I don’t really like to write bad reviews but that cashier OLA or whatever her name is was Very rude all I have to say is these are the kind of people companies should avoid in in registers for customer service. I understand we are currently in a very hard situation but that doesn’t give her a reason to be rude and have no type of manners at all. She was just trying to look pretty and didn’t even want to touch people's stuff even tho she was wearing gloves. She didn’t said a word to greet or to ask anything at all. I really really can not stand people like her. My recommendation to her if she is reading this review is find a different job because customer service is definitely something you’re not good at all. If not our fault you have to work there if you don’t like your job find you a different one where people doesn’t have to interact with you.

Always friendly, willing to stay open a few minutes later if you get there at the buzzer. However I’ve been using this pharmacy for the last 15 years and they still don’t know my name when I show up. I know all of their names. I guess they juicy how do the people a day. When my husband switched jobs we had a three month period where we didn’t have insurance and they helped me find coupons and discounts so that I could still afford to get my diabetes medicine. That was pretty cool. They were more concerned about my well-being than the bottom dollar and that’s the kind of place that I want to do business with.

Not really sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Staff is always on-point and extremely accommodating with me. I love the q-tips they leave out for you to use on the keypad during COVID, too. The whiners in the review section here need to understand what a difficult job it is to work in a pharmacy, and the staff here does a terrific job, regardless. No issues whatsoever with this pharmacy. Only praise.

My regular Walgreens is going to Hobby airport; unfortunately the prescription is out of stick. I had to drive to the Walgreens at Westheimer and Weslayan. I found the medicine and I also found Great, GREAT customer service at the pharmacy counter Keep up the good work. You are awesome !!

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. There is always a problem and it's never their fault. They either didn't receive the perscription, don't have the medicine. My doctor sent the prescription 5 times and I never received it. Taking my business to Randall's pharmacy.

We've been waiting for one 1 h and 30 min for a vaccine.. what is the point of scheduling an appointment if they are going to take so long ?

Great pharmacists and staff at this location. We've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Great selection, clean, organized, and spacious. The pharmacy staff is helpful. Recommended.
