I scheduled my Covid test here before my international travel. I am super satisfied as everything including drive through sample giving and the results were on time. I received my result next day in 26 hrs). I would highly recommend this store if you need to go for Covid test and you are in hurry for getting the result.

Prescription called in at 9am. Not filled till 1pm. Wrong prescription filled then sent me to a different Rite Aid because they ended up not having it. Pharmacy staff were very rude. I'm hate having to switch because it's so close to my house but I'm not going to deal with rude people.

I use to think highly of Walgreens compared to other pharmacies. Whoever is doing the hiring need to fire all staff and rehire because they customer service sucks and I’m not going to mention the wait times. I miss the days when companies really cared about what the consumer thinks.

Excruciatingly slow service. Cashier did not offer to help my disabled father with the large item he was forced to carry across the store with his teeth (!). Only reason this place is getting more than one star is that I was eventually able to get most of what I needed here.
