I had a problem with my dryer at home. This being the 1st time I've used a public laundromat, I didn't know what to expect. The place is supposed to close at 10. However, I got there at 8:45, and the attendant said, place was closed. She wasn't even courteous about it. Terrible experience. I ended up going somewhere else.

I went to the Wash Depot this morning, & the owner raised the price to wash, but you have less time to wash your clothes . I put 4 quarters in the dryer to dry my clothes which use to give you 32 mins, now it gives you 24 mins. That is highway ROBBERY. I’m a regular customer, & Kelly is very nice and good at her job!

You need to update your operating hours I checked it on google before I left my house and you’re suppose to be open till 10pm. I’m here at 8:45pm and you’re closed not pleased at all. If you needed to close early because of an emergency then you need to leave a sign on your entrance advising customers.

for customer service the worst place, if you need anything dry cleaned dont go there. Place is runned by old chinese people that are on a different drug out if this world.. waited 30 mins to get my jacket dry cleaned and noone showed up the

Twice their machines ripped my clothes , my experience during the weekends : machines were not clean , few of them had a bad smell yuck , customer service Friday , Saturday , Sunday is worth zero , also we need to put a lot of money to dry

My items have been stolen TWICE. And no help from the owners . No one should have their laundry items stolen while they are doing kidney and no help was offered and they made excuses about not having access to the cameras

This Wash Depot has zero customer service. The man who runs this location is a bully and micro-manger. He walked up to me and called me a moron because, I spilled some detergent on the ground.

Needs to update hours of operation the start time is 7am. Good place to do laundry!
