As head office have no phone number for me. **I am close to losing my new job!** I am an ex employee, and I have a new job and started on the 20th of Febuary2017. and I'm still waiting for my reference (over 2 months of waiting) I have to have a 5 year history and reference's to account for everything in the past 5 years. The reference has to be done my letter which has been sent to the head office, and the Bristol shop to give to head office. I have been into my old shop (Bristol) to chase it up and no hope. Every time I went in I let my new deputy Vava that it has to go to the head office. It finally showed up, but she then sent it to my Manager. which I said not to do as she cant fill out the forum. head office have to! This is not good management skills, and its a joke! You need you sort this out immediately.
Came into store today in hopes of finding a ring after receiving bad service at another jewellers in town. After seeing a few that I liked, I was served by a young lady named Aimee. Unfortunately, the rings that I had selected to look at they did not have in My size. But Aimee seemed to be extremely polite and helpful. She advised me to look online to see if my size was available there and even took the time to write down each of the rings codes for me. Even after all this she still apologised for the small wait I had whilst she brought out the rings and explained that she was a new member of staff, although there was no issue with this as she was rather efficient. Such a delightful young girl, could not have received better customer service!
Bought some lovely looking silver hoop twist earrings over the weekend, they cost £22 half price, originally £44. Got home and as soon as I took them out of the bag I noticed one of the earrings had a weak clasp and was not secure, also noticed that they were flimsy, I put them on twice and both times the dodgy earring just fell out, they cannot be worn because of this, a dodgy earring, like it was seconds, not very well made. I cannot believe that these earrings were originally £44 they’re not even worth £22. I want my money back, not happy with the product - very poor quality.

Feel we were misled at the start and duped into buying more expensive rings, this added upset and stress to my daughters upcoming wedding, which should only be a joyful and memorable event, especially the choosing of wedding rings.

Very disrespectful staff I bought bought my girlfriend an engagement ring and I went back due to the wrong size, my girlfriend only tried it on and didn't wear it afterwards because risk of getting lost, then we went back and she said it was scratched and damaged so clearly it was like that when they sold it to me and one of the staff said to me if it is the wrong size then please come back but the women were very rude and disrespectful. NOT HAPPY
My partner and I went into the store saturday very early to return a bracelet. The female sales assistant was abrupt . The manager Ana is belligerent, verbally aggressive and has no idea about customer service. Ana then became concillatory when I stated that we would never return to the shop and would recommend everyone we knew to avoid this particular branch. The worst shopping experience I have ever had and we left in disbelief.
I recently visited to buy a gift for a friend's 30th birthday. I was assisted by Vava, who has helped me on previous visits. Vava was able to advise me on choice of jewellery as well as gift wrap my items which added that extra special touch. I have always found Vava to be extremely helpful, professional as well as have a lovely friendly personality. I will definitely return to store for any future jewellery purchases. Thank you!
Very poor customer service, choose some earrings marked £49 in the sale last ones. At first unable to find a code then when they put in the code asked for £79 when I said that was more than they were advertised for the sales assistant said I don't know that what the code says they must have been marked wrongly. This price was more than the original price on the ticket, needless to say I declined to buy them.
Came in for a ring and necklace, the two ladies went above and beyond to help me and my son. They was so professional. I work in retail myself so the service here was outstanding unfortunately did not get their names. They are a credit to the shop. I got a necklace with a letter r and a signet ring with a Eagle on. So I would like to thank them for the amazing job they done. ,
I entered the Warren James store today, I was served by Catherine and two other assistants (unfortunately forgotten their names). They went above and beyond with their service, I was genuinely very impressed with the excellent service. Ended up making a few purchases due to their opinions with helping me decide what Jewlerry I wanted. Thanks for the help!
Just felt the need to applaud the service I received recently at Bristol branch. I was served by Joanne & she went above & beyond helping me choose some items to use up a credit note. She was enthusiastic & patient throughout with a constant smile, she is a credit to the store. Will also say other lady that was present was also very nice!!
Be cautious. A lot of the jewellery in here is on sale or cheaper than you'd expect. But when they say things like 'white gold' is not, its silver with a white gold effect. Same goes for a lot of the 'diamonds' they advertise, they are just 'diamond effect'.
The ring i first bought was too big for me i went in store to get an exchange for a smaller size but there wasn't and i asked for a refund and the staff spoke in such a rude manner, i would never recommend warren james. Never buying from them again.
Have bought 2 rings and a bracelet in the last month. Lovely looking jewellery at a sensible price. All staff that served me were very polite. Will be going back
The manager with the foreign accent is rude, moody and lacks people skills. The whole team needs customer service training. Will not be returning again.

Nice staff during Christmas period, shop is small but this is a Jewellery not a supermarket :) price are high :) you can find cheaper on-line
