Good afternoon, I go to Walgreens once a month for the paper towel sale to purchase. For quite some time Walgreens has had specials for years. You can get the paper towels or tissue for the Scott brand BoGo 50% off or a discount of $3.75 previously with the coupon book. Within the last year, Walgreens has chosen to change the process with the coupons by using the app and having to clip the coupons in the app within 24 hours. Today, August 4, I traveled to Normandy in Walgreens, Suite 02220. This seems to be an ongoing issue with the app, and the managers are very rude. If they are asked to either override when they see the coupon clip within the app or if the cashier calls them to assist with the transaction. What are other alternatives available for customers? I am aware that this can be challenging for both myself and other customers due to the lack of iPhones available to everyone. It seems to me they don't care what the customer thinks or whether it's convenient for the customer. On the 4th of August, the manager, Ms Kim, was very rude. The line was literally ten people standing in the line I see two to three managers on each aisle. The cashier was working quickly and politely greeting each customer, even though they weren't trying to help. Additionally, when Anastashia, the cashier, called a manager (Mrs. Kim) as indicated on her name tag. To assist her, she had an attitude and basically disrespected her while I was standing near as a customer. I sincerely hope that this situation can be solved immediately as a business that wants to continue to sell its purchases to customers. Unfortunately, this is a hard time in the economy. The economy has changed, so customers are looking for a bargain, a sale, or the cheapest way to spend their money.

UPDATE: 4/24/2023 She took her braids out and still has nastiest attitude. She cant multi task for anything. I will do everything I can to get her fired- she needs to go work at McDonald's because she has a fast food mentality. She purposely messed up a medication order because she was in her feelings about me complaining on her. I will contact the licensing board to begin the process of having her removed from Walgreens. Get rid of her! She is bad for business! 4/21/2023 The pharmacy tech there this evening was extremely ghetto and unprofessional. She had big red braids. The pharmacist is scared of her- if I was her manager she would have no job. We are that desperate to the point we are hiring just anybody and giving anyone license- that’s if her license is a real… After this we will not be giving this Walgreens our business and I will spread the word.

I would like to comment on the SUPER GREAT customer service I received on 10/08/23 by Tenisha. I was there to pick up a special order of 2 framed wall photos on canvas.... I've never ordered these before. While checking out, I asked Tenisha if I could open the box and look at them, and she said of course... Long story short there was some very wrong with them (not Tenisha's fault) She went the extra mile to fix and repair my order and made me a very happy customer. She had to overcome a few obstacles to get it done. It wasn't easy-peasy. This was great customer service, because she could of had me leave them to be done correctly, and that would of been a returned trip for me ... she was cheerful, and wanted to get it right for me, and she wanted me to leave there pleased and happy... and I did ... Thank you Tenisha :-)

This is the worse pharmacy ever. Very ghetto and unprofessional especially the violent and threatening employee named Tanesha or however she spells it making elderly customers cry and feel in danger when she messed up and didn't process an order correctly accusing someone of not having insurance when they do and have used it there or over 10 years.Very rude and hateful and needs to be fired and possibly charges filed against her!!!! This is not the only time this has happened nor will it be the last she speaks to everyone horribly including myself that's why I transferred to another pharmacy.

I have been using this Walgreens since they opened and have always been treated with care and kindness. If i can not find an item an employee will walk with me to find it. The cashiers are always pleasant and talk with me while totaling my order. I am so sorry to read such negative comments about a place that is clean, courteous and helpful. I have had an issue with the photo area but they require a release from the photographer and once I had that there was no issue.

Walked in and saw a manager being absolutely hateful and rude to a customer. Then while checking out with a wonderful new hire(1 week) I heard the same manager talking horribly about her. All because my cashier didnt feel good. NOTE my cashier was sweet, and professional and made them look good. If I had to choose I would shop there as long as the manager wasnt working and my cashier was.

I would never go to this store after one employee, look and treat my son that has autism in a bad way, I was trying to return items from the order online, and seen the way that my son was treated is unacceptable, I couldn't concentrate at all, and the manager didn't do nothing at all, the only person that really help me was the employee at the register.

Normally the staff is very friendly and polite. This morning I call to get my inhalers refilled and the woman on the phone was VERY RUDE and EXTREMELY UNKIND. Not to mention very UNHELPFUL!! There really is NO EXCUSE for poor customer service! Christine B.

People in the pharmacy need to be trained better. Don’t tell someone that you take their insurance when they call about a prescription being filled when you don’t and then tell them they will have to pay out of pocket when they come to pick it up.

Worst treatment ever ,@ 66 yrs old I was treated as I had a drug problem, I asked if antibiotics was called in & it all began , I was wearing short pants ,clear to see a prosthetic leg & wounds on other leg. The management needs some management!
