Horrible pharmacy staff! The manager told me I have to come back at 230pm to get a prescription cream that I have already dropped off last week and it's on the shelf. Why because it's 1250pm and it's time for them to have lunch! Really lady, no one can just hand me the cream so I can leave? You want me to wait 1.5 hours or come back to get a simple prescription cream because you want to eat now? You could have at least gave me the benefit of the doubt since it was 10 minutes to 1pm. Also, they do not have posted their lunch hours I guess it's when they feel like and forget me who drove all they way over there to pickup my prescription. It's not even a prescription that has to be mixed! I don't have gas to keep coming back up there. I tried to save some money and go here versus Walgreens. However, with the time and gas, I have spent trying to drop off the prescription(they closed early twice on me) and then to pick it up; I would have been better off going just going to my neighborhood Walgreens. Pls don't waste your time or money going to this location with horrible customer service!

They told me it's 1hr to fill my prescriptions. Came back an hr later, then the pharmacist tells me it will take another 45 mins to fill. So, the pharmacist tells me to get back in line, and that it will be another 10 minutes for pick up. I Waited in line for another 10 minutes, just to get told to have a seat and that it was going to be another 15 mins for my pick up. I have been here for 2 hours, and I'm wondering if a dog has ate my prescriptions at this point.

horrible experience with the pharmacy. Dr. called it in at 10am, I called at 1130 they said it would be ready at 1230. when I showed up at 130 they said it would be another hour. when i asked why, they said "I don't know". I've never had a pharmacy take over 5 hrs to print a label and put it on a medicine. ridiculous!

The only issue I had with them is with this one Pharmacist that gives me a hard time getting my diabetic needles. She is the only that does that. I get medicine from another pharmacy but Walmart syringes are a lot cheaper is the only reason i go there.

What is the deal with this place. It needs to be managed better. Very poor customer service. Orders have to be picked up two to three day later. Really no star would be my true rating. I wonder if there corporate office even read this.

This is my favorite pharmacy the staff is always friendly and helpful, my medicines are always ready on time or earlier and the pharmacist always answers questions or worries I might have. Really appreciate this pharmacy and staff.

Cashiers are awesome.... I use to price match and use coupons never have an issue..... Most of the cashier's are polite and so nice.... I'll definitely make this store my new walmart store.... Thank yall guys keep it up....

They don't do their job well. They don't know how to handle transfers for medication and will leave you hanging if they never get in touch with your previous pharmacy for a transfer.

Don't ever do an online order with Walmart they will keep your money and mess up your order. Will not help you in any kind of way customer service is non-existent.

This location has poor customer service! Always out of stock. It never fails, I was told by the employee that wayside is the smallest location.

terrible traffic, swimming suits and no winter clothes, poor selection, workers busy flirting, poor customer service ...will never return

Needed assistance on getting something behind locked glass no one wanted to help me was there for like 30 minutes and still no answer.

If you want to get multiple texts and waste your time driving to find out they lost your prescription, this is the pharmacy to go to.

One of the techs, a bald white guy named Michael, helped me out a ton with my medications and was super nice

I tried transfer medication 4 days ago and now im out of seizure .meds..they still havent transfered them..

I never find anything in this store they always out of stocks so I have to go to another Walmart.

I absolutely love the staff and the service they provide to me when I go there or call.

I enjoy the quality service and the excellent prices on my medications.
