My very favourite library is a home away from home. The are lovely and I am friends with many of them. I have been coming to this library for over 20 years and it is is a home away from home. The Northern Beaches libraries have a wonderful selection of books CDs. DVDs and all manner of magazines including ones on Ultimate healing practices such as "Breathe" and the library has learning references and both fiction and non-fiction audiobooks and things like meditation CDs it is a wonderful place and I love it to bits. I had a temporary job there in 2016 at the time I was 46 and it was the best job I ever had in my whole entire life I also do volunteer work for the library can't say how much I love it just a magical place.

i needed to defecate very badly whilst in this library and i was unable to relieve myself due to the lack of appropriate facilities present in this vicinity. i was told by staff that i would have to go downstairs and use the toilets within the food court. this would have been highly inconvenient if i had brought my extremely disabled daughter to this library with me as we would have to have gone up and down a lift multiple times just so she can simply release the liquids in her bladder. this is extremely unfortunate as i will not be returning as i do not wish to support facilities which are not appropriate and accepting of disabled people. please make bathrooms as not everyone has all four limbs.

Most people understand a library to be a space that affords people a quiet opportunity to browse, read, reflect and otherwise engross themselves in whatever literary exercise they seek to enjoy. While the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, the whole purpose of a library is lost in the noise....not just of the children's groups but the school age kids who chat loudly whilst "studying " without any consideration of other's around them. I understand that this is part of living in society, but there is no policy of quietness in this library at all. Do not come here if you need peace and quiet or to think or read or study. The coffee shops in the mall are quieter.....

Always helpful, patient staff, they juggle multiple requests for help at any one time (computers, scanner, refill photocopier, print documents for applications) and they keep everything working and everyone reasonably happy. In the school holidays, kids are usually respectful if you ask them to keep it down. But at exam time each year it is obvious what a valuable resource this library is - it is packed with students who sit in groups working intently, and there is no noise from maybe 100 teenagers, just complete focus on study, in an environment that supports them.

I would like to say thanks to the staffs, especially the staff Myrtha from Warringah Mall Library. They are very friendly and helpful to provide the prompt assistance, answer to our questions. Myrtha provides great customer services as always, make us feel very welcomed and helping us setting up the meeting room as needed. I really appreciated your service and assistance.

  • Michelle Naveau

Staff are child-friendly. They have provided help, smiles, stamps, stickers, colouring -in table, checkers floor game, even chilled water on hot days! Amazing! And the books have great variety and presentation, we love the Library at Warringah :)

  • Janet Leticia Herrera

Awesome staff, excellent community options eg the free storytime for children, unfortunately the options for adult literature could be better. But as everything else is so excellent, still 5/5

  • David C

Great staff, very helpful & friendly. Spacious, bright & modern open floor. Happy with students having discussions, similar to co-working offices that promote collaboration between occupants.

  • Louisa Coniglio

Great! The staff are super helpful and very friendly. They provide a fabulous service. The Mall library is frequented by many people and, I'm sure they would agree, is a good meeting place.

  • Dr. Dragan

Not bad until the children started screaming and singing songs of the outside world, for which they should have been a part of - instead of disrupting study.

  • Carmen Linnet Graziano

Great staff that go above and beyond to help. Great library. Lots for kids to do. Great selection of books and dvds. Great atmosphere. Love the displays.

  • Lucas Ryan

Whilst I understand the necessity of early learning, the screaming and singing could be more appropriately undertaken behind closed doors/outside.

  • Caitlin Werakso

The layout of the library is awful, whilst trying to study the amount of screaming kids that come into the library is unacceptable.

  • Blake Harrold

A great open space to get work done, although can be quite loud sometimes from both children and the staff making beeping noises.

  • Lydia Evans

Wouldn't let me sit and eat (this was years ago) and told me that I have to be quiet or get out!!!!!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED

Every major shopping centre should have a library - I leave the wife to her shopping and head here to read the papers.

  • AJ W

Basically a child care center during the day. If you would like a good place to study or read, don’t waste your time.

  • Philip Asbury

I fully agree this is the noisiest library on the planet! Why isn't this problem addressed or answered by the staff?

  • Norman Monshall

Friendly n efficient service. Good selection of books and quick sourcing of titles if not immediately available.

  • Mate

It’s more of a childcare centre where moms drop their crying babies off to go shopping then a quiet library!!

Fantastic Staff, pity about all the rude, uncouth people who sit on the public computer's all day,
