"STILL so terrible"
"The worst place in the entire world"
"A newer built Walgreen’s, so the design may be a little foreign to us old hats"
"My prescription was supposed to be ready by 11am today"
Pharmacy is inaccurate and not particularly concerned about it or about customer service when they make a mistake. My prescription is written by the doctor to not substitute due to past side effects. I also wrote not to substitute in the comment field when putting in a refill request to make sure this was very visible. Without asking me or having me talk to the pharmacist, they substituted it anyway, which I realized when I got home and opened the stapled-shut bag. I missed medication due to this, and then had to call multiple times to find out if the right pill ever came in (too hard for them to contact me and let me know, I guess). When it was finally available, they didn't even have it ready despite my having called ahead by several hours and their having screwed it up the first time, so I had to sit there and wait for it at the end of a long line. This mistake was inconvenient and annoying, not deadly, fortunately - but it doesn't fill me with confidence that they'll get more serious prescriptions right if they manage to ignore both the doctor's orders and customer requests without even a heads-up that they were giving me something different.
STILL so terrible. Went in to pick up 3 prescriptions. 1 had been called in by my doc 3 days previous, 2 I had refilled online 3 days previous. After waiting in line behind 7 people, I was told none of them were ready. When I *dared* to ask why, I was told that if i waited 20-30 minutes, they would do them. When I then asked how many times I have to ask for my prescriptions to be filled before it gets done, EVERY PERSON in the pharmacy (including the pharmacist on duty) got mad and said (i’m quoting) “we have like 800 prescriptions waiting by to be filled”, “we’re short staffed”, “you come here all the time, you know it’s like this, why are you taking your anger out on us?”, “You’re WELCOME to take your prescriptions elsewhere.” As someone who has worked retail, I cannot even express how unbelievable it was that employees would speak to a customer like that. So not only does this pharmacy location fail at its ONLY JOB, to fill prescriptions, but additionally the people working there fail at the most BASIC customer service skills. This location should just be closed.
The worst place in the entire world. They never refill prescriptions on the date autofill is set to, usually takes about 5 days after that day. This creates the need to either manually fill each time, or take 5 days off every month from my daily meds. However, manually filling a prescription takes about one hour in person, or two on the phone. None of this is the employees fault, this is the most understaffed workplace I've seen in my life. Avoid this place like the plague. If you have even a few medications you need filled each month, you will lose about five hours a month waiting on them (they cannot sync up your medications, no matter how many different people you talk to and what you do). Just dying a few years ago would have been easier than dealing with this pharmacy. Get out now while you're still young.
A newer built Walgreen’s, so the design may be a little foreign to us old hats. The Pharmacy attendants have all been friendly and prompt. I mostly use the drive through. Most Walgreen’s screw something up every two months, but other than app glitches that the store employees can’t be held accountable, they have not made any mistakes. The main part of the store is clean and well labeled. I got prompt friendly response when I needed a security case opened in the electronics aisle.
My prescription was supposed to be ready by 11am today. I went to pick up at 4pm. It wasn't ready. They said come back in 10-15 mins. Almost 2 hours later & it's still not ready. The drive thru person I spoke with the 2nd time was very rude. They kept interrupting me & speaking over me. I've never had this issue before. I understand how things might be stressful, but that does not mean you get to act disrespectful.
This pharmacy routinely cancels prescriptions without warning after making sure they are put in over the phone and the app. It may take you weeks to a month to get prescriptions filled. They need to stop accepting new orders. I have had weeks of delay on every single prescription I've tried to fill here and no one has ever noted that there are issues - they just cancel the order and delete the record of it.
If I could give a lower rating I would. The number of bad experiences I had here is ridiculous. For example, I just sat on hold for an hour and when I finally got through the person told me she couldn't hear me and hung up on me. The majority of the positive reviews are from more than a year ago and most of them just mention the move and say the new place is nice. Nothing about service itself.
You guys are doing a terrific job. These are stressful times and like so many businesses it's apparent that there is a shortage of employees. That's why I'm always impressed on the friendly service. We appreciate you. PEOPLE PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THE PEOPLE SERVING YOU. IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE IN A HURRY THEN PICK A DIFFERENT TIME. DON'T BE A A$$HOLE. BE THANKFUL OF THE PEOPLE THAT DO SHOW!
Switching pharmacies. Every time I call them am placed on hold for at least 30 minutes, minimum. It takes them DAYS to fill a prescription when other pharmacies in my experience have had them filled overnight. There is always a line, staff is in no hurry, and it takes forever to get what you need. Understand it is in a busy area but would recommend going elsewhere if possible.
Worst ever, slow, rude, uninformative. Hours are never what is posted. Closed all day Sunday. Closing early on Monday at 4pm. Phone to pharmacy, even worse. 2 hour wait on phone vers 90 min in person.Nemo the manager was not helpful, not caring, and worked harder to do nothing. Good luck, to anyone, and congratulations to anyone that has a better experience than me.
They are so slow to refill my prescription. Every time I call I am on hold for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes, usually around an hour before talking to anyone. Multiple times I have needed to persistently call and make sure that they actually work on refilling my prescription. Other places can refill things like this overnight, and do. It's so frustrating
Was on hold on the phone for 90 minutes just to ask why my prescription was taking so long just for them to say “I don’t know”. Doctor had to send it 3 times in 2 days before I got a fill. Waited 45 minutes in line to tell them to fill it and another hour waiting on it…. Will be choosing somewhere else in the future.
This place is just awful - period. Every time I have to get a prescription here it’s at least a 30 minute wait and then they’ve always screwed up the insurance or can’t find something. Truly pathetic. We’ve got one guy working and then the pharmacist offering zero help while they’ve got a line of 20 people.
I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past year. It was a rough start due to long wait times on the phone and staffing shortages. With every month the process of prescription fill/pick up has greatly improved. I appreciate having a Walgreens pharmacy so close to home. Thanks for all you do!
My prescription refill has been "in progress" for over six days. When I tried to call to ask what's going on, I gave up after sitting on hold for 90 minutes. There is something seriously wrong with this location. DO NOT send your prescription here.
This is the worst walgreens pharmacy ever. Every time I pick up prescriptions it take at least a half hour to get thru the line and the workers are rude. I always get an attitude from them. I am switching pharmacies
I was here to get some needles for my prescriptions over the counter @12:40PM. There was a line but it went fast! The Pharmacists were friendly. Definitely going there again.
Switching here from St Anthony Walgreens. Zero lines, extremely helpful staff. The Saint Anthony Walgreens is putting people in danger from not filling prescriptions.
Really just a poor walgreens. Badly staffed and stocked. Just seems kinda messy. I live around the corner and I'm definitely going to avoid if I can.
Waited 2 hours 2 different times and still didn’t get ahold of them to order refill of medications. Now I can’t get medications. Horrible pharmacy
Pharmacy is horrible, no longer allow costumers to use restrooms. This Walgreens has only gotten worse since moving locations.
Tried to fill up my prescription 3 times. 3rd time I got someone on the phone who seemed annoyed that I was placing an order.
2 stars is generous. They never have it ready and you end up having to either wait 30 minutes or coming back another day.
Worst pharmacy on the face of the earth. 30-45 min waits on the phone AND in person. Not a competent employee on staff.
Its Walgreens! Pretty empty on the weekend mornings and nights. Pretty nice weekend night staff too (currently).
Literally the worst Walgreens. Been on hold for 1.5 hours for a simple refill. They're never going to answer
Basically Hell on earth. Thankfully I switched pharmacies awhile back. I only wish I had switched sooner.
The pharmacy line here seems to move a bit faster than some other Walgreen's locations I have visited.
Mark the pharmacist is awesome! Thank you Walgreens for always being so great!
Try to fill my prescription the keep picking up the phone and hung up!!!!
Clean, staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Has parking.
Very friendly staff and get me my prescriptions as quickly as possible.
Nice place to hang out and a good selection of Jerky's and mixed nuts.
Nothing special. I do like the reward card, use it if you have one.
Under staffed, which makes them slow, if you ask me.
Better then the old one they must add a Redbox again
