Walgreens Atlanta, GA 3800 Princeton Lakes Parkway: I have been a customer at this Walgreens for about 4 years. The only reason I continued to be a customer there is because they are open on holidays and until Covid-19 24hrs. Today, was it for me, I'm done! I put a prescription refill in 3 days ago and I was told it would be ready by 9:30 a.m. the next day. So, I called to make sure it was ready and they told me it would be ready by 6:30 p.m. The next day I called again to see if it was ready and bagged. The pharmacist said yes it was ready to be picked up. Today, I went to the doctor and had a new medicine prescribed for a totally different medical problem. The doctor sent that prescription in to Walgreens on Princeton Lakes Pkwy. I gave them some time just like I did with my other medication because they never have the prescription ready when I come. NEVER!! I called again and asked if both prescription were ready and bagged. The Pharmacist said yes. I got there sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes. When I got to the window the prescribed medication that the doctor sent in today was ready. That one ordered 3 days ago was not. Not even close. Now this is the same Pharmacist who said both were bagged and ready to be picked up. It was not ready, I get a 60 pill refill for the month for seizure medication. He said, "I can do a partial refill". I told him flat out that you all lied about having my prescription ready yesterday and then again today. This was not just a lie, but a bold face lie. I intentionally asked if it was bagged and ready to go because when I show up, it's always, "comeback in about an hour, comeback after 6 p.m, can you comeback in about 15 minutes" over and over. My husband won't even leave the house unless I confirm that they have the prescription ready and of course when he gets there its never ready! Back to the partial refill.....I was going to take the partial refill but when he said he could give me 5 tablets, I was floored. Five tablets out of 60!! Five tablets....not 5 days.....5 tablets. Absolutely deplorable customer service. As a matter of fact it's horrific, and to call yourself a professional is beyond me. He tried to act like I had talked to someone else but he was the only male in the pharmacy and he's East Indian pretty easy to figure that out. I have not called and complained before but I told my husband this was it! Sorry Walgreens and I mean sorry... you won't get my business anymore. I asked for a store credit he said no. After 4 years of poor service that's the least they could have done. If you are a Walgreens customer at Camp Creek run! I shouldn't even give a star...
This Walgreens is the closest to the Passport office on Stonewall Tell Rd. When I called one evening to ask if they could take a passport picture, a young lady told me they didn't have the "man power" to take a photo but the machine was working (I'd called two other locations in my neighborhood where the machines were not working). She told me that I could come in the morning and get the picture taken when the store opened. I got to the store an hour before my passport appointment--plenty of time for the picture to be taken and processed as was told by the manager--Larry--that he didn't have the "man power". I questioned him and told him my situation. He and a young lady were on the registers. So, no one can stop for five minutes to take and process a passport photo? He said no and gave me two other locations where they might be able to help me--a Walgreens and a CVS on Cascade road. Another 15 (+/-) minutes away--outside of MY neighborhood? I left. He's the manager. His job is to manage the store, problem solve and keep the store running. The solution is NOT outsourcing the services to other stores and missing money. How much money is this store losing because the entire photo center is closed? This store should have the top numbers for passport photos because of how close it is to the passport office. Why is the store understaffed? Why aren't the services that this store promotes being offered? Where's the customer service? How will this store continue to stay in business if it isn't making the money it's expected to make? And this is an example of why we don't have a variety of successful chain businesses in our community. It is ridiculous. (After I called him back to bring up these points, he THEN offered to take the photo. By then, I had already drove to CVS on Cascade and a very helpful manager--Timothy--took the picture without hesitation or excuse and I was on my way in about seven minutes--and I made it to the appointment).
Intern working the counter. Spent a total of 45min interacting with her to no avail. She couldn't find my account, even though I've used this location and Walgreens Pharm for over 15 years. None of the other associates wanted to assist her. Then when she finally found my name she couldn't locate my actual medication. I understand learning and being in training, but in general I label them as SLOW; RUDE and INCONSIDERATE of my time and other customer's. Next I grab a couple of items and go to the main checkout. SLOW. The cashier is RUDE to a couple in front of me who does not speak English well. They are having trouble with a coupon, Her tone and approach was rude and not helpful AT ALL. They ended up leaving their items. When it's my turn, she just begins to scan my items on their transaction and wont allow me to enter my rewards information. Says she would have to get that voided -- which apparently she was too lazy to do. So I'm ready to go and just agree to proceed. I pay and she says your receipt was sent to the email you have on file. Ma'am?? How do you have my email when you wouldn't let me enter my phone number. She then proceeds to say, oh well. If you want a receipt I'll have to get someone to print one. She then starts checking out other customers and disregards me. RUDE; HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Apparently my new insurance is not contracted with them; although I have never been a CVS pharmacy user, I am THRILLED to now be forced to go to CVS for my medications, because this WALGREENS and the staff is absolute TRASH. If I could give negative stars, I would.
WORST WALGREENS IN THE USA. AVOID AT ALL COST. TRUST ME! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY LADY HAD A ATTITUDE WHEN I FIRST ATTEMPTED TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION. SAYING IT WASNT READY. COME BACK AT 8PM. WHEN I CAME BACK FIRST SHE MENTION THE URGENT CARE I CAME FROM THE DR. DIDNT SIGN PRESCRIPTION. (MY MIND SET IS IF YOUR RECEIVING PRESCRIPTIONS FROM THIS URGENT CARE AND THEY ARE NOT SIGNED WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL THE URGENT CARE TO LET THEM KNOW) THEN SHE APOLOGIES LIKE IT WAS HURTING HER TO DO SO. WE ASKED WHAT OPTIONS WE HAVE BECAUSE I WAS IN PAIN FROM A SERVER PULLED MUSCLE. SHE SAID HOLD FOR THE PHARMACIST. SHE WALKED RIGHT PASSED AND GOT ON THE PHONE. WE WAITED 10 MINTUES THE SAME YOUNG LADY COMES BACK ASKING ABOUT PRESCRIPTION. WE ARE LIKE (WE DONT KNOW WE ARE WAITING FOR ANSWERS) SHE ASKED FOR MY NAME ALL OVER AGAIN. . SHE TALKES TO THE PHARMACIST AND SHE DIGGING IN TRASH AND LOOKING AROUND. THE PHARMACIST GETS ON MUMBLING AND TALKING LOW LIKE SHE HAD A ATTITUDE. SHE SAYING THAT SHE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING .BECAUSE SOME HOW THEY DIDNT HAVE IT NOW. I SHOWED MY MYCHART WITH PIEDMONT SHOWING IT WAS ISSUED TO THEM AND THEY JUST RUDDLY STATES I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING AND DEAL IT MY PAIN
Don’t shop here. They make it infinitely hard for you to spend your money here. Not only do they make it difficult for you to buy something simple like tobacco rellos, they then hassle you for simple stuff like an I.d. Every other Walgreens I go to it’s never an issue, but this one particular Walgreens literally goes out of their way to make stuff difficult for me to even do as a PAYING customer, able to provide ID that clearly shows I’m of age, but of course leave it to black people in a black ran store I’m sure to make things incredibly difficult by trying to act as though they have standards and are bougie and trying to abide by the law. Now they have to make it difficult for people who have ID and can provide proof. So guess who won’t be shopping here anymore? I’d suggest a CVS or any place that’s closer because this place is ran by a pack of weirdos and whack jobs that are intent on wasting peoples time. I’ve also filed a very lengthy complaint with the corporate office as well. The staff need to be retrained. And I won’t be shopping at this ghetto-behind location EVER again.
I purchased a Shaver on the 20th of this Month, I charged it for over 24 hours and it never ever worked! Therefore when I took it back, cause me to find out that it wasn't the right one that I paid for, how disappointing was that, now u got ur Employees stealing Merchandise out of the box and replacing it with something different, then when I tried to take it back and showing them the Transaction from my Bank Statement, those Cashier Idiots had the nerve to think that I switched Products! Why in the hell would I do something that stupid!! They kept insisting that they couldn't give me my Money back cause someone who works for them did something stupid! I am highly Pissed cause that was poor Customer Service and that's the first time I took something back to Walgreens cause I rarely go in there and Purchase items, however they were a bit Rude and Simply Retarded for thinking that I didn't know what I was talking about! Those workers in that Camp Creek Store are terriTeron Night Shift and they should be Fired ASAP!!!!!
The customer services was great other than our cashier at check out I understand completely that it's a night shift and we're still pandemic which is why it's not necessary to be mean but I left my keys in the store and my cashier actually told me she didn't have or seen them. All of a sudden her co-worker said yes I seem them you (my cashier) told me to leave them there. Weirdest thing I have ever encountered. Why lie? I got a bad vibe from her anyway during checkout. Crazy how instinct pick up what the eyes don't see. Besides the weird stuff I enjoyed my shopping experience with my daughter Mimi there. We found everything we were looking for including some other unique items. I'd return there again. I would just avoid the negative vibes. The store was nice and clean so 5 but that negative vibe from the one particular cashier was a 1 star.
Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. Not only do they not give out correct information some of them have horrible attitudes. I went to get a prescription filled and one lady told me to come back at 7pm to pick up my prescription but I ended up going the next morning. When I arrived a different lady tells me that they don’t accept my insurance so I proceed to tell her what the lady told me the previous night and she puts her hand up while I’m talking as if she wants me to stop talking, said what she said with a nasty attitude as if it was my fault. I didn’t mind paying for the prescription so instead of having a nasty attitude she should’ve gave me other options instead of just throwing my prescription back in the bin. I wouldn’t recommend going there anyway because the wait time is ridiculous.
I went to the pharmacy around 5:30 to have 3 prescriptions filled for my daughter. I was told by the tech, while sucking and juggling candy around in her mouth, "We aren't taking any prescriptions because we're short staffed. Bring it back tomorrow." They're open until 11, it's 5:30, and that's what they're doing. She didn't take the prescription with the offer of filling it tomorrow and notifying me once it was ready. I was a pharmacy tech long before I became a nurse, military and civilian, and I have never in my life seen or heard anything like this. I understand being short staffed, but if a pharmacy can't fill prescriptions, why are you open? And, of the staff that you do have, was she really the only person that you could assign to the window? Where was the customer service?
I get prescriptions filled at this store. They are always super busy, the manager is very nice and I have had great advise from them. Unfortunately corporate profits are much more important than staffing this drug department with enough people to get the job done. Today there was 7 cars in the drive op outside and one lane completely closed because of staff shortages. I went inside and saw the very same problem, 10 people in line with only one cashier, she was doing her best. The wait had to be so long I had to leave, I just can't stand more than 30 minutes. The manager said he had nothing to do with the drug department but that they were understaffed today. If you need prescriptions filled this is not the spot and that is unfortunate due to the good location.
I love the pharmacy department and their staff. In fact, I use to enjoy shopping at Walmart to pick up grocery items and other items as needed. I was insulted by the manager of this store last night when I tried to return an $11 item that I bought for someone without realizing they already had purchased a similar item that they needed. According to the store manager, I could not receive the full refund because I misplaced my receipt. She did acknowledge the fact that I purchased the item at the store because she looked up my purchase history. She said, it's Walgreens policy. Sad. It made me feel like I could not be trusted. So, I have decided to only pick up my medicine(s) at Walgreens and never ever purchase anything else at Walgreens.
I work near this location and since I have such a long commute when I realized I had a sinus infection I decided to go to the clinic here as opposed to my regular doctor. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The nurse practitioner was very kind and personable. Listened to my issues and was very knowledgeable. I was there on my lunch break so was short on time, but she got me out in plenty of time. Further, the young women in the pharmacy were truly lovely and efficient and I was able to pick up my prescription quickly even though it was 5:00 and obviously their rush hour. They were very pleasant to deal with even with the long lines. A sinus infection is pure misery but they made the situation much better.
I promise you we need to get these franchise big pharmacies out of our neighborhoods and replace them with the local small businesses pharmacies because these individuals at this location brutally do not care about this community. Five months pregnant running to try and catch the pharmacist and meets him in time and he still refuse to fill my son’s epileptic medication even though I called and stated I’m less than 4 mins from the door. If black people got together to fight for our community instead of taking the bs left overs people give us we’d be better off. Ima just find another pharmacy because I been comin here for 6 yrs and I’m tired of how this location is being managed.
The worst service imaginable. Came in to grab a FedEx package that was on hold, and they refused to hand it over even with ID and the barcode on my phone. Was in the middle of speaking with the manager and she turned around walked away mid-sentence. This place is staffed by a bunch of amateurs. Please, if you're reading this, consider going ANYWHERE else. EDIT: I visited the store yesterday (5/16, nearly a year after my last review) and had a better experience. Ibraham that works in the photo department went out of his way to help us with an online order for pickup. He was very nice and professional, which really helped to redeem the location. He gets 5 stars!
I received the worst customer service at the Princeton Lakes pkwy store. The customer service associate Kelli was unbelievably rude and nasty to me. The cashier line upfront was wrapped from the front of the store all the way past the photo department and pharmacy had zero customers and didn’t want to ring me up. Customer service is definitely not this locations strong suit. If their are no customers in the pharmacy department, why wouldn’t you want to help me ?? Unbelievable what these employees will say and do to customers. I’ll go to cvs where I’m appreciated from here on out!
THEY ARE VERY RUDE THEY LIE ! THE GUY WITH THE NAPPY UNPROFESSIONAL LOOKING HAIR LIED SAYING THE PHOTO CENTER WAS CLOSED I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER EVERYBODY PLAYED DUMB LIKE THEY COULDN'T FIND THE MANAGER! EVERYTIME I VISIT THIS STORE IT'S A INCONVENIENCE DONT WORRY ABOUT GETTING HELP THEY WALK RIGHT PASS DONT SPEAK DONT ASK IF YOURE IN NEED OF HELP NOTHING! IT SEEMS LIKE THIS STORE IS ALWAYS SHORT STAFF AND OVER WORKED I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL ! THE STORE MANAGER JOE WAS VERY NONCHALANT! WHEN HE DID COME OUT
Arrived at 8:46pm to find the manager or person posing as the manager blocking the door from 4 people saying she was closed. We told her it was 8:46 and we should be allowed to enter the store briefly. She said we could go in but not down the aisles after continually telling us we couldn't get in. She eventually let us in... very simple task. She was rude and semi cursing under her breath about the fact these customers wanted to enter the store. Extremely rude not representative of most of my experiences in the Walgreens chain at all
Walgreens on Campcreek???... PASS. Pick another pharmacy. Go ANYWHERE else other than this pharmacy. Everett gives the WORST customer service but I had a bad experience with a different pharmacy staff member prior to getting literally the worst service imaginable from Everett. Unbelievably rude and incompetent people are employed by this Walgreens. And don’t let the drive through fool you. They are not more convenient than other nearby pharmacies. They are the slowest, rudest, worst trained pharmacy staff in town.
poor customer service.. for the Pharmacy that is.. Cashier “Tech” doesn’t know how to talk to people over the phone.. when I asked to speak to the Pharmacist, she rudely walked off.. yes I stood right there and told her how they all need training.. people tend to talk to you crazy until you make them aware.. yes, I worked at a drug store for many years.. oh so now the pharmacist understand where my anger came from.. So like I said.. no more Walgreens for me.. I don’t spent money where it’s not wanted..
This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever frequented. Staff is consistently rude and in desperate need of basic customer service training. When there is an issue with a prescription being filled, there is no outreach to notify the customer. You are only made aware of any issues when you show up to pick up the prescription. Anyone with critical and time-sensitive medication needs should stay away from this pharmacy.
The staff must be careful as to their level of customer service... I purchased a few items today yet on check out was given a clear bag with a couple of smaller holes. Since I needed to use the restroom, I rushed out of the store. A customer can consider multiple unjust reasons as per supplying this option. It would be imperative for staff and management to do right by all customers regardless of who they are.
This is in regards to the pharmacy alone. I’ve never received this type of service. Picking up the phone and placing customers back on hold never even greeting. Once the phone was taken off the receiver just to be placed down to where I could hear their conversation only to be placed on hold then hung up on. Fire every last person this is disgusting. And it’s every time I have called but today unbelievable.
I am greatful to jay that works overnight I was shopping for a coustomer one I asked the manager to use the restroom she told me it wasn't workingi asked jay where was the nearest restrooms he took me to theirs its not my first time shopping there and the older lady is always rude and yelling at her employees but this particular night I was greatful to jay for being understanding thank you again jay
I have had to take medication all my life and this by far the worst pharmacy I've had to deal with. Every single month there was an issue processing my medication and every single month I had to call or wait in their ridiculously long line that NEVER has more than one attendant at a time. I transferred my medication to another pharmacy and it has been a much more seamless process ever since.
Terrible management staff at this location. Christina assistant manager watched me stand at a empty unmanned photo section and said nothing. Finally when I stated anyone working here she stated how may I help you. What do you mean I’m obviously there for photos or fedex! To make matters worst she didn’t process my package correctly so it’s still sitting in the fedex going on 5 days now!
I came to Walgreens at midnight looking for baby fever medicine and a thermometer and a very helpful night manager named Jessica was gracious enough to help me look for something that I had trouble finding and went above and beyond to make sure that I had exactly what I needed. She was very sweet, very professional, and made my visit a breeze. Thank you Jessica. :)
Early morning, not busy at all. Certain things can't be purchased early morning. Baby items, perfumes, or anything that is in a case. They don't have a key to open it. Why? If it is in the store to be bought. Why is there no key? No apology or nothing. Just nasty. Times, I hate stopping at this Walgreens. I will and do travel out my way to go to another one.
This pharmacy should be shut down? The slowest rudest worst nightmare one can have while you’re sick and need your meds, they should fire the whole staff, always have you on hold by phone and in store, and talk to ooeole Rude and nasty, how I feel about the staff service wouldn’t be Legal to speak I’ve prayed for anyone that has to go here God Bless you
Besides things being out stock in store all the time . Head Pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. She hung up on a customer asking about prescription availability. No sorry it’s out stock we will update you. Just stated it was back ordered and hung up. And no she is not black. She been there for some time but kindness and professional goes along way.
I put some photos in. They weren't ready when they said they should be. They came in a week or so later it seems. They slipped my mind when I got back. I thought about it 2-3 weeks later. Went to get the pics & they'd thrown them out. No call. Nothing. The girl said she would call about getting them reprinted & get back to me. But she never did.
Every time they get a new pharmacist the rules change but the disdain treatment remains. I waited 3 hours before they informed me I would have to come back the next day for pick up. I wish there was another pharmacy close because these foreigners are rude and clueless but think our community is ignorant and feel they can tell us anything.
If I could give them negative stars I would! I was told when dropping my prescription off that it would be a 30 minute wait. So I came back and they said it wasn’t ready yet. They lied and said it wasn’t scheduled to be ready until 7:30pm! I will never be coming back here again. Go anywhere else but here for your prescription.
The pharmacy drive through has been closed for almost 2 months, smh. Some people are sick when they pick up prescriptions and don’t want to come inside. I don’t know if this is out of laziness or a technical issue, but I don’t see THE Walgreens being shut down for a technical issue this long, so I’m gonna go with laziness.
The absolute WORST pharmacy team of people I have ever experienced. I’ve yet to have a solid experience at this location. They’re always busy yet they never have enough staff to compensate (EVER). If you try to call them, plan on being on hold for at LEAST 10 minutes and then they are less than helpful.
Can't complain. Went to their minute clinic and they were very attentive, even listening to me when I told them the medications I preferred. Pharmacy filled it almost immediately even though there was a crowd. It wasn't your private doctor experience but as close as you can get for a clinic.
terrible. hate getting prescriptions from here. told me it would be ready in 30 ended waiting over on hour, just to be told it was sold out…. had to continuously check in because no one communicated with me on when it would be ready. workers were very rude and unprofessional. 4/10.
The pharmacy will put you on hold without asking if it's ok and leave you there.. after holding for 10 minutes, the phone will start ringing and they'll pick up the phone and say oh sorry and put you on hold again.. when they do pick up, they'll seem annoyed that you called.
This location has the slowest checkout process for consumer's with 5 items or less. I try to give workers the benefit of the doubt but its as if people don't have any place to be. Something that should only take 2mins or less turns into 5-10mins. Completely unacceptable.
Their service suck, it's always a long wait. Weather you are on the phone or waiting in line. No one ever say " We will be with in a moment." They just walk past the window and look at you as if you're a bother to them. And then when they finally help you, they're rude.
I had such an amazing experience with Kiara at the photo center! She went above and beyond to make sure that the canvas print I purchased as for a Christmas gift was perfect. Kiara was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire experience! I will 100% be back.
Terrible. I knew it was a reason I stopped coming to Walgreens altogether! The pharmacy has got to do better!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the employees at the photo counter were really helpful. Won't come back here for candy nor a cough drop!
The pharmacy staff terrible! Young lady with the natural wearing glasses rude as hell and don’t have no customer service. Why go to work If you got an attitude that’s kinda crazy. Fix your attitude before going to work knowing you deal with people all day.
This Walgreens is the worst. Everyone here has the worst attitudes I've ever seen. It shouldn't take an hour to pick up photos I've already pre-ordered two days ago. I live near this one, but I'll drive to another Walgreens rather than waste my time here.
Hangs up on you when you call. You go through all the prompts and while you wait the phone hangs up after they pick it up and the music pause. Never could check on my script status. If you don't care about the people you serve or your job stay home.
Not too far from home, perfect for the few and in between emergency runs in the middle of the night. Pharmacy is cool too, although I do prefer longer hours. I also love their non-pharmacy (home) selection. I have found really good merch here!
The worst customer service imaginable. They are so slow and very rude. They tell you a time to return and still don’t have the prescriptions ready. I rather drive to union city instead of camp creek walgreens. They do rude it’s ridiculous.
Because of one young lady in the pharmacy.i have many meds.i get confused.but she takes my bottle and fills it in no time.i just have to get her name.she will know me if she sees this.shes a special kind of person we need a lot more of.
I only gave one star because I had to , in order to write my review! Awful customer service. I will never get a prescription filled here again! Very bad customer service, especially to be dealing with something so emotional.
Terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. No one is serious or cares about their job. If you need photo work done please don’t come here. 3 people working behind the counter doing nothing.
Was in line for over 40 minutes for pharmacy pickup. When I arrived at the window, suddenly, the computer went down. Pharmacy tech had on ETA for computer coming up and was NOT very nice about it.
Worse pharmacy staff ever they are rude and they dont understand what are you explaining to them the worse please layoff this trash people hire fresh people willing to work and make good services
They wait to you get to Walgreen to tell you that there photo card machine is down, after placing an online order. Lady advised, “I didn’t call because we were to busy! Poor customer service!
Can you say 24 hrs! Only a 3min walk so anytime i get the munchies or need anything i get there fast! On the other hand, i noticed they can be pricey if you don't have a Walgreen card lol
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever went to they are unaware of the medication, pick up times and lack customer service. The drive-thru is always long no matter what time of day it is.
Garbage!!! I called to refill my prescription at 7 am and I was put on hold for 24 mins. I heard the person kept picking up and placing me in hold verses just answering my question.
Spent 10minutes just waiting for someone to answer the phone. Finally spoke to someone at 10:30am who said it would be ready in a hour. Get here 4 hours later still not ready!!!!!
Elderly foreign lady was being racist when I asked to use the bathroom. This is in the middle of a doordash after checkout, she said I needed to be a shopping customer …
RUDE RUDE RUDE and unprofessional. I never go to Walgreens, but was out of town visiting and had to go to the nearest pharmacy. I will never return to this location again.
I’ve called at least 3 times to check on an item to see if it’s in stock and whoever works at 11 at night Friday nights keeps hanging up...very unprofessional.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST RAN BUSINESS I HAVE EVER PATRONIZED. RUSH HOUR STAFFING IS NON EXISTENT.. ALWAYS UNDER STAFF. MANAGER IS NEVER AROUND TO HANDLE ANYTHING.
I must say the best experience! There's a young lady named Atlantis she is truly a gem! She keeps the drive through line moving! Fast and friendly service!
Who takes the keys to a locked compartment & doesn't bring them back to work inconsiderate/irresponsible of other coworkers & customers
Long phone wait, did not answer questions and hung up on me. Will never use this pharmacy. CVS has great service. Use them.
Waited on hold for 1hr 45mins only for the pharmacy tech to be rude and constantly cut us off then hang up on us.
The pharmacist Roofus is very rude and doesn't know what he is doing worst service will never go there again
Great return policy. Return with receipt for full refund. Without receipt store credit for current price.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, in the main portion of the store AND the pharmacy.
This place has a prescription drug deposit box to discard exp drugs or no longer needed drugs.
Nigel is one of the best and most helpful employees at this location I swear he is the best
My go to spot! Lines can be long sometimes. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
The pharmacy!!! Smh …
Good staff, courteous and professional customer service.
One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever had to deal with
The worst pharmacy ever! Very rude and unprofessional
The Pharmacy Tech have a nasty attitude and rude!
Courteous staff, even when the lines are long.
Very nice and clean, great customer service.
There is no such thing as 24 hours in ATL
Always clean and friendly, helpful staff.
Always a line. Cashiers move so slowly.
Pharmacy is slow-inside and outside.
Slowest Cashiers I’ve ever seen.
They are always kind and caring!
Not the best customer service.
Hours are wrong - NOT 24hours
never have a experience here
Clean store, great service!
Good store , open 24 hours
ATM can’t disperse …
Their pharmacy sucks!!!
I love this location
Average walgreens
