One star for being open. I called before I went there to ask if they had knee braces. The nice lady on the phone assured me they had 4 different ones and they would help me with measuring and fitting so I would leave happy. Well, I got there and it was like they played the "which staff can ignore the customer the longest" game? I stood there for ages and not one person showed the slightest interest in helping me. Finally the chemist got out from behind his desk and asked me what I wanted. When I asked for a knee brace he told me they only sell stabilizers not knee braces and if I wanted a knee brace I should ask my physio to get me one. I explained I was seeing a chiro about my knee. He looked at me as if I was mad and said I was seeing entirely the wrong person and a chiro could do absolutely nothing to help me knee and why I would waste my time going to a chiro. Well he then showed me the wall of knee stabilizers and walked off. After trying to help myself for about 20 minutes I asked a staff to measure me . It felt like I was imposing because she had to stop filling a shelf. She measured me told me I had the right size in my hand and walked off. My knee couldn't be bent and the dang thing got stuck half way up my leg. Wouldn't go up or down. And no one checked if I needed help. In the end I had to step on one end to get back out of it. I packed it up and left in tears. My knee pain was made worse by the lack of help I got there and tying to fit into wrongly sized stabilizers without assistance. When I told my chiro that the chemist had practically told me that chiros are useless he was upset and he will not be sending any more business their way. My chiro has a 28 year career in his field and has written a thesis and got a doctorate. I wonder who made the chemist God and Doctor to make his far sweeping assumptions about the health benefits of seeing a chiro. I will never go into this pharmacy again. The staff was singularly unhelpful, the chemist rubbished my chiro, and none of their products fitted. A day later I went to a proper chemist in Forestville who found the right knee support for my knee in a short while. Addition to my review: I am adding this as I received a reply to my review. You can see the guy couldn't even be bothered to get my name right. When I say my name is Any that doesn't mean my name is Amy. At least get that one right.

I have been to this pharmacy twice and both times have been excellent. First time I spoke to a male pharmacist who went above and beyond with my enquiry, and I left feeling positive about the experience. Second time was a female pharmacist, who I had to wait to see (as very busy) for about 20-25 mins. She spent quite a bit of time with me getting my history (of which there is a lot!) and managed to come up with a good solution for the issue I was having. All in all I would recommend them highly, and wouldn't hesitate to go back when I need some assistance with my medication. Thank you guys :)

Asked for help and this girl told me to sit down for 5 minutes to wait for her. I thought she might have been middle of something important which just didn't look important to me. Then one of her old mates walked in and she thought it was OK to catch up with him for 10 minutes while I was sitting next to them waiting.. Well I'm glad I know now what Amy is up to now days. I was on my lunch break so did not appreciate this waste of time.

Some staff there are rude. I had two bad experiences there where a manager spoke down to me when I needed to return a knee brace. On another occasion a pharmacist made a comment that I "could just eat properly" when I was asking about the difference between two vitamins. I should be able to get service without the mean comments. And yes I do eat properly. Im never going back there again.

Very, very, very bad pharmis on duty! When there around 3:30 today, for a box of prescription medication waited for 15 minutes, only two customers to serve! Worst still the trainee given wrong information about the manufacturer of the medication! Very dangerous and lousy! Worst pharmacy ever been! Don't go if you have a better choice!

Really nice customer service from this one lady who was the one of the pharmacist over the counter. She gave me a range of differnt options and it was quick and easy. I wasn’t pushed to buy anything but rather she cared about my wellbeing and also gave me a free sample to try out something for my allergies! Really good service :)

i had to stand at the register for 10 minutes while your staff member was having a little chat with the person before me. didn’t even acknowledge me just kept on talking. that’s incredibly unprofessional i’ve literally been here twice and both times i’ve had a poor experience. your pharmacist is insanely rude

Pharmacists are very professional and have always gone out of their way to help with prescription problems. I've seen the staff having to deal with very rude customers, and they tried to be patient and helpful, which was exceptional.

Great customer service, staff was helpful. I met an intern named Wenjing, she guided me through my prescriptions and explained each medicine listed. Very kind and very caring person they have. Definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Senior pharmacist was not willing to serve. He asked his staff to help out when I wanted to seek for some pharmacy advice. The dispensary should have some more knowledgeable pharmacist to serve and give some health advice.

The staff inside is polite ,kind heart ,good attitude, patient care,very helpful especially a lovely girl name Maya ,she is the only one best customer service I ever meet in this country I give her 10stars.

Senior pharmacy guy was disinterested in helping. Really miserable about giving advice with a medicine I bought from him. Rolled his eyes when I questioned something about my little one’s medicine.

There is no exchange policy for splints and straps, but the girl at the counter explained this and made sure we had tried on multiple splints to find the one that fitted best before purchasing.

They did not update their trading hours time, so it says it’s open from 8am to 9pm and when you go to the shop it says it’s open from 10am to 5pm. Thanks for making me walk so much.

Appalling service, rude staff and over priced: appear to be just focussed on money money money. Much better professional service (and prices) at the Priceline in the mall.
