This specific Walgreens has gone downhill over the past several months. Especially in the pharmacy. Anna there is wonderful and the only saving grace outside of the pharmacy manager. However with that said I have two specific maintenance medications that I order every two weeks for one and every month for the other. They never and I mean never have them in stock anymore. I have taken these medications for years and have always ordered through them. I ask each time why they don't have it in stock and I get the same tired response, " the system is supposed to reorder automatically when we use the last of it but for some reason it hasn't." OK, a couple of times, I get it but after months why hasn't it been addressed and fixed? I can't be the only person facing these delays. So again why hasn't it been addressed and repaired if a malfunction in the system? As we all know insurance will only pay for medication at a specific time so I can't reorder a week or more in advance and then wait to pick it up because it would be returned to stock. Recently, I sent in a order online only to find 3 days later when I called to check on it that it hadn't even been ordered. The tech checked to see if it was in stock when I called, 3 days later! Good grief. I have now transferred all remaining maintenance medications and do not recommend this specific store at all. The staff in the pharmacy with exception of two, Anna and the manager are rude, unhelpful and act as if you are putting them out to do their job. I would avoid at all cost if you have a urgent need for medicine, chances are they won't have it or if you have maintenance meds that need to be refilled on a timely basis. This has been my experience and I have been a customer of this location for over 15 years.
As of this writing I have been forced to use Walgreens for more than a year as the preferred pharmacy of my disability insurance company. My physician's plan of care necessitates multiple monthly visits for a diverse and complex pharmaceutical regimen. Not once in at least 2 to 3 trips per month have my prescriptions been on time and correct. Corporate support is anything but helpful, referring me back to the same store management who was incapable of correcting the issue that prompted me to contact service in the first place. Fortunately for me my multiple meds are not immediately life threatening. However, I wonder how much other, less fortunate individuals have suffered as a direct result of this pervasive lack of competence coupled with a ubiquitous culture of condescention from clerk to corporate manager. I would be inclined to overlook the problems I've experienced if it were not so alarmingly frequent. If you have no viable alternative other than this location, for the health and safety of yourself and your loved ones I very strongly urge you to verify any medications purchased before taking them.
I am pregnant and needed a flu shot per my doctor so I decided to try Walgreens. They were not busy at all and there were no other customers when I got there. I still had to wait for about 10 minutes before the pharmacist came out with the shot. I understand that sometimes there are things going on that I’m not aware of so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She asked me which arm I would prefer and I asked “will it make my arm sore?” I am aware that some shots make your arm more sore than others. She responded “well it’s a needle going in your arm”. I found that really rude, it seemed like she was having a bad day and I really tried to be friendly but I will definitely not be going back. Normally I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but when it comes to something like a flu shot, knowing that parents are taking their children, some of whom are scared of shots, I just feel like someone in this profession should be a bit more friendly.
Not only are the workers here incompetent, they are rude and flat out ignorant. I went to pick up prescriptions that were sent there and after waiting for 1/2 hour behind ONE car, the woman in the drive through told me I don’t get prescriptions there and I’d have to pick them up at Golden Triangle, where she claims I always pick up my prescriptions!! I told her I had NEVER been to that pharmacy and she actually ARGUED with me about it, all but calling me a liar! We had to repeat my name and date of birth three times and she still didn’t get it right. So, I made a fool of myself by cussing and saying the wrong thing, but at that point I was so angry, it just happened. I will NEVER go back there, even if it is 1/2 mile from my house. It isn’t worth dealing with such awful people and such awful service. AND for the “person” that called me a liar… SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURE and think twice before you tell your customers that they are wrong.
Went to this Walgreens to pick up some photos I had dropped off over a week ago and thought they would be waiting for me. I walked up to the photo counter and the lady was on the phone for a good five minutes before acknowledging me and when she did, she didn't even look up or greet me she just said "last name?". After I told her my last name, she informed me that they didn't have my photos because they were still being processed. She said the processing place was already closed so they'll call them in the morning. I asked when my pictures would be ready and she said said she didn't have any idea. She didn't tell me they would call me when they were ready or when to come back. She was very rude and I still don't have my pictures. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to be treated like a value guest or want your stuff on time. I'm never going back here again. Worst Walgreens I ever experienced.
I’m not the only one on here who wishes I could give less than 1 star. I NEED a medication filled that I’ve been taking monthly for 6+ years. Given that it is not in stock everywhere I have to do my due dillagence and call ahead (which I did). The pharmacy happily accepted my Rx and told me to wait 15 minutes. I gave them an hour only to get a phone call 55 minutes in having them tell me they won’t (not can’t) fill it. This is by the pharmacists choice. It’s ridiculous. I drove 45 minutes to get there. Because it was a dosage change they didn’t feel comfortable filling it. Why pay the pharmacists nearly six figures to do nothing! This is what they are paid to do!!!! So, I go to another pharmacy and they had the medication in my hand in eight minutes.
Nice Staff, but a terrible printing job. It finished 2 hours after anticipated, and when we called they said they we were the only print job they had (80 postcards in b/w). I was fine waiting for a nice product, but...the quality is awful. We lined everything up in the app, and left an extra border around everything, but they are all irregular! There is a huge extra margin on the top of most, then they cut off the bottom, or sides- but in different parts on each one of them. Some postcards are missing part of the side, the bottom, the other side, there was no way to tell how to fix it because they are all different and wonky. I do graphic design for a living, but wanted to try their same day print services for quick family stuff. Never again.
I have used this pharmacy three times, and had three bad experiences! From mixed up records (they thought my three year old's address was in McKinney- a place we have NEVER lived- and eyed me suspiciously when I stated our actual address), to three hour wait times to pick up a simple prescription for antibiotics, to refusing to dispense my sister-in-law's medication because of a clerical error on their part (requiring her to make ANOTHER visit to her Dr.), it's just been bad. It appears that they are completely disorganized and understaffed. Do yourself a favor, and go across the street to the CVS. We've had MUCH better experiences since switching to them!
If there was less than one star, I would have loved to give them a minus. Got the most ridiculous service. I went in there and took a passport photo for an official application, I printed 4 cos I didn't have enough money that day. The lady said they keep them on their system for 7 days and I can get a reprint of the rest within 7days. Got there today to print the last 6 copies and the guy said they only keep them on for 3days. I needed identical photos meaning whatever I printed b4 goes to waste and I need 10 all over again. No apology for misinformation, total waste of my time and money. Ludicrous!!!
I have yet to speak to anyone in the pharmacy!! This is the second day in a row that I have called and not gotten ahold of anyone. I am currently still on hold for 11 minutes at this moment and they have picked the phone up twice, and without saying a single word put me back on hold. Unprofessional. If you are busy I understand! But when you pick the phone up try saying "im sorry can you hold a moment please?" Yesterday I called 3 different times and one of the times I was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally hung up! Absolutely ridiculous!! I will be switching pharmacys.
I’ve worked in retail before so I get that it can be stressful and/or overwhelming but customer service is something employees should always keep in mind. I walked up to a worker to ask a question, but he rudely told me he was on break and “I should ask somebody else”. I get breaks are super important, we are all entitled to one, but no need to have an attitude and act like you’re above it all. If you don’t want to be at work, then don’t come, no need to bring those bad vibes to others. Grateful that one of the pharmacy ladies and photo center helped me.
Terrible service only one person multitasking in between photos and cashiers while two other staffs in blue Walgreens shirts in back. They refused to help him and I was told to go to another Walgreens pharmacy for service. Staff in blue even have attitude towards us when we walk out. They need to fired that person and give the job to people who wants to keep their job not weekend helper.
Terrible Pharmacy- I’ve been waiting to receive my COVID shot for 50 minutes now and I had an appointment, not to mentioned they made me complete the same paperwork that I had already completed online. Don’t waste your time unless you have time to waste. The “pharmacist” behind the counter are to busy chitchatting about their relationships to do their job correctly.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are not helpful and constantly mess up prescriptions. Even if you call to make sure your prescription is ready it will be wrong. The manage is not helpful or willing to fix the problem. They have no accountability for their actions and have no clue why there are issues when it is them causing all of the problems.
I was waiting at the drive thru today 1-16-15 with my sick child with a fever of 103.8 and no one acknowledged that I was there. I saw two people walk up to the inside counter after I had been sitting there and they were helped before I was even acknowleged. They need more customer service training and more help.
I wish I could rate this location less than 1 star. The pharmacy is always backed up. I am not sure if they are under staffed in the pharmacy or not but it's awful! No one that works in the pharmacy ever seems very happy. I really hope they can improve this location! I really like Walgreens at other locations
The cashier at front was polite and friendly. I found what I needed. But the website is misleading, due to pricing on website are low and at the store it’s double the price. Since you already googled it on the site because you need it, you are left with no choice to purchase.
Don’t go to this location if you want your photo orders made correctly. They messed up my order 2 times and never once apologized or offered any decent customer service. I ended up just getting a refund and will not be ordering here again.
This Walgreens usually does pretty good, and thankfully it is the one right down the way from the house. They really have always had what I need. Now, did I pay $15 for four bags of ice? Indeed, yes I did. Did I realize that I could have
This Walgreens needs to address their pharmacy issues. They’re never stocked with the medicine our PCP prescribes us. Their pharmacists always look annoyed to do their job. It’s actually quite annoying. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
In the store the people are great and help you a lots. But on the web site it is temporarily down all the time. I go into the store and they help me a lots but I had rather do it at home and go pick them up.
Not sure why the negative reviews. The store is always clean, I've never had a significant wait at the pharmacy, and everyone I've ever interacted with at this store has been helpful and friendly.
The Pharmacy was very helpful and the woman up front was very kind and had a pleasant smile when greeting me Overall very satisfied. Thank you so much for all of your help team! …
Worst pharmacy experience. My prescription was postponed and while I was waiting two women were openly talking about how much they enjoy being rude to customers-myself included.
The service is TERRIBLE. Completely unhelpful. There was a problem with my prescription every month. I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I will never go back.
Came to pharmacy to get flue shot and was told after waiting 45 minutes that they are still working on it and few employees talking on the phone with no customers
Used to be very good but now they are uncaring and don't communicate well regarding automatic refills my wife's prescription was cancelled and they never told us.
If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy is horrible. Terrible customer service. Staff seems to be confused and pharmacist is impatient and rude.
I went there for eye drops for my wife. Her eyes were really burning and irritating. Got the pricey ones for $24 it definitely helped.
yesterday the lady very sweet, helpful with my birth control pills thank you for the pleasant experience …
Went to print some photos and the worker was so rude and basically threw my photos at me.
Just spent 56 minutes on hold before I hung up. FIFTY SIX minutes. Nobody is that busy.
Very sweet pharmacy section. They always get my prescriptions handled quickly
Service can be a little slow at times but they generally are well stocked.
Debra in the Pharmacy was amazing and provided excellent customer service.
Very slow. Went for a quick shot but nothing quick about the experience.
this company supports the insane, useless mask mandates. stay away.
Any handy cap person no attention from service person at all.
They are extremely slow and customer service is not good.
