"I've had to change my review"
This place has awful customer service. Firstly they’re always under staffed and the staff are all under trained. They cannot carry out a refund or exchange. I was sold iron pills of 100 tablets that where out of its packaging. So when i got home the product seal was open with only 20 pills from the 100 pills. I had to come back to the pharmacy as i was worried they will not accept it the next day. When i got to the pharmacy and explained to the same cashier the pills where not sealed and missing. She explained she cannot exchange as they do not have anymore boxes of 100 pills and only 28 pill packs, so she said she is happy to give me 3x 28pill pack and i will have to pay the difference. Clearly basic maths is not required for a cashier position, so i would receive 84 pills and pay more rather than 100 that i paid for. She then told me she cannot give me a refund because she doesn’t have the pin for the cashier, apparently there was another cashier lady who did have the pin but was too scared to get into trouble if she gave a refund. I explained that i cannot go back tomorrow as i work and I want a refund to purchase the item at another pharmacy since i do not trust them given that the items do not have a seal or original packaging. The cashier then explained that she will have to call her manger to allow her to get refund. 1 hr later no answer from the manager, so she calls the supervisor called Nash who then tried to sell me the same 3 pack of 28 again. I was a former employee of the company perrigo, and i know this guy. Its so shameful that as i explained that i was former employee and use to come to the store frequently, he refused to speak to me on the phone and refused to give me the store manager’s email. When i asked for Nash’s surname he then lied by saying its Petal, even though he is Eastern European. Even though they did not give me a email address they told me to call me tomorrow which they did not. Honestly avoid this pharmacy at all cost, if they do not mess around with your medication they will insult and lie to your face whilst treating you badly.
Outstanding Service and Expertise! I have been a loyal customer of Warman-Freed for over 15 years, and I can confidently say that Mr Nish has consistently provided exceptional service! Yesterday I had the pleasure of receiving my flu Jab from him, and his efficiency and expertise left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked into the pharmacy, Mr Nish greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. He took the time to explain the entire vaccination process to me, addressing any concerns or questions I had with patience and a deep understanding of the subject matter. His knowledge and professionalism were truly remarkable. During the flu shot administration, Mr Nish demonstrated remarkable skill and precision. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, putting my fears at ease. The injection was virtually painless, and I genuinely appreciate how he made it a quick and seamless experience. Whether it's a simple medication query or a more complex health concern, he consistently goes above and beyond to provide the necessary guidance and support. In addition to his exceptional skills and knowledge, Mr Nish maintains a well-organized and clean pharmacy. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of Mr Nish and the exceptional service he provides. He is a true asset to Warman-Freed and the community. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of pharmaceutical expertise, as he goes above and beyond to ensure his patients receive the care they deserve. Thank you, Mr Nish, for your dedication, professionalism, and outstanding service. I I am truly grateful to have you as my pharmacist.
It was my first time going into this pharmacy and i didnt know where i should stand so i asked the lady where do i give in my prescription and she rudely replies “just stand there and ill deal with you” so i did and then one of the items on my prescription was not available so she did explain that its been out of stock so she cant give me back the prescription so i said thats fine because my son is sick and i need his antibiotics. So i went away and my son started coughing and the lady was like oh god thats a bad cough in a rude manner i felt really uncomfortable as if she didnt want us there and he has some sort of disease. However i came back and got served by the pharmacist and when i came to collect she explained everything and that i would have to go back to the dr because they wont be ordering the second medication becasue its not in stock. so they wont bother which the other lady did not explain that i would have to go back to my doctor to ask for a new prescription and as this has happened to me before it makes sense that when its in stock i get a phone call to say that i should come collect but this lady came back and said she explained that to me already when the other pharmacist took over and was speaking to me. The lady also came rudely interrupted when i was speaking to the pharmacist saying if you want we will take back antibiotics and you can take the prescription back but i said no because i need it and my son is sick . Im not happy and i will never come back to this pharmacy rude i don’t recommend this pharmacy at all !
So I called up last night 5 minutes after completing the emergency prescription form online. They could not see my nieces details. I was told to call back in 15 minutes which I did. She still couldn’t see my nieces details. I then got a call 10 minutes before closing time asking what prescription my niece takes. I explained to the lady that my niece suffers with migraines and has been diagnosed. She regularly takes medication however I never knew what her dosage was. She then told me to let my nieces mother call in to confirm once confirmed we can collect medication in the morning. My sister called this morning and was told to call back tomorrow. What type of emergency service is this? You give suffering people such a hard time when you should be making their lives much more easier. My niece is away from home and is staying with her auntie a strong migraine has come on and you guys have not helped. She has had to suffer all through the night. I have given my nieces details, there should be a system where you can see her doctors notes for proof of diagnosis and medication instead of asking so many questions and refusing to prescribe what she needs.
I've had to change my review. Find the original below. This pharmacy has really gone downhill in the last few months. I cannot get a hold of them on the phone - which is problematic if you need your medication and your GP hasn't told you which one they've sent it to. The phone rings out for two minutes. There were some great staff who seem to have left - including a couple of the pharmacists. I am now left to wait longer for my medication to be released and they are a lot less friendly about it. I asked the pharmacist for advice the last time and he didn't seem interested in helping. Great range of products. Helpful, friendly staff. They carry a large range of drugs in stock and can have them ordered in next day. They also provided me with a replacement copy of my prescription for travel when I lost my first one. I called them up and they had the photocopy of my prescription ready within the hour. They're always attentive and do not patronise you when it comes to drug-related discussions. They also always answer the phone - unlike many pharmacies.
Absolutely unacceptable service. Tonight went to get some medications from this pharmacy on 21st October 2021. I have entered the shop around 9:50 pm. It was some antibiotics and medication for asthma. The pharmacist that night came to me and extremely rudely in front of my daughter said” only 3 minutes left the pharmacy to be close, come another time or go to other pharmacy ( no “please” , no “ Sorry”) . She also said “ why did u come 3 minutes before closing?”( which I did not) . I am an NHS consultant, absolutely shocked about that behaviour,. This pharmacist is a complete disgrace to our medical profession. I have absolutely no idea how people or the pharmacy itself tolerate that kind of attitude. I always received a great service before by all other staffs including previous pharmacists.
First of all I would like to say Tony is a legend of the pharmacy industry and totally cares about whoever walks into this establishment. I had run out of insulin and the one that I was on, no one had it in the whole of London as I’m from Manchester. After trying about 40-50 pharmacy no one would even help or give me a substitute and 111 were of no help! 1 ring to Tony and he just told me to come in and he’ll sort me out. I couldn’t believe it and went straight down even tho it was a 45min drive. 10mins and Tony literally saved my life. He’s not just a pharmacist, he’s a community sympathiser and understands people not just prescription and the rule book unlike others! Big respect to Tony n the team!
I had a bad experience with warman freed pharmacy. I purchased certain tablets for my father, the next time i went there to purchase again because my father ran out of it, i was told we can not sell them without prescription. When i told i did purchase these last time and paid for it and no one said it was prescription only medicine. The staff members acted if i was lying. Now my father is without the medicine for 3 days waiting for repeat prescription. They should have told me the 1st time it was prescription only drug or if they made mistake the first time, they could have given me a few tablets the 2nd time so my father didnt have to miss his dose before his prescription arrives.
Visited this Sunday 22nd Aug 2021 for prescription for very painful uti Pharmacist was lovely But lady on Clarins counter was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered in a pharmacist There were samples on the counter so I went to have a look what sort of samples they were Did not take it was just looking at it as something to do while waiting for my prescription A lady that was talking to friends and not on the counter but obviously worked behind the clarins counter shouted at me to put it back and said I should’ve asked her first before I touched them ! I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect Very upset !
I haveused this pharmacy for years, since 2004, and never had a problem. The last two visits they’ve been completely dismissive of my questions to the pharmacist - I don’t know if they’ve had a new pharmacist as not had a prescription for years so can’t say whether it’s the same woman - but have bought a lot of other items there on a very regular basis. The pharmacist is rude and uncaring when I was distressed. Prefer to use an independent shop but definitely won’t be returning. Need to be careful how you treat loyal customers with Boots opposite
I have been coming to warman-freed pharmacy for many years. I would like to say that Mr Nish is friendly, very knowledgeable and the most professional pharmacist I have ever met. Mr Nish is extremely caring always willing to help and has always given me sound advice when I have needed it. He is always efficient when dispensing prescriptions. There is a noticeable reduction in efficiency of the pharmacy’s operations when he is not present. I am incredibly grateful to have a pharmacist like Mr Nish serving our community.
I had prescription for my wife I went there I ask for the treatment they gave me the wrong one then we called them back they say ohh sorry is doctor mistake ….unprofessional instead to focus and see the treatment is it for? Then I went back they suggested other one and I said how long the treatment for they said 7days then my wife opened it she relise is just one time use ….I spoke with the manager nothing really …I decided don’t come back there anymore and get the treatment somewhere else .no more headache
The best pharmacy I've ever visited! I went to Warman-Freed to stock up on holiday essentials and found the store incredibly clean, tidy and well-organised. The staff were the real stand out though. They were informative, incredibly helpful and very welcoming. The skincare expert did a great job at explaining how each cream / product works, offering advice and guidance at each step while also allowing us to test the products before we bought. I'd highly recommend them to everyone!
Very nice pharmacy, I ran out of medication and my GP didn't send my prescription on time. The pharmacist on duty, Dina, was very helpful and gave me emergency supply, no problem at all. While I was waiting, I purchased a lovely Mother's day gift for my mum and also mother in law, their favourite Clarins. The tall lady on the beauty counter was very helpful, she offered to giftwrap the gifts for me and I also got some nice samples for myself. Very happy. 100% recommend
This is the worst Pharmacy in UK I had ever come across, they don't notify u when they receive prescription. If you go there they make you wait for 30 plus minutes and come up with excuse of unavalibilty. Inefficient staff, rude, arrogant, inconsiderate and highly unprofessional , my recent visit was on 22 Nov 22 and they made me wait for 40 minutes and arrogantly turned me away due to no stock the two ladies there at 8 pm were rude and pathetically sliw
Normal, I went to check up for the blood test, since from few days I was not feeling well,so I search many pharmacy and even my GP didn't give me appointment to check my health so I was there to check my blood pressure, the staff were so honest they give me direct appointment and check my pressure mad explain me in detail and advice me what to do next.the lady doc or nurse who check my pressure was honest and best.thankyou so much
Nish patel - was very helpful today ! 1 of all he is working so hard ! And he have time and smile and polite manner for each patient. He was wonderful today to me. And I must say this type of team member is a fresh air in this pharmacy ! He did saw me fast and efficency with smile and profesjonalizm. I hope he is pharmacy manager if not please give it to him !!!!
I've been a regular at this pharmacy for over 5 years and honestly, they're fantastic. They really bend over backwards to help out. Like recently, when there was a national shortage of some meds I needed, they were super helpful. They showed me how to get it in different dosages, which was a lifesaver. Never had a single problem with them. Highly recommend!
I had excellent customer service at Warner-Freed pharmacy. I had a prescription for urgent drugs required for a cancer patient. This pharmacy appeared to be the only pharmacy in london to stock it. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Despite it be very busy, it only took 10 mins to make my prescription up. Very happy and will use again.
A lovely large pharmacy that stocks a variety of merchandise including over the counter medications, make up and skin care ranges. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable. The only down side is that the area where the pharmacy is situated is permit parking only and it is very difficult to park there .
A very rude and unprofessional old asian male pharmacist/doctor, he needs to change his job, he clearly has no interpersonal skills or knows how to talk to human beings in a civil or respectful way, needs to learn some manners. He was telling me i was not asthmatic right now when i was and my chest was tight, how dare he!
Refused to sell me Golden Eye ointment and denied that it was possible to buy over the counter without a prescription. I've just seen others' reviews and want to add that the assistant who dealt with me was sullen and insensitive. Like others, my experience was unnecessarily unpleasant.
The best pharmacy I know of. Open 365 days a year until midnight and the staff are extremely helpful. Emmanuel is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable pharmacists I have ever met. I will happily drive two miles extra to go here than go to a lesser local pharmacy.
This pharmacy has the most awful customer service, I called to ask for a prescription and the lady was unbelievably rude. I don’t think people go to a pharmacy at 9:45pm unless it’s necessary. The staff could have a little more care for their customers. Wouldn’t hurt!
My husband and I had our seasonal flu jabs at this pharmacy. The Pharmacist Nish was brilliant. He was accommodating, friendly and efficient. The lady at the reception was helpful too. All in all a good experience. Will be happy to go there for our flu jabs again.
They have a nice place with good hours. But they seem to think they know better then the doctors when it comes to making up subscriptions. Also since covid they take really long to make subscriptions and make you wait outside in the store many times in the rain.
I wasn't able to be seen by the consultant because they don't deal with my problem, but the pharmacist at the counter (with yellow nail polish) was so friendly and kind. And so was the consultant in explaining what I needed to do next about my issue.
I visited here today in order to pick up an emergency prescription for my partner who is 8 weeks pregnant. The whole team here were extremely helpful and especially the pharmacist, Parvik. Due to his diligence and perseverance my partner
The staff are very cruel and have no desire to help sick people. I brought my uncle in earlier this evening who was having a life-threatening asthma attack while he was out shopping. I begged them to sell us or lend us an asthma inhaler,
I did promise you Nish and here I am. I also have to say you now have competition ! I have forgtton your colleagues name, it begins with B ... Bhavuk maybe, I came in the other evening and he was lovely to me. One may think that its the
Absolutely horrible experience. Usually NHS prescriptions at any local pharmacy is a 5 minutes process. Here it took one and a half hours. The staff are dismissive and very rude. If you can avoid this place for prescriptions, please do
I came over last night to get antibiotics for my baby girl five minutes before closing time. The staff refused to issue the medicine although I explained that its for a baby. I'll never again entre this shop again. Instead I can
Great help and advice from the pharmacist when I went here on Sunday morning. Quickly assessed my problem and offered a solution. I bought what she suggested and it’s working well already. The opening hours are so useful too.
Phonecalls have always answered, they give accurate information on medication availability and will do all they can to help. Furthermore, provide follow up and updates as agreed. Nish in particular was exceptional.
Had booked an appointment for the flu jab and everything was smooth. Filled up a form, waited for couple of minutes before we were called in for the jab. Pharmacist explained everything. Overall great service
I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years . They have a very good reputation in Golders Green. They are opened till very late, up To about 11pm. Shop is always very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Last night I went to the pharmacy to get some anti sickness pharmecy where you can buy this from Asda or tesco and they told me we can not sell this to you over counter and you should have a prescription.
This pharmacy was an absolute nightmare! The unprofessional staff provided slow service and even gave out wrong prescriptions. I strongly advise you to avoid it at all costs! …
Terrific Tony helped me tremendously over the telephone with my toddler and used his years of experience to solve our little problem. He was kind attentive and generous, Thx so much.
i have been using this pharmacy for over 7 years , staff members has been changed over the time . i was asked by 83 years old man to help him get his tablets. after dropping the
Absolutely fantastic service - amazing on the phone when needed urgent help this evening and was able to pick up a prescription issued after calling 111 following their guidance
Had excellent prompt service filling a prescription here. The pharmacist was careful in asking me questions to prevent drug interactions. Highly recommend!
Such a great public service. Open long hours to dispense prescriptions very efficiently, including even electronic prescriptions. Helpful security staff.
I get my family’s prescriptions from this pharmacy. Nish is always helpful and I have no problems with anything, always helpful and polite. …
The pharmacist Nish is such a helpfull person and explains everthing .I feel so confident ordering medicines from Warman Freed . God bless him.
Excellent friendly service as usual here. Pharmacist Nish has a great helpful team and would highly recommend.
The service is really bad. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from them
Spoke to the pharmacist Bineh who gave personalised helpful advice
Disgusting service and rude staff. I'll never go there again!
