I used to love coming to this pharmacy, however this past month the experience changed drastically. I went through the drive thru to pick up prescriptions and waited 30 minutes at the window and no one ever came. I could see employees cleaning, throwing out trash, they would look at the security screen and see a big line at the drive thru and no one came to give explanation. During that time 3 vehicles left and several more took their place. I finally left. It took me three days to get prescription went inside and had to wait another 20 minutes before anyone would help as they were only doing drive thru. Today was the last straw, waited in line inside for 15 minutes before I was waited on, just to be told they would not be able to fill prescription until tomorrow because one of their personnel was leaving and it would only be her and the pharmacist, if I needed the medication I would have to go to the 24 hour pharmacy that's 20 minutes away. We had just left ER and needed the medicine. Customer service is really bad at this location.

I have always been treated Well at this Walgreens. But my recent experience was great With a certain young lady. I observed her name tag (Santana) and she was working at the makeup counter. I had come in on a Saturday a little past six to pick up a prescription for my daughter. I didn't realize it was closed early. So i proceeded to ask her if they normally close at that time. She called and asked her manager and confirmed that those were the normal business hours. I was a little frustrated because my daughter needed the prescription. She them suggested I call the 24 hour Walgreens and have them transfer it over to them. Genius! I would have never thought of that myself. I was not aware that that could be done. So I thanked her and I called them and what do you know, I was able to pick up her medicine that same night. Thank you Santana you are a great asset to Walgreens. I feel like you went above and beyond and deserve some positive recognition. Thanks again.

At Walgreens pharmacy (8011 Ventura Albuquerque, NM) An inaccurate data entry into their electronic prescription database (on the pharmacy behalf) led to not having a necessary medication processed, filled, and available for pick up when required. Prior to a Holiday weekend, there was no sense of urgency, attention or assistance in problem solving that would avoid being without my medication for an additional 3-4 days. I was met with the sense that the pharmacy could care less about this occurrence or what they could do rectify or even accept accountability for their errors. Perhaps the immense size of Walgreens's chain has allowed for and led to less concern for customer service and consideration of a patient's reliance on their pharmacy for reliability and consistency in providing medications. I have since changed pharmacies.

The pharmacist is unprofessional. I feel like he was flirting with the young female who was running the register. So he had a show to put on. Instead of consulting me he shouted some questions about my doctor to her. When she didn't want to ask me his questions he comes over and talks to me sharply like I've done something wrong. He asks if one doctor even knows about what the other prescribed. I said that doctor is one in the same. He says "that's fair" and hand waves me off. There were medication interactions he was worried about but I had to call him back to make him explain it to me. What a jerk. I attached the necessary papers to report him. It's findable online.

This Walgreens has THE WORST customer service of any Walgreens I've ever been to. They call you to say your prescription is ready, then when you get there they say it'll be ready in 2 hours. I'm sorry, but I've already planned my visit to the pharmacy around my busy schedule and I've got to go to work. They don't care about customers. Once I was asked to come inside and wait because it would be faster, which makes no sense at all. I only go to this location because it's less than a mile from my house.

I went into the Walgreens to purchase a few items I noticed a couple of thieves that walked in stole several bottles of hard liquor and no one did anything about it i asked them a question there answer we can't do anything about it. This was my worst experience I've seen in years and they even told the shop lifters God bless you have a great day. As a paying tax paying person I would imagine myself being in there shoes. Please can you get security help for this location.

My husband went in today to get some juice and after he paid he got profiled for wearing his pajamas into the store and was asked to show what he had in his pockets and shake his waistband to make sure he wasn’t hiding anything, all he had with him was his phone, wallet in his pockets and the car keys were in his hand. We’ve been going to this store since it was first built and this has never happened before. Severely disappointed.

The store needs to train their employees on coupon policy. Limit 1 per purchase doesn't mean 1 per transaction. It means 1 per item listed on coupon. Especially when the coupon also says limit 2 identical coupons per day it's obvious that more than 1 coupon can be used per transaction if more than one of the same item are purchased. Couldn't get the cosmetics cashier to understand this so I cancelled my entire purchase.

Horrible Pharmacy at Walgreens. Staff are very lazy! I called in a few prescriptions in beginning of the week and it's now Saturday and not all of them are ready. I understand some need to be faxed over in Order to be refilled and I was told on Wednesday the 12 it's the 15th and they did even bother to refax or call. LAZY I called yesterday to check on them and they could have called the doc then.

Went to Walgreens tonight to get some last-minute Christmas presents and brought my two sister-in-laws with me they're still teenagers and yes I may look young but it didn't mean they had to call IPS on us and have three or four people following us around the store the whole time it was very rude and it made me feel like I was discriminated against I will not be shopping here anymore.

In the alcohol section the lady at the register named Brianna is always rude and on her phone when I go in. For today example her manager was standing right there observing and didn't say a word. . I hate going to this location they act like your bothering them and once gave me back my change in literal one dollar coins like okay?

This local Walgreens is as good as any location. The store is clean and kept well organized for the most part. The selection of spirits is decent and they carry common commercial beer as well as locally made brews. There can be a bit of a wait sometimes depending on the day or the week, but that can be expected anyway.

WATCH OUT!!! Pay attention to the cashiers while they ring you up and don’t leave without your receipt there are a couple of cashiers that are cheating the system and are good at what they do. Not all are bad but a couple of them are stealing from their drawers

The pharmacy takes a really long time to have your medication ready or even assist you in the first place. I try to take my time coming to pick them up but every single time I get told to wait an extra 25-30 minutes because it’s not ready.

Customer service for store has improved greatly. Unfortunately pharmacy drive through is about 10 min per car.- edit- recently wait time per car at pharmacy has been very reasonable, about 5 min at most. Great job guys!

This is so ridiculous. Walgreens pharmacy closed at 7:00 pm. It says pharmacy hrs until 9pm . I will never return to Walgreens ever again. Change your signs.
