I am 73 years old and I walked into the Walmart at about 4 minutes till 11:00 I was mistaken in thinking that it was a 24-hour Walmart the store had closed the doors off to the food side and I entered on the merchandise side general merchandise side and it did not I was looking for the food side and I was walking across the front of the store and I asked a store employee that was with several other check out people checking out people which side of the store where the groceries and she pointed in the direction that I was walking and I said I was new to the store that's why I asked which side was the food side and she just pointed and said it's that way so I only had about five items to pick up and I guess right at 11:00 they wasn't announcement that the store is now closed I was confused because there were a lot of people in the store a lot of people checking out whenever I walked in so I began to hurry to get my other three items and I hear someone yelling at me I didn't know the person was yelling at me at first but it was a stock person probably supervisor of the stocking crew and he was literally yelling at me to get to the checkout because it will close and you will not be able to get your stuff I did not appreciate the fact that this person was actually yelling at me to get out I was hurrying as fast as I could and he kept yelling at me from at least a hundred feet away so I hurried to the checkout counter and there was one lane opened and there was a apparently a family of about six that were checking out and there seemed like confusion and two or three check out people were there at that one check out counter so I waited there behind the six people for about 5 minutes finally got checked out but the people were rude to me all the way out the front door of the store like I was a bad person for being in the store that late I understand that they have a lot of pressure to get stores closed but in this case they were not very professional and I had apologized to everybody that I had contact with about being in the store telling them that I did not realize that it was not a 24-hour store I don't consider it to be a good shopping experience because the people were so rude that's all I was not happy I normally don't give a bad review.

Only 2 cash registers were open with long lines. So I used the self checkout. The process is difficult for some seniors/disabled that have arthritic pain. But there is no accommodation for seniors or the diaabled. The register continually needed a clerk to enter a code. I asked if I was doing something incorrectly and she replied no. It is not a process I was trained in when I got my nursing degree. If I wanted to work checking out groceries I would not have gone to nursing school. Please don't tell me it is a cost cutting measure, everything is more expensive. Additionally, all of the bagged salad was due to expire on the date I was shopping. You were also out several items. You had no regular great value individual sized cheese pizzas, no regular size black tea bags, distilled water or clear american cases of flavored water. You are pushing me to shop elsewhere.

THIS STORE LOOKS DIRTY AND TRASHY. Almost got run over again by an employee with those dar blue online order carts. Bought. Cereal and bag cut open due to employees not careful opening boxes. (NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER) Omg! Horrible mployees almost run you over, with those blue carts, trying to fill online orders. Cannot find customer friendly employees and management. EMPLOYEES CHATTING SO LOUD WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES! Manager needs to correct and teach these employees people skills. Ridiculous!!!!!! Pharmacy have great people. I give them 5+ stars. And greeters. All others need to be taught to help customers and omg at least smile. Too many mad looking employees. Used to be my favorite Walmart Not anymore. We take our shopping to Target if we need a close store. Or drive to Winn Dixie at beaches. If I need Walmart we go to Kernan.

The door “attendant” insisted on seeing my receipt and I’m sorry, but no. I pay for the Walmart Plus service INLY for the convenience of “Pay And Go”, not Pay and let me check your work. This time I happened to be there when it was very few people there. I KNOW he saw me checking out. If not, he should have if that was his job. The nice lady that was working the self check out didn’t have a problem with the way I did my unpaid job. The more I write, the madder I get that a multi-billion dollar business can’t find a better way to prevent theft than to make me check myself out and then double check. Rant over and I apologize.

Avoid this place if you can, the service horrible, I refuse to go in store so I do curb-side pickup they can’t even get that right that’s if they answer to the app when you check in. The phone number when you call says do to storm your order can not be picked up tell Monday. You can verify this with Customer Service the 1-800 # they did a 3 way with me. I’m Disabled so I have to pay for someone to take me or pickup for me. I’m always happy until I go in that store.. the only reason for going there is convenience. I would Walmart rate 10 down.

I was in this store shopping about two years ago and security stopped me as I left and accused me of stealing. I removed my jacket and asked them where the items I supposedly stole. They called the police and I was handcuffed and put in the back of a police car in front of my family and my wife's family. After they figured out I DIDN'T STEAL ANYTHING they trespassed me from the store. This was the store we went to everyday. Now I can't go back there because I didn't steal anything.. THIS IS THE WORST STAFF AT ANY WALMART I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD..

Walmarts are all basically the same, they're dirty, dont have things in stock & have uninspired employees or worse...this one is no different. I only shop here because it's less than a mile away from my home. Pre-covid, when it was open 24hrs, we only went there after midnight to avoid crowds and only had to deal with a small number of employees. It takes forever to check out & I hate self checkout lanes!! I'm currently trying some online stores because I'm tired of giving my money to companies that promote the grooming of children with their "Pride" products promotions.

Very clean inside and pleasant people working for them. We were looking for the new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra screen cover that one of the telephone companies wanted to charge us $50 for. Thankfully, we came to Walmart, and found it for $16.88. The sales associate was very helpful and we were happy for the huge savings. We also found my microwave bacon cooker that i love and wanted to gift it to a friend. Unfortunately, they did not carry any zip up hoodie sweaters for men which partially caused for the loss of a star as well as the long line to pay.

Walmart Pharmacy provides amazing customer service. I have never come across any issues related to my prescriptions or refills. The Pharmacy staff ensures to include any manufacturer coupons to relieve costs related to my high deductible. The staff is extremely responsive when calls are made to the Pharmacy. When picking up my Rx, checking out has always been efficient and in a timely manner, while initiating any questions or concerns that I may have prior to checking out.

This Walmart on Hodges rd. & beach blvd. went far above my expectations! I am very sensetive to foods i eat, and virtually have to eat organic as much as possible. Everything i needed in the organic option was there ! I bought meats, veggies, fruits, milk, plus more for $100. PLUS I HAVE $73 LEFT I used my EBT card. Who says you can't buy healthy food on food stamps? I love the idea of a challenge in seeing how much organic food i can get with $100... ALOT!!-

Autistic employee working in the back just watching children and following children in the store he comes up and asks to play with them… it’s very concerning anytime I’ve come to this location with my kids he follows them around… management seems to be aware of this issue but doesn’t seem to do anything. He asked to play with your children and follow them around the store. Do not leave your children and attended at this location.

Have been looking to fill my dark chocolate mint M&Ms snack bin. Tried to order on several occasions but the "in stock" item listed online is suddenly NOT IN STOCK when it comes time to pick up my desired order. I believed Walmart had better merchandise control and ordering mechanisms in place to prevent this from happening. Obviously not. I am more in-store oriented now than trusting failed online ordering processes.

Loved this store, it was a lot bigger than the Supercenters I'm used to seeing. After taking in all the sights, I found some ginger beer that I had been searching for. My friends and I bought groceries for 5 for less than $100. It's pretty hard to beat that. The store was nice and clean. Everything was easy to find. Although the store was somewhat busy, the lines were moving fast. I'd shop here again.

Good selection. Phone system sucks. No one ever answers. And if they do, they keep transferring you around in circles and nobody wants to deal with customers on the phone. Also, the bathrooms suck. Surprising for a Walmart on beachside. Fix your bathrooms Walmart. Nothing works (doors don’t lock, toilets don’t work, no paper towels or soap) in there and they’re always disgusting.

Black people should becareful at this location. Even though there were multiple customers, this woman only pretended to be watching me. When she realized that I was watching her, she decided to move every time I turned my back in an effort to conceal herself. Each time I come to this Walmart, I will be posting when an employee decides to watch the single black customer.

I was very disappointed to find out that they do not carry Keystone ground beef or chicken, like the Philips/Emerson location does. They would be found in the can goods section on the soup aisle. I stopped here on my way home and then had to make an additional stop at the other location to pick them up. This, of course, was time consuming and a hassle.

The operator here should be canned. I called 4 times in a row trying to get to the garden section, which is not listed in the menu, and each time they picked up and hung up on me. I heard laughing in the background in the short gaps before they hung up on me again and again. I tried reaching HR and similarly no answer after 5 minutes of ringing.

I would say this was the worst group of employees I've ever seen and the laziest but their ability to hide from work is amazing. I just watched the guy squat behind the door and play on his phone for 20 minutes. When I asked him a question, he acted like the internet didn't work in the building and he couldn't help me.

7 minutes waiting at self check out waiting for attendant. Then after taking care of register next to mine walked off to talk to anther rep. Finally after getting attention and came over to ok purchase, they ignored when I asked why they left me earlier. Apologized for interrupting her conversation and left quickly.

So over the past 6 months, my WalMart has gone thru there upgrade, looks great, BUT yes, there is a BUT, I was blessed with a boy (not the but part) and if some of you moms or dads have notice the selection for toddler boys is pitiful now if u have a Lil girl u have the whole toddler section to pic from.

You never have my dry cat food or wet cat food in stock anymore. Only litter. Useless if I have two go to two different stores for very simple essentials. Workers are nice, but I don't come here for the workers I come here for the groceries.... The groceries I need that you never restock....

Absolutely disgusting . I have never visited such a nasty Walmart . The meat was nearly all ROTTEN and the customer service here is the worst I’ve ever encountered . I’m not from here but I surely hope all of the Walmarts here aren’t this run down it’s actually sad to see smh.

Absolutely great service. The customer care associates are awesome, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. They take your issue as their own and the matter is solved in no time. You save so much money and receive excellent service . For me it is a luxury. Thank you Walmart.

Perfect time of day to go around 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., crowds are down and stock levels are decent. Well supplied, most national brands represented, out of some great value brands, but can't be helped. Overall, a good experience, even towing several children along.

While visiting Jax we shopped inside and did a grocery pick up order here. Inside we had two wonderful employees help us find a uncommon ingredient. We also had issues checking out and the attendant fixed it immediately. We found everything we needed and more.

this Walmart is a nice clean store. It has both vision center pharmacy as well as a grocery store. The prices are phenomenal. The only negative is it's Walmart. Which means you can get a little busy. Otherwise great store to shop at for your needs

Good store but a lot of weirdos in the parking lot, Although They have security guards driving by all the time,Some of the people parked out in the lot are questionable?? May I recommend staying at a Rest area off 95 not the Wal Mart parking lot!!

As a consumer, we should not have to visit a return 5 times until it's fixed. All Walmart Managers clearly are not on the same page regarding returns or the store policy regarding them. And not stocking bike tubes for months is rediciless.

We went in for two things: Watchbands and brown shoe polish. They had neither. Shelves were sparsely filled and very difficult to find any team members. Having said that, Rose in customer service was VERY helpful and I wish to thank her.

Great staff, very big selection. I would suggest not stacking stuff so high in the middle of the isles, it really is sketchy. Other than that it's a great place to get stuff quickly and it's laid out very well.

Just sad to see that they're so pricey now, and don't have to be, this was the best go to store before DOLLAR TREE came along . Really sad that it not a good store for people who's on a tight budget …

Not enough checkout lines open with attendants. Only self check out. Do not give returns or credit refunds on more than one item without receipt. So gifts are unable to return without gift receipt.
