"Says they are 24 hours so I had urgent care send in pink eye meds for my son"
"I was calling to speak to the pharmacist about medication"
"After shopping for an hour or so for food and and an array of essentials for my one year old daughter I was asked to check out and leave with no reasoning other than I was "shopping to long" "
"I really tried to give this place a chance"
"Just wow"
Says they are 24 hours so I had urgent care send in pink eye meds for my son. Get there at 8:02pm and they are closed! They are only open from 7 am - 8pm! Update your hours!! I sent the prescription specifically to this location because it was supposed to be 24 hours. My son is now absolutely miserable and 10x worse!
I was calling to speak to the pharmacist about medication. They answer say hold on 5 minutes later it rings and they just hung up . Called back same thing .Didn't get to speak to pharmacist. Called another location. Pharmacist was put on the phone right away.
After shopping for an hour or so for food and and an array of essentials for my one year old daughter I was asked to check out and leave with no reasoning other than I was "shopping to long" ... I shop late to avoid much contact with others
I really tried to give this place a chance. Though after about 2 years of using this place as my main pharmacy it has not gotten better in any way. The cashiers up front are nice. That is really the end of the list of good things about this
Just wow. The inside pharmacy has been closed for DAYS now. You have to get in 1 of 2 line of cars typically at least 6 cars deep each. I’m now waiting for the third time for my prescription. It is 111 degrees out, gas is not cheap and they
The level of incompetence in the pharmacy is vast. After waiting 30 min to reach the window I was told the same insurance I've used there in the past was not taken there. Another tech came over and entered my card information again and then
Yesterday, I was stuck for over an hour behind a woman who wanted to talk to a manager. Getting a migraine while trying to pickup migraine meds. It had already been slow, she herself had been waiting for a while before the issue even arose.
I'm so frustrated, I ALWAYS have problems here. Only once in the last 6 weeks was someone able to successfully bill my insurance for a prescription. The next time, just a few weeks later (a different med but it's covered by my insurance) I
Avoid this pharmacy if you can. We always manage to get the same rude female employee who thrives on messing up my daughter's prescriptions. She has lied about having the prescription in the system, claims she can't look up whether it's in
maybe not be on personal calls while checking out a customer. ive been looking forever for a certain product and i found one at this location. i didn't care if she was on the phone. i asked her to see if they have anymore. she said quietly
So grateful today, Thanksgiving, that this pharmacy location was open! We needed antibiotics for my son after visiting urgent care and this was one of the only pharmacies in the valley open today. Despite being so busy, the staff was nice
Was picking up a few things. Several things. I was almost done but I needed a power bank. Asked the employee if I could check out the 3 different types of skull candy power banks they had he looked at me and rudely said he couldn't let me
The pharmacy staff is trying their absolute best despite having little to no associates. Which is not their fault. Does the world not realize that there is a shortage of pharmacy techs as well as how long it takes to apply at a store, get
I didn't get the name of the girl in the photo department that helped me today, but I had called about an order for a canvas I made a couple days ago. She was so helpful and amazing. She knew after reviewing my order it was important and
Right in line with the many other reviews, I must agree that this place has gotten so bad it's not worth the visit. One star is beyond generous. Pharmacy is a joke with drive thru system that doesn't work properly half the time and lines
I use this locations pharmacy even though I have a bunch of other locations that are way closer to where I live. This was the first Walgreens that I came to when I very first came out to Phoenix. The employees here have always treated me
If there was a -10 on a scale of 1-10, I would give it, I’m only making this review to warn others who are considering going to this pharmacy and entrusting the with your important pharmacy needs.First of all, they are not open 24/7 (the
My sister had come for a 2mon visit w/me & her DR in KY had sent in a order for her special meds two days before she was to arrive. Upon her arrival she called to check if they had received the order & was told "yes"& would be ready for
I have to call to get my prescription filled each month. The hold time to speak with the pharmacy? 45 minutes to 2.5 hours (not kidding) every time. That is when they don't hang up on you. I think the issue is Walgreens refuses to pay a
Worst customer service ever. Some young, arrogant rude little snot that has caused me to never return. This used to the be the best Walgreens. It is awful. Errors in prescriptions, young arrogant females that feel talking down to people
I have a disease that requires 2 pills, 4 times a day. I ordered here a month in advance and when i went to pick up they assigned the wrong medication despite their app showing the correct one. After promising to fufill the order
The pharmacy staff last night around 7 was simply the best!!! They had my prescriptions ready so fast and were really helpful. I wasn't feeling the best, so I really appreciated it. Thank you! The store staff were great too.
If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I was a long time customer of this store. It’s gone from barely good to ridiculous. I had a prescription that was called in around 4pm. They said they didn’t check their incoming
Walgreens have been rude & inconsiderate I had surgery & have been waiting for pain medicine for 5 days now & still without, they say they’re having trouble getting from the warehouse, they should have
Couldn’t even get them to answer the phone when I called during the hours they posted they were open. Not a sign that they make customers a priority. Plenty of others choose from. I went elsewhere.
My go to pharmacy for years now. Never had a problem, regardless of occasional long drive thru wait lines, it has *always* been a pleasant experience with the pharmacy workers.
So I was witness To an incident between the manager, Tony ( of Walgreens ) and the driver unknown for Pepsi, who brought in some product in though the front door was then
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WAIT FOR A VACCINE!!! I SCHEDULED A DAY IN ADVANCE FOR MY VACCINE, I COME IN FOR MY 12PM APPOINTMENT AND WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
Rude. Wouldn’t let my wife use a shopping cart as a walking aid. They’ve let her do it before. But they had obnoxious staff working tonight.
Will never go back to a Walgreens again. Horrible customer service and the manager is horrible. Avoid the frustration and go to CVS.
I wish I could review the store differently than the pharmacy. The front staff are very courteous and friendly.
First Google review. The pharmacy staff ( an older lady and a tall white dude) were VERY VERY rude
