Place is going downhill. Never any baskets. Carts are always stuck together. Staff is useless. Constantly tripping or having to go around the whole store because all the aisles are cluttered with pallets, boxes or staff trollies. Customer service is a joke. I'd rather go the extra mile and shop elsewhere. Which is what I'm doing.

Place is very dirty. On three seperate occasions I've seen mice running around the grocery area.. have even told staff and have been told "that's not our problem". Don't know if there was a change in management within the last couple of years, but this place has declined all around from cleanliness to customer service.
