To begin I would like to note that, Ken, the store manager was knowledgeable, understanding, and great on follow through. However... For convenience sake I decided to use Walgreens delivery free Friday for a prescription. The website said one to two days. It was 10:00am Friday morning when I asked for the script, so I think it's fair to have expected it late on Saturday. When I hadn't received the prescription by Sunday and the website said my package was out for delivery, I called the pharmacy. I was told my script would be out for delivery on Monday and I would definitely receive my medication Monday, today. No apology, just the facts. Then today, Monday, I phoned the pharmacy again and was told that Walgreens pharmacy isn't sure what's going on but there seems to be some difficulty with FedEx. So if I don't mind waiting "a two or three" for my prescription they'll get it to me. So for a service that boasted one to two day delivery, this person wasn't even sure that it would be delivered on what would be sixth day they have had my script. She just hoped it would. That astounds me. The lady was just so casual about it. Kind of chuckled. So I told the clerk three times, I'll drive in tomorrow. Do not put my medicine in the Fed Ex pile. The following day I go to the pharmacy and guess what? No one there knows where my medicine is. They tell me they probably put it in the Fed Ex pile and that's gone. So I should be receiving my medicine in a couple of days. I'm not fussing about not getting perfume, or dog food. This is my medication, that I need! Maybe someone should have called FedEx to discover what was going on? Or maybe somebody could have sent me a text or email informing me of this issue? How completely irresponsible and unacceptable, what disappointing customer service.

I went into this Walgreens today for the western union service. I was not greeted when I walked in as I am at every other Walgreens. I walk to the back near the photo center, there was an older woman there messing with the machine. I stood behind her for a good 5 minutes before someone else walked over to the photo area and (not to mention she didnt say anything to me at all) she greets the other woman that just walked up, I noticed there was a second machine so I went around to that side and then she says that one isnt working, so I say okay so is this one working? And she says "well I'm doing something on that right now so you will have to wait a little while for that " didnt ask what I needed it for- what I needed it for would have taken less than 5 minutes. So much for customer service. Whether she was doing something on it or not, in my career in customer service the customer comes first, she should have let me use that machine and finished with what she was doing after I was finished. Needless to say I left the store and didnt finish my transaction there. Very disappointed in this location. I will not be back. Y'all need to teach your employees what it means to have customer service.

I picked up my prescriptions before a surgery to find out on the day of surgery I was missing one medication. I called the pharmacy 20 minutes after they opened on a later day and was on hold for an hour between 3 phone calls- the last call I FINALLY got through to the pharmacist and they hung up on me in the middle of talking!!! After a 4th phone call I got through and was told they had faxed my doc about it on Wednesday- I picked up my meds on Thursday, so why didn’t they inform me of this then ?? Even when I originally picked up my prescriptions, two of the women behind the counter were laughing then one comes up and asks me giggling “is there a chance you’re pregnant?” I was shocked at how unprofessionally I was asked that question. I’m switching my pharmacy asap.

I needed a right wrist brace that was buy one get one half off in the Walgreens app. I found this out a day after I bought it at a closer Walgreens and when I tried to get the deal in store the next day, the associate said they couldn't match the offer in store. I go to another one down the road ( the 5 star Walgreens ) to get the left wrist brace. Caitlin, a better associate, says they do honor online deals. She checked my app and gave me the deal. She didn't even ask to see my previous receipt (probably cause it showed up on her screen). Wow. How easy was that? And how come Walgreens is inconsistent? I have no answers. Suffice to say, Caitlin and this Walgreens win!

I came in on September 28th around 6pm to pick up money from the Western Union. The system has had some glitches lately so it took a few tries to get it to work. The lady working the front register was assisting me with the Western Union machine but was having issues as well. She tried everything she could think of but we were still having trouble with the transaction. Kim came to the front and was so sweet and patient as we were waiting on it to work. She even called the Western Union hotline to troubleshoot! This is why I always go to this location because they always have amazing service and they are very helpful.

There were many people, and it took a while to fill my prescription. However, I would have given it 5 stars if not for Daniella’s unprofessional behavior. This girl had no manners. When it was my turn, not only did she not greet me, she did not acknowledge my presence at all. I stood in front of her as she was blowing and popping bubble gum one foot away from my face. After standing silently in front of me for a while, she left without a word leaving me standing there. I felt invisible and offended. Taylor was different. She came with a smile, apologized for the waiting time, and helped me out. Great job Taylor!

I got my 1st COVID vaccination here with no appointment. Walked in, no problem. Today I got turned away for the 3rd time. The first two times they said they were too busy. The third time they had nobody around but the guy in the pharmacy said I had to have an appointment. I’m a VA patient and their website won’t let me navigate and schedule an appointment because I don’t have a group or prescription number. I’m sick of walking in to get denied. I’m frustrated with Walgreens to the point I will never step foot in a Walgreens again.

I went to pick up my prescriptions yesterday and to my surprise the pharmacy was closed, they were closed for the entire day because of pharmacist illness. So I came back on the following day and waited 30min to find put my prescriptions were not ready and that it would be a couple of hours before they were ready and that I would get a text when i could come pick them up. This pharmacist didn't have any customer service skills and had no empathy for me whatsoever. If you are reading this go to a different Walgreens.

Had a prescription sent to Walgreens, got a text message saying the were out of stock, but would get my order in soon! Two day later, didn't hear anything, so I called them! The guy on the phone said that they were out, and wouldn't order it because it was over the counter medication, and that I should just order it off of AMAZON. And also, how I'm supposed to even know what to order ON AMAZON, if they have my prescription and I don't even know exactly what to get great customer service,way to go!

I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are always very quick to fill routine prescriptions and check me out, and everyone is always so kind. The pharmacists are really helpful too. I’ve had a few complicated issues and insurance problems over the years, and the pharmacy has always bent over backwards to help me quickly and solve the problem somehow ( I wish I could say the same for all the providers over the years). Anyways I’m really glad that they are my pharmacy

Do not buy Covid-19 test kits from Walgreens, especially the BinaxNow Antigen self test . The kit is not complete and they refused to take it back . Customer service is less to be desired. I shop there because of convenience but the service is really poor. I wish there was an option to give zero star . If you shop there and never need service then you are fine but the minute you need customer service forget it because you will not get one . They treat you like you are trying to get one over them .

I unfortunately have to fight with my insurance often over medications so I'm at Walgreens here often. The staff have always been wonderful and helped me navigate my insurance and helping me find alternatives if they can or cheaper options. I'm always grateful. Today Bao really helped me with a super expensive medicine, and as a single parent where sometimes money is tight, I was so grateful.

Their stock reply when they don't have the prescription is the physician canceled the it. I called my PCP and he had not cancelled it and Walgreens should call and he would straighten it out. Next day called Walgreens. No prescription. Had the exact same discussion. Demanded they call the doctor. We'll see. Unfortunately, I have to use Walgreens because of my insurance

Love this Walgreens, best staff in the world. Friendly, fast, and able to deal with all the customers that come in. As for the Drive thru, I think no matter what your doing it is going to take more then 10 min per car. Add to that 10 min per customer that is standing in line. I am pretty sure customers standing in line get priority over the drive thru.

I normally stop in for my everyday needs- gum, allergy medicine, random stuff. The pharmacy has always been fairly consistent but today they went above and beyond. Melinda did a great job of turning around a high demand prescription in lightning time and Melissa throughly explained the prescription. Very satisfied and recommended.

Absolutely outstanding service. I’m a veteran that needed medication help due to an emergency medical condition on Veterans Day when the Va was closed. They helped me as best they could because we couldn’t get through to the VA to authorize the medication needed. Thank you very much. Your pharmacy staff was awesome.

I used to like this store because of the location, but we’ve had prescriptions missing pills….check your items before you leave. Also I prepared before a pickup and was double charged only to be told that’s between you and your bank. I think that’s between a couple of regulatory gov agencies and you Walgreens. .

Not good. In the past my wife and I have gone to the doctor, the doctor submits a prescription, and we pick it up on the way home. Today we went to the doctor (8:30am), the doctor submits a prescription, and Walgreens can’t (or won’t) fill it until tomorrow. Terrible customer service.

Had a COVID test. I was a few minutes late. I had serious covid symptoms. I pleaded with the lady to take me. She refused because they were going to lunch In a few minutes. She then told me to make an appointment closer to my house and told me to leave.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Sometimes takes 1-2 days to fill a simple prescription. I remember the days of submitting an RX and being able to pick it up an hour later. Not sure if it’s all Walgreens locations or just this one.

Very nice store and well stocked. There is a Redbox outside the location. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Not our usual pharmacy but a nice place to pick up necessities.
