"Pharmacy Operations Manager" told me I couldn't leave my paper prescription with them 4 days before it was fillable, which I was doing because they take time to call and verify it with the doc and the fillable date is over the weekend. She said they can't hold the paper, and I said that sounds made up and asked to talk to someone above her. She told me she was the highest, but after questioning her further she reluctantly gave me her bosses name in the pharmacy, Shawn. I was pretty nice for being lied to, definitely did not take anything out on her despite her trying to avoid working. So today I call Shawn and explain to him why I can't bring it in over the weekend, that I need him to call the doctor and verify it by the end of tomorrow or the doc won't be in and it'll result in having to wait even longer. This guy ignores all of that, tells me that he told me last time that he cannot fill this prescription by itself, but he never told me that at all.. He backpedaled and said he "must have told my doctor then." And before I get a word out about it, he decides to tell me that he isn't filling anything for me because of the way I treated him and his "Operations Manager." Never once did I swear at either of them. I voiced mild frustration with the arbitrary changing of policy, and moved onto the issue of my doctor. Shawn listened to his "manager"(who clearly misunderstood our exchange) and lied about having told me things that he never told me at all, misrepresented my behavior and told me I cannot fill there anymore. No basis in reality for his decision, absolutely abhorrent treatment of customers with actual problems with his staff. Never yelled, never raged, voiced the smallest amount of frustration with the situation and asked to talk to someone above his shift manager pretending to be the head manager. When your pharmacy messes up this bad, and you dismiss customers, that's a problem.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with a pharmacy! The technician and even more surprisingly the pharmacist herself were completely unprofessional with me today when I was trying to get my prescription transferred back to their store from Publix for a refill. When I called the pharmacy, I was told from the rude technician that I HAD to provide the phone number for Publix or she would not be able to transfer my prescription. When I nicely explained to her that I was standing in Publix in a grocery aisle and could not look up the phone number and provided her with the address of the publix, she refused to look up the phone number for me. What would have taken her 10 seconds of time and customer service, she just refused to help me out. When I kept explaining that I did not know the phone number, she kept getting ruder and our convo escalated to where she transferred me to the pharmacist who gets on the phone and decides to try and give me a tongue lashing herself. When I try to explain the situation I was in and that her technician could have just looked up a phone number for me, she disagrees and wants to keep arguing with me. Horrible customer service!!!!! I see why you have so many negative reviews. The common denominator is YOU and your lousy technician. Hope corporate decides to make a change if enough of us talk about it and stop filling our prescriptions with you. You can't treat people like garbage and expect them to come back to you....we will all go elsewhere.

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for years. I had an issue where I was dispensed 3 months supply of RX, only to realize within the last week, I was short 15 days worth of this RX! When I contacted this store, I was treated with a smug & condescending attitude by several employees, including the pharmacist, herself. This is NOT a controlled substance, but it is actually DANGEROUS to abruptly withdraw from this RX. The fact I have been experiencing many of these symptoms did not concern the staff, at ALL! No offers to assist with this situation or any suggestions were given. When I asked to please speak to the manager, I was abrasively informed the manager was off & stated NO one was acting in that position in their absence! I was also told I would be "wasting my time contacting my insurance company or doctor" in efforts to attempt to get a resolution. She actually stated she DID have the authority to speak for my insurance company & NO situation or circumstance would be offered to me. Rude, uncaring & unprofessional is overwhelming at this store! Hopefully, I will not progress to the withdrawal symptoms of seizures before I can get any more of my RX. Would be a medical emergency situation which could have been averted or at least dealt with in a more kind or helpful manner. This pharmacist & her staff obviously have NO concept they are dealing with real people with real medical issues. As a RN, I am ashamed they would be considered part of the healthcare professional community!!

I went to Walgreens to pick up my mother's prescription. I just got off of work very tired I go to the pharmacy had my backpack in the buggy and I took my small purse out because it's not bulky and I didn't want look like I was steal. So I go to the back and there was a woman in front so I'm waiting and started playing with my phone until she was done. So I walk up and I here a code being called for the pharmacy and it was no one but me and that lady there so I know they called the code on me. The lady leaves and I go to the counter and tell the clerk what I wanted and she gets on the phone and cancelled the code. So I am very insulted at this time. She asked if I needed a bag I told her yes don't you think so since you called a code on me. She told me yes with a smile. I told her I worked at a store before so I know a code is being called on someone and how insulted I was about that she just smile. That was no smiling matter it was racist you think because if my color I'm going to steal. I was going to do some shopping but I said forget it I'm not spending my money at this place again and I changed my mother's pharmacy.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy of all time. I've had them refill incorrect medications, get extremely upset with me when I asked them to fix it, tell me to come back hours later because they were too "busy" to fill a prescription they'd had for hours, lie about my DR sending over a prescription. On top of all of this, they are always rude, without fail. Day or night, Monday or Wednesday, rain or shine, the staff is always incredibly rude. The only reason I keep coming back is because it's close to my house. I should prob stop torturing myself and use a different pharmacy.

Wouldn't give medication to my girlfriend because of her black and phillipian skin color. Will make you wait a week for medication imperative to health. With a chestshire smile and condescending attitude will make you feel like you're a drug addict. The girl head pharmacist has a god complex, where the only power she has in life is making customers wait for an obscene amount of time. Find any other pharmacy or Walgreens just not this one.

Horrible pharmacy. Long wait when you call, incompetence in person. I’ve had my RX sent back multiple times, misplaced and I’ve had texts that RX were ready that weren’t and they did nothing to solve. I’ve called store manager multiple times and didn’t even get calls back even when connecting with her. Really horrible customer service and I usually love Walgreens. This one is the worst!! It’s a waste of time continuously.

The black scar face store manager always have fake giggles like he's high. the staffs are always new and look miserable, and that is if you can even find them because 98% of the time they're hiding in one of the doors. How do you provide customer services when you're hiding most of the time? The cashiers are useless because they're too busy BSing. How does this place still open when there's a CVS five steps from them?

Everyone in the pharmacy is great! They have all helped to find lower prices on all of my meds each time. Just when I thought the prices couldn't be lower they find a better offer. There has been only 4 times in the last year of regular monthly prescriptions that they did not find a lower price. Although they are quite busy they are always pleasant in the pharmacy as well as the rest of the store.

Iv been getting my meds filled at walgreeens for over a year and a half and now that I moved and started to use this location all of sudden they are refusing even after speaking with my proscribing dr. Pharmacist hung up on me with no explanation besides she didn’t want too fill it. So guess they will pay for my medical bills from me going thru withdraw

I did not know Walgreens let their standards go this low. I was always a fan until this became my go-to one. Nobody is EVER at the register and they roll their eyes when you have to go find them to check out. I literally have never been there and didn't have to go find someone. The store itself terrible as well. Half stocked shelves and overall just dirty.

Bought a morning after pill from here, watched her take it within 72 hours like she was supposed to, she got pregnant anyways. Waste of $50 and now I have to raise a child for 18 years. Next time i'm buying a pill from CVS instead. But, the lady behind the counter was really nice about it so they get 2 stars instead of 1.

The staff here is great but especially Anders I think is his name not sure if he still works there but a few month ago he was so nice about honoring online price I had been to so many Walgreens and the staff is always so rude but whoever is running this one is on top. They hire a great staff have never had an issue here!

Never coming back! Mouth surgery left me in excruciating pain, went to fill my antibiotic and pain meds and no one else was in line to be told it would be 30 minutes! Really?? I’m in tears from the pain and that’s the best you can do It almost seemed on purpose! Never coming back for prescriptions!!!!!!!!!!!

Only giving 1 star because it doesn't let you give a negative! The pharmacy is horrible! There is no sense of urgency at all, it takes multiple days to have prescriptions filled. This review is not just going off one bad experience but several. We've switched to the Publix on Gandy.

Added to my blacklist as of today. I've been going here for the past few months multiple times a week to buy milk. Manager wanted to harass me about my service dog today. She lied to me and said he wasn't allowed in without paperwork. I'll never shop at another Walgreens.

I have had no issues with my prescriptions, they informed me that they along with most other Pharmacies have been getting harder on pain prescriptions. But for me there has been no concerns. Very good service and very nice to us. Don't really get the bad reviews.

Excellent customer service by the young lady at the register didn’t catch her name and Lina also provided excellent customer service skills. The young black guy at the register didn’t get his name went above and beyond with excellent customer service skills.

Looking for medicine for my daughter the store was supposed to open at 7 there was an employee outside the store 7:05 she turned her back on me walked away . She did not even had the cortesy to tell me they were running late. Showed lack of care for others.

This is the probably worst Walgreens store around all Tampa Bay area. The employees are really rude, the manager is definitely do not know how to run the store. They do not deserve even 1 star.

Their automated system failed to refill my triglycerides medication. Said 1-2 days but I fly out of state tonight. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with their automated system.

Staff has been nothing but friendly when I've been there. It's nice that there's a CVS across the street too...I just see whatever is on sale at each one.
