Usually, it has always worked fine but today realised that the dryers were taking shorter time than usual. So I realised that at least the two dryers I was using in the first floor were running for 7 minutes instead 10 minutes which is the normal time. Then, I decided to call to the phone number that the waschhaus provides when there is a problem to explain so they can fix it. And the gentleman from the phone (i have to admin that my german is not very good) has told me that if the dryers which I use were not working fine that was my problem in not very nice way. I am not sure if I was doing something bad or not as I never had this problem before and I have been going to this waschhaus for a few months now. But, I believe they could have a better support for the customers anyway.

For me, as a first time ever user, the experience was very good and not as bad as the others describe. Everything is pretty self explanatory. However, I'll add the steps: 1. You can change the washing machine language by pressing "Sprache". Then you select your desired program 2. Load your clothes and close the door. Remember your machine name! 2'. I brought my own detergent, so I didn't use the machine for that. 3. Head to the payment machine in the wall. You can also change the language there. 4. Select your machine and pay the money. I'm attaching the working hours and price list. 5. Finally, you press start on the machine and wait... Same goes for the dryer.

Convenient location. There are lot of machines beach for about 6.5 kg. . There are 2 big machines as well. The prices are about 4 euros for a single wash in the 6.5 kg machine. It also has a dryer machine which is 4 in total. For drying the cost is about 1 euro for every 10 min. The money is to be paid through machine which accepts both cash and card. There is also an option to have some cold snacks ... overall big and a clean place.... recommended ...

This is arguably the best laundromat in the world right now. Clean af with all-new 2022 edition Miele industrial washers and dryers, to state-of-the-washing-art-ly clean your clothes to perfection. I wonder what the food used to be like from the long-shuttered café versteckt in the first floor? Loads of space, everything clean and functional. It's true that there's no staff on-site but it's all pretty self-explanatory and there is a number to call if you need help. For a small wash and 30 min dry you pay 7 euro in total (4 for the wash, then 1 per 10 min of dry). There are two floors with lots of machines so you don't have to wait. Highly recommend.

Zahlung kontaktlos per EC-Karte oder bar. Die Objektverwaltung oder direkt der Hauswart sind werktags super schnell erreichbar. Wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Of the three laundry place a I've been, this one is by far the most expensive, and you have to buy detergent. The other machines had detergent built in and it didn't cost an extra fee. You lose your money if you take too long to start your load! I did that the first time I went because I couldn't figure out how to change the language to English. The interface on the washers was pretty confusing. No staff to help. They sold detergent and softener, and the place was clean, so it got the job done!

Had to go here several times due to proximity. Cash machine only takes coins and frequently malfunctions. Unfortunately the machine is designed so that when it malfunctions it takes your money instead of returning it. There is no staff on hand. My phone call was never returned. No change machine either.

Die Öffnungszeiten, die Anzahl der Maschinen und die Waschmaschinen von Miele Professional sind sehr gut. Die Preise sind Standart 4€ / 8€ 6,5KG / 12KG 1€/ 0,50€. Trocknen/ Waschmittel Habe hier ca. 1Stunde verbracht. 10 x Waschmaschine und 4x Trockner verfügbar ! Sitzbänke gibt es auch genug.

We used it during our holiday to Berlin. It was clean and efficient. I especially liked that the place took credit card payments. If you don't want to use their soap, there is a supermarket right next to it. When we used the machine it was about €4 to wash and that much to dry for 40 min.

Sauberer Salon und gute Mielemaschinen. Waren dort, weil unsere Waschmaschine gerade zur Reparatur war. Allerdings ist es für eine Familie mit 4 Personen doch eher teuer (1 kleine Maschine + 1 große Maschine + Tockner = 16€ ). Also nur für den Notfall zu empfehlen.

i don't speak german but when i paid €1 more (€1,5) for detergent and called for help, a super nice guy who doesn't speak english came and refunded me €1 !! and the laundry is clean and nice ;) i went around to bread station for a little breakfast in between.

I just went to do laundry. Put in a ten euro note to pay for a four euro load, and got back three euros and ten cents. THEN the machine didn't work at all! I don't know who to contact for the refund or to complain. This place is a ficking thievery !!! Beware…

It is possible to pay with card, and washers are good, but not all dryers are functional - go for the ones with panel lights on, or check all its buttons in advance. Currently their telephone operators do not speak English and might not get you a refund.

Two floors filled with Miele washing machines and dryers. They have a bit higher prices than before, but as they completely changed older machines for the latest professional models, it's understandable. Very clean and nice place to do your laundry.

Anna and Anton did my laundry - I like that the machines have names. The latest in German technology were really good - not in English though, but a translate app helped a lot. I just wish there were plugs to charge my phone though.

Waschsalon ist sauber und es gibt viele Waschmaschinen in unterschiedlichen Größen. Im Rahmen der Neuanschaffung von Maschinen wurden die Preise fürs waschen um 50% erhöht. Das ist zuviel. Ich gehe als Stammkunde jetzt woanders hin.

Angeblich bis 23 Uhr auf. Waschmaschinen und Trockner werden aber um 22:30 abgeschaltet. Könnte meine nasse Daunen Jacke nicht tuende trocknen und sie ist jetzt versaut. Schade und das auch noch für 8 Euro

The cashier machine does not work correctly some times and machines don't work either so you lose money and have to give a phone call to the staff but leaving that aside the place is nice.

The dryer's really need to be fixed. But when ever something goes wrong and you try to call them no answer. The machines are from the 90s. So expect problems with no customer service.

Costs like €6 to wash and dry your closes. Good and huge place to get things done and the supermarkets and a great original coffee shop is right behind to pass the washing time.

Machines close at 9, despite hours saying stay open till 10. Would recommend saving time and walking over to schnell and sauber for a cheaper laundromat which stays open till 11
