in line!!!! I was car #3 in line and by the time i went in there was 7 cars total waiting. The lady on the first car said the pharmacist hadn't even said "hi" to her. I'll never fill my Rx there. It practically ruined my day. THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!

The Pharmacy Manager, needs a prescription for her "Bad Attitude". Twice i've been to this Walgreens and twice she has had a rude and uncaring attitude. She works behind the counter serving people that require some type medical assistance by way of drug prescriptions. No customer should have to experience a "so called" manager have a attitude toward them for no reason. She requires training on Proper skills when dealing with the public.

Had an appointment for a COVID test. Took time off work, arrived 5 minutes early, gave my name to the attendant at the drive through, she tells me I have no appointment. I pull out my phone, show her my appointment confirmation, and she suggests that perhaps I cancelled my appointment because it's not in the system. I didn't. I ask if I can just wait for a no-show. She said no. So I took half a day off work for no reason.

Had my drive through covid test, but the staff wrote down a wrong requisition number therefore I couldn't get my result. Luckily I received an email update in time with the result so it didn't mess up my travel plan. Please be more careful with test requisition number in the future.

They do make a habit to know you by name and that feels good,fast service also well informed with the products they have in the store .

Terrible pharmacy, they say they will have your item the next day, don't even order it and then don't give you a courtesy call.

Good location. 24 h service. Big parking. Customer service is accepted but lucked of professionalism. Small pharmacy on back.

This Pharmacy is quick and taking care of you. I don't think I've ever had to wait for my medication for more than 5 minutes.
