alled pharmacy to have thyroid medication refilled last Tuesday. They were to fax the doctor. Due to weather I was unable to get to the pharmacy until Saturday. It was not there. They then told me they would fax the doctor (I was now 4 days without it). They named a doctor that has nothing to do with me . I gave them the correct doctors name and they said they would fax again. They refused to give me an emergency supply at that time. On Monday I called (as I had to leave the area and could not get there and could not go any day other than Monday) . They said it was not there and they would fax the doctor. They then mentioned ANOTHER doctors name that I have never seen before. I corrected them AGAIN. I then called my doctor (whose receptionist is extremely diligent) and they never got even one request. They then informed me of my rights and this is not a medication I should be going without. They should have offered an emergency dose but they would fax it over when the doctor arrives. I called back and asked AGAIN for an emergency dose, which they then, did for me. AFTER them faxing the wrong doctors (who had nothing to do with me) 3 times. This is not a controlled substance and this is the pharmacy associates blatantly neglecting their proper duties. Also, when I finally did get there me and a man stood at the cash for 5 minutes while the associate was on her cellphone looking at us and refused to come over. This experience is comical and sad. NOT impressed

This is a note of appreciation for the Walmart Pharmacy at the Chapman Mills Marketplace, Barrhaven. We have been associated with this Pharmacy for about 15 years. We are a family of four – father (going on 70), mother (66), son (autistic 40) and daughter (lawyer, now in Toronto although her primary pharmacy is still this one). We have many medical needs ranging from advice on lifestyle and medication to the medicines themselves. The Pharmacy staff, including the Pharmacists and other associates, have been outstanding in meeting our requirements. They have patiently and cogently answered all our questions and provided prompt and courteous service often going beyond the “call of duty”. For example, they have organized delivery of medicines to the house during the COVID pandemic. On one occasion, an employee of the Pharmacy herself brought an urgently needed medicine (because the deliverer of medicines had already left for the day). The Pharmacists and the Associates have always promptly answered our queries in person and on the phone. They have also organized emergency supplies of medicine when necessary and corresponded with our Doctors for prescription refills. Over time, we have become more like friends and family and have built a trusted and valued relationship. A great big thank you to all the employees of the Pharmacy and we look forward to maintaining a strong relationship with you for a long time.

This 1 star is particular for the 1staff there who never tal to their customers in right manner and keep on wait always. It is unprofessional if I disclose her name here. She is very rude whenever we were there, she need to improve her listening skills, when we ask her to help to search the medicine she just indicate and don't care kid of behaviour she shows. She should not be working anywhere with this kind of behaviour. She always gives excuses that she is alone and she is busy. She is disgusting.

Congratulations to the girls at the pharmacy! Particularly Tahmireh, Jenny, Trish, Wazida, and especially Gurminder and the wonderful Sapna, both of whom remembered my name after just a couple of visits! This pharmacy is so helpful this morning I stopped and grabbed my pills Hunan error I did not get them all well immediately they offered to deliver to my work. This staff is very helpful and understanding in every situation can’t thank them enough for their kindness

Extremely positive experience. I often go on Sunday nights and the technicians are always happy and smiling. Pharmacist Tahmineh is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for any over the counter product needs and questions.

I submit my prescription they had one of the medication the other they told me we will call you, but not even they called me they are saying lie that you didn’t submit any prescription. The worse place to buy medication.

Really poor pharmacy support. Before you even begin to share what you’re looking for, products are in your face to buy…went against my instinct to buy at Walmart pharmacy. Not again.

Staff efficient and knowledgeable. Were able to answer all my questions regarding prescribed medications, and provide useful information about intended purchases.

The guy at the counter told us that the urgent medication could be picked up the next day, but the pharmacy wasn't even open! That medication was urgent!!!
