Barber did a good job on my haircut, but when I asked for my beard to be trimmed she told me no because she had an appointment. Yes, I was a walk-in. But if your time was limited you should ask me what all I need. I would’ve waited for someone to be free to do everything I needed. Probably won’t go back in the future.
It is very bright inside the store. The store is still a good deal on food. There is no overhead music which makes the shopping experience better. They make changes like Costco where you have to get your receipt checked. The biggest downside I see is the parking to get there and the bathroom are still a bit smaller.
Not the best store to do spark.. to many sing orders coming out at once .. should consolidate multiple orders at once 3 or 2 not just one to make the trips more appealing to spark drivers .. I see a lot of $7 orders getting dumped by driver's because nobody wants them
It is a total clown show. There's only one way in and 1 way out out of this shopping center. You have Walmart, and then you have Best Buy in the corner you can imagit. Is shoulder to shoulder in the store and bumper. The bumper in the parking lot come at your own risk
Went to self checkout and it didn't let me scan a few items an associate came by and just swiped his card and left as I was leaving I got flagged for theft and when I stated I will pay for the items they turned me down and said I can never shop at that location
It's always crowded. Parking can be crazy at times. Some employees don't like to assist you when you ask them a question. You can wait a long time before you can get some help. Some employees are even rude. This is the one on Story Rd in San Jose.
I when because I need a new lap top and it was around 9:30 pm yesterday (Sunday 10/22/23) I when to the electronics section and unfortunately there was only an old lady with white hair there she was super rude,I tried getting help from her
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE(again….) One thing I can’t stand about big corporation companies like this is that (most, not all) workers don’t have enough motivation to care for the customers and provide the customer service that you’d expect from
Customer Service Rep was so rude to the person ahead of me and then me. I tried calling the store after for a good 1.5 hours and no answer in a couple departments to transfer me to manager. I felt so strongly to report this employee that I
The employees are rude, the store is always spotty with shelves. Boxes are everywhere, only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because some employees are very nice, but it’s like a needle in a haystack. People that think this store is still
Unable to get any associate to help me get an item behind the security paneling. I understand wanting to prevent theft, but this system only works when there is attentive staff. I asked multiple people to help me and none knew who had the
I am going to start by saying that I actually really like Walmart. I have several stores in my area and shop there regularly. I visiting my parents for a month while my dad is recovering from surgery so I found myself here…never to return
Bertha delivered our groceries today… well, barely. We order groceries every week to be delivered this has never been an issue. This is a reflection on Bertha more than Walmart as a whole. She left our groceries in the PARKING LOT of our
I never go to Walmart but I needed a large quantity of ground lamb and they had the best price (and quality ... and halal). But when I got there they had none left. I went to ask at the deli counter, expecting to be told "sorry come back
I recently returned an item here at this location, and the manager, Norma was very rude, unapproachable, and unhelpful. She made a mistake with my returns and switched the serial numbers of my items, but she was insisting that she didn’t
A store to avoid. Getting in and out of the parking lot entrance is most always a hassle. The shopping isles in the store are too narrow and cramped. Two customers with carts going opposite directions down any isle will have to run into
Parking always a hassle here and with school starting I guess that made it worse. I think a lot of people were doing last-minute or quick in and out purchases. All 4 cars around me and a few others we went in and came out together. You
I work nights so when I get off in the am on Sunday morning that's when I do my shopping before the weekend rush. Stockers are very rude. The block the isle to where you can't push cart, some also get pissy when you come down the isle
Everything is behind glass nowadays. I hate having to flag down an employee to unlock a cabinet. Usually takes 20 min to an hour per cabinet. I wish they would just assign everyone an unlocked at the door instead of a greeter.
Beware of Spilt payments! When I went to pay for my items, the cashier, Miriam, made a mistake. They wanted to refund me and recharge me for THEIR mistake which I find very inconvenient.
Smaller than the other Walmarts but alot more cleaner and organized and really only came to visit a long time friend. Still nice place shall go shopping next time I visit here.
Another typical Walmart Supercenter where you could get not only household stuff but also grocery and pharmacy, etc. There are many self checkout stands, which we like.
They have a big produce section! I usually get the salads or wraps here cuz they're yummy & less than $5 each. Lots of Best Buy employees buy their lunch here too.
It's I like to go in the store and shop but when I try to call NO DEPARTMENTS ANSWER . It just rings forever . They need better people to answer the phones !!!!
I usually can find what I'm looking for, but if not, an employee will usually help me; also the store is fairly clean and organized.
Nicely stocked store but cashiers at customer service need to help people one by one and not let others CUT THE LINE
Awesome prices, but terrible employees. They sent us back and forth, not knowing what they have stocked
They have just what I need. Good job a few dollars more than buying online but it's ok
Good environment.and also a good place to pay bills or cash a check
