I may only be a local guide here and the reviews below are seemingly negative but, let me reassure you. This Pharmacy had their $hit TOGETHER. Very satisfied with their customer service experience. Now, working in the CS “Customer Service” (for those that don’t speak our lingo) world I know a thing or two about CS. This place has it going on. Keep up the great work Charlotte Ave team. .

Horrible pharmacy. My prescription is never ready when I get there. I refill through the app the day before and still have to wait for it to be filled. Do not use drive thru because you will wait forever because they do not fill your order ahead of time. Anywhere is better than this location.

The pharmacy's hours of operation said they close at 10:00 pm but it is a lie. I was turned away at 9:40 pm because they were about to close. Horrible customer care by the pharmacist. Will never shop there again. I drove to the pharmacy at Harding and 65 and got my prescription in 10 minutes

Terrible! Sat at window for 15 minutes and two pharmacy employees passed it at least a Dozen times. We repeatedly pushed the call button, waived at them, and even sounded our horn. They completely ignored us! Several cars drove off. Very rude!!

I waited twenty minutes in the pharmacy window before I was even acknowledged. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

This place is horrible they are VERY RUDE you will wait hours for your meds DON'T GO HERE

Limited options. Doesn't even have almond milk.

Bums outside at all times.
