Oh dear what a let down my recent visit was. The book I was after they did not have. They did offered to order it in but unfortunately I needed a copy at the time. I settled down to do some work on my laptop but all I could hear were noisy school children. Laughing, banging and playing videos/music on their phones. I asked one of the stewards if it is always like this. He gave me a blank expression and walked away. Half an hour passed and the noise was still disrupting my study. Again I mentioned the noise level to the steward. This time he went over to speak with them. He was so unenergetic and angelic in his approach, the children just laughed in his face. You need to grow a pair my friend!

Lady at desk was helpful however we did struggle to understand fully what she was saying when answering questions as she was behind a screen spoke softly and wore a mask so we did have to ask her to repeat herself several times! Although website says 1st 30min parking is free ️ this is not the case so website needs updating Sutton council as its £1 for up to 30 minutes this has clearly been changed as you can see the new stickers on the board clearly another way of recouping more money from Joe Bloggs due to the effects of the 'pandemic'

Worst place for working in silence. There’s always keyboard being slammed so you can barely focus on your work. Kids screaming their heads off. The cafe owner offended me, I asked him to open the door politely as I needed entrance to the library, he told me to use the other door. I don’t like public libraries because people stink and they make too much noise

1st of all very great Library to go onto the Computers ️ all of the Staff are very kind, helpful and polite. The Woman with her Brown Hair that works at Wallington Library is very helpful, kind and polite. I will always come to this Library. Thank you very much. Ruman

I had to and asked for help to fill an Ulez application. I was attended by a young lady with the name of Katie she was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable with the computer. The application was su successful and I thanked her very much.

Can't get in the library without a library card, not very inclusive, and there is a one hour time limit on the computers, which is not enough time to get work done. And there was no members of staff to help. Disappointing.

Almost normal here, books available, and you can return books too, ok theres a one way system in and out, you have to sanitise your hands and show staff your library card, but its as near normal as anywhere can be nowadays

Easy to navigate. Quiet. Staff helpful. Lovely sitting outside main library area.Beautify surroundings. Still as good today. Saving power & money by reducing light usage, good for them.popular with children & parents. Xx

Nice library with very good location and a cafe behind it. Has the standard offerings of books, CD/DVDs, Internet access, etc. The library also has a website available to renew books, which is very convenient.

At present it's a disappointing experience. From welcoming the public it now dissuades them. The chairs cannot be sat on, there seems to be a shortage of staff and efforts to entice readers are minimal.

Two very helpful members of staff: one located a book that I couldn't find, another helped me to log back into my account which I had accidentally logged out of. Thanks for your help!

Great little library for the kids, although there didn't seem to be many new books and audiobooks coming in so the kids got bored of the books they had as we used to go every month.

Good experience with Wallington Library. Very supportive no matter the request .For those who are not good in IT they assist with no complaints …

Library was closed, as usual on a Monday but the adjoining cafe was very welcoming. Very nice food and pleasant staff.

Lovely old building offering all a local library should - books, internet access, DVDs, CDs and a lovely cafe.

Is unstaffed for 3 of the days per weeks it's open - which means that non fiction section upstairs is closed

I haven't bin here in quite a while but when I Wass younger I loved this place
