I switched from CVS because of the service and it’s just as bad. My prescriptions don’t appear on the app. They treat me like a criminal. If you are not old and have an illness they approve of, it’s a dreadful experience. Like most pharmacies around here, mental health is not a priority. My doctor’s office is partly to blame, but the pharmacy exacerbates the situation. If you are always on the edge, you might try another pharmacy, because trying to get want you need to keep going, will leave you exhausted and ready to check out, so to speak. I was advised I couldn’t switch pharmacies because they will reject you. Welcome to Nashville. And if you have trouble hearing, good luck.
