Great pharmacy if you love waiting! This must be the most disorganized pharmacy I've visited. Tried them twice. First time was at the drive thru window. We checked in online and waited about nine minutes behind two other cars. When I pointed out to my wife that no one had appeared at the window at all to help the first car in line, she gave up and went inside. She waited another six minutes but finally got her prescription. Anyone can have a bad day, so I decided to try them again. I went inside and waited 12 minutes behind two people. Mind you, these people's prescriptions were ready and there did not appear to be an issue with their orders. They just took forever. Here's their process... once you give your name they disappear behind the shelves. You can hear them talking to the staff, and if you wait long enough they'll come back with your order. Then, while you attempt to figure out how to insert your card into their reader, they turn around and talk to the staff some more. They really believe in self-sufficiency here, because despite the fact that everyone had trouble with the card reader, they didn't actually help anyone with that. Just took it as an opportunity to, you know, get some stuff done. While the line got longer and longer. Unfortunately, my Lucky pharmacy closed and we have to find a new spot. But after visiting the Kooser location twice, this will not be it.
This is a review of their pharmacy specifically. I consider myself a relatively patient person. I’ve worked in retail and food service in the past. As a result I do everything I can not to be the type of rude, impatient customers I’ve had experiences with myself. However, without exaggerating, nearly every encounter I have here I would consider terrible customer service. I don’t know who’s training these employees but they have an immediate response to everything. They are lazy and will not take any extra steps to resolve issues for customers. I’ve been to other Walgreens pharmacy’s where in the same situations I’m referring to they will take those extra steps instead of me having to call my insurance (again for the same issue as last time where the pharmacy made the error), having to confirm over and over again that my doctor called the prescription in, etc. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.
After purchasing a thermometer and testing it in my car which never left the parking lot I noticed the unit was defective. The sale was tendered not more that 30 minutes ago by the manager Dennis. When I returned and spoke with Dennis showing him the unit was defective. Dennis ripped the package open saying I was the one who ripped it open. After testing the product and verifying it is defective he refused to replace it or return the payment to my credit card that was used to make the purchase. Dennis stated that since the receipt is digital he would only give me store credit. After 30 minutes of not accepting store credit and requesting the refusal in writing we came to an agreement for an even exchange. The business practices of this store is just morally wrong, refusing to replace defective products and having to go back and forth for 30 minutes just replace a defective product.
I am very disappointed for this Walgreens. My sister needed to use bathroom. She has a condition where she gets bathroom attacks and will need to use one immediately. When she asked to use their bathroom, the Manager on duty started to literally yell at her. Not only did the Store Manager yell at her, one of the other employees yelled at her too. This happened about 12:00 pm. To make matters worse, TODAY IS HER BIRTHDAY JANUARY 13, 2023!!!!!!!!!!!!! She just turned 64!!!!!!! I cannot believe Walgreens would not let a Senior Citizen used the restroom when she had this emergency!!! They could had been used a nicer tone of voice and not yell at her at the top of their lungs, AND THIS WAS HER BIRTHDAY. She was out shopping for a Birthday present for herself.
This pharmacy is the hardest working folks I have witnessed and have always treated me well and have helped me through 4 surgeries in just the past 5 years and through multiple procedures I have had to have during The past 15 years. The only issue ever is how long you have to wait on hold when you call or in the drive through because they are understaffed. They were so busy during covid that cars were backed up to the street . I truly hope they all got raises. The deserve recognition for being good people and hard workers.
Terrible Pharmacists. They also do not answer the phones. On hold for over an hour, then they hung up on me. So I call back and drive to the location while on hold. As I am waiting in line, I see the pharmacist pick up the phone and hang up on me right in front of me!!! I couldn’t believe it. I let him know how unprofessional and just wrong it is, they didn’t care. His reply “Sorry” Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!? What a joke. Reporting him to corporate as well. Shame.
Worst drive through ever!!!! We made an appointment but waited like almost an hour. And there was only 1 person in front of us. It really sucks for my kid to wait for such a long time. This is not the first time. Management please address this issue. If the appointment doesn’t mean anything here, please take it out completely from your website. And we still haven't received the result. It's already passed 48 hours. Please be aware and don't come to this place
Wonder why Walgreens is not able to fix this store? Is it not company owned? Maybe it a 3rd party franchise running it's own circus? Rude, inefficient, ill-mannered, disrespectful, unreliable and irresponsible team to be running such a critical business which above all needs compassion and empathy. Many people who visit here are unwell or suffering from some pain, not good to cause them more pain. Walgreen Corporate - Have a heart and wake up please!
Excellent help from pharmacy staff. We go there once in a while, when kids or us are ill. Best is to not need the doctor and medication but when we did the pharmacy staff helped us greatly, expedited the prescriptions, explained any possible drug interactions, etc. They were outstanding on answering all our questions. Staff the I interacted with more and thus I remember their names are Delia (pharmacist) and Thea, Tech. But all were excellent.
I know this pharmacy can get busy and at times they might be a tad short staffed (who isn’t right now), but they have a woman who’s the pharmacy director there who recognizes me when I come in and even just called me to ask if I need any of my prescriptions refilled. It might be hard to get through by telephone sometimes, but I’m taking the time to write a review to say keep that girl around! She’s great!
I scheduled both flu and COVID vaccine for my 8yo online, only to find out when I arrived that they were out of stock for both. When I asked why would the website allow me to make a reservation in the first place, I was told that the store inventory does not connect to the reservation system and it is "by design". This is very inspiring to me as I never would have thought about it that way!
I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this chain yet! I visit frequently and enjoy the bargains available. Drug store? There are more interesting goods on display, IMO. Decent stock of basic necessities from snacks to work accessories to household items. Take a look, make a list of things that catch your eyes. You will want that shopping basket, trust me.
If customers ask to use the bathroom because of medical condition, normal people would allow it. I was told that the bathroom is for coworkers only, not for public. Customs are not general public, especially the ones that ask for an exception due to urgency. In general, refusing to accommodate person with medical condition is inhumane.
The pharmacists are either cruel or really vapid. Go anywhere else!! They’ll actually screen your call and not answer if you’re trying to get a hold of them about something they don’t want to hear about. The pharmacist that helped me today would be more suitable as a prison guard. Horrible people and place.
i'm very satisfied. This walgreens was very supplemental and pleasing. The service was fine. I just wish you had the arizona mango iced tea but i got the arizona mango drink which was fine. (don't mind my opinion on the arizona mango iced tea thing i just needed to get that out there!) I love you walgreens!
I am traveling and needed my prescriptions. Walgreens allows you to transfer your prescriptions to another location to collect the prescriptions that are available. Also I was overdue in receiving one prescription but this location got it. They were fast and friendly!
Waited on hold to speak to the pharmacy for over 30 minutes only to be greeted by an extremely rude pharmacy worker for absolutley no reaon. When I requested to speak to his supervisor he hung up the phone. This is definitely not the way to treat your customers.
This is my neighborhood store and I love it. The staff in the store, photo, and pharmacy are all great. Amel in the pharmacy helped me out with my little pup, and Carrie in the photo department is always on top of my photos. I'm thankful they are there for me.
Waited 20minutes for help getting into a locked case, pressed the help button 3 times and asked the cashier for help... She called for customer service and yet again nobody showed. Had to leave without what I needed …
Drive through is terrible. I made appointment in advance and has been waited in line over 45 minutes. Still not yet. By average, every drive through client they need 15 minutes. Terrible horrible not coming again
The photo service are below the average. They most of the time paper. The representatives are nitpicking on every details with no customer awareness. I wish I would choose CVS for the photo printing.
I came here early Sunday morning and received great customer service with my photo order pickup. Very polite and helpful staff. Thank you!

Slow through the drive through, not helpful, and took twice as long to process tests as stated, making the test useless.
Website says they close and 10pm today. Drove here to get some medicine for my child. It's 9:30pm and they are closed!
