I have supported this business for over 5 years, I come regularly with 3 cars to be managed. I arrived to get my car washed around 16:45 in the afternoon. I was told unfortunately that they are preparing to close, and that they open at 07:00 in the morning. Unfortunately when i arrived at 06:55 no one in sight, then started asking the garage for assistance. At 07:20 the first employee pitched up as if its fine to be late. And I was ok with it, as we know sometimes public transports poses issues. I became frustrated however in the lack of accountability. Instead of saying sorry for the experience, let me help you and sort it out quickly, I was handled like there was no issue. This approach to me is a serious indication that expectations cannot be managed at this business. Now based on my experience I will not support this business ever again.

Wash Patrol is just okay! If you have a car that is extremely dirty then this car wash will make a difference. If you you use it for a monthly you will always find something still dirty. The staff are plenty enough but sit around on their phones waiting while others wash a car per person. It seems like the staff are allocated a car and dont help each other out which would get the cars through allot quicker. If there are a few cars in the line then expect a 30min to 45min wait. Pricing is reasonable. Tipping is expected and a staff member (called himself the manager) yelled "I love you Baby" as another female customer drove away!

I usually have a very good experience at this car wash. Today, however, the person who washed my car wanted me to pay him directly for the car wash (rather than paying inside the garage). My immediate assumption was that he would pocket the money for himself. As I was about to go into the garage to pay, he told me that I should buy him food. Even though he washed my car to satisfaction, his abrasive approach made me quite uncomfortable. Management should take heed of how their staff engage with customers.

I was disappointed. The guy who washed my car was busy with it between 20-25 minutes and afterwards telling me that he will charge me more money next time because I had dog hair on the back seat of the car. Definitely did not give him a tip with that attitude he had

Had to edit my review. I used to love coming to this car wash but recently it has just gone down. Staff are awful to deal with, arrogant and rude. Don’t do a great job at washing a car either. Horrible experience!!!

Very nice wash. Even my fussy mum said she'd bring her car back. Good humoured attendants, very friendly. SUV washed in 40 minutes and CLEAN. Coffee, snacks, indoor and outdoor seating places available.

Friendly staff and reasonably priced. They do a good job cleaning your car and often with a lot of cheerfulness. There is a Seattle which means you can have coffee or tea while you wait.

Wow! My rating used to be four starts, now it is five. Is this place under new management? Employees are now in uniform and do an excellent and thorough job. Keep up the excellent work!

Best car wash in the area. They take pride in their work and offer a good set of options. There is A Seattle coffee there so you can have a good coffee while you wait for your car.

I have been bringing all of our vehicles to Wash Patrol and have always been happy with the quality service at a great price.

Don't visit anywhere close to closing time. The staff are already mentally checked out and will complain and do a half job.

Well priced and friendly. Can grab a Seattle coffee while you wait. Very seldom have to queue for the car wash.

The chemicals burned the inside of car. I complained and the guy said he never heard of something like that.
