Very clean laundrymat. Huge washers and reasonable prices. Free to dry if you wash here. Love this place. It's huge. Free wifi and last wash is at 10pm. Large countertops and very open. 80lb washer is $10. That's amazing. They have washers that are 20, 30, 40, 60, and 80lb capacity. Prices are as follows: 80 is $10, as previously stated. 60lb is $7.5, 30lb is $4.75, 40lb is $5.75, 20lb is $3. The prices do increase by $.50 as you change the setting of the washer from light to medium and from medium to heavy. Their change machine accepts $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. All of the fabric softeners, dryer sheets, laundry detergent and bleach in the dispenser are $1 (as per the label). They have a Real-Tuff plastic laundry bag in the dispenser for sale as well but it does not have a price underneath. There is always a staff member on duty cleaning or helping someone and they also have a little "Attendant" window, albeit misspelled as "Attendent", they sell regular store size detergent and such for a range of prices. They also have vending machines as well as a break time hot chocolate/capuccino/espresso machine. And sell cloth laundry bags behind the window for $5.

First time visitor. 4.1 stars. Very clean and well lit establishment. The Attendants on duty were helpful. Quarters only for machines not cards. Reasonable prices. $3.50 for 20 pound washer load. Lots of machines! 20, 40 and 80 pounders. Movable chairs were available for use by customers. Beverages and snacks available in a vending machine near entry at normal pricing, not a big markup. Dryers were hot and dried a 20# load in 20 minutes, 2 quarter cycles on medium heat, Wow! Nice folding tables located across from the dryers. Plenty of laundry carts available to use to transfer your clothes. Handicap access was okay, however there are no dedicated handicapped parking spaces in adjoining lot and entry ramp provided was blocked by a inconsiderate driver during my visit. All that said, I Recommend Wash U coin!

Laundromat is very very clean, and I love that! Only one drawback... the hours they have posted on the front door are not accurate at all! According g to the door they are open until 11pm. It says last wash is at 9:30 we got there at 9:15. Come to find out the laundry attendant does not stay past 10pm. She said it's not worth it to stay and wait for me to dry my clothes. I asked her why the door says 11 if she doesn't stay? She said it's her decision and told me to take my wet clothes and leave. This is so unacceptable because if I would have known that I would have never walked in to d I my laundry. This was the first time I had ever gone in to do my laundry at this location, and it left a very bad impression. Very bad customer service.

Everything is so clean and super organized. When I say clean, I mean everything! The machines are the cleanest I've ever seen (from Kansas City, Orlando, and Chicago) these are the best! The prices are reasonable for washing and drying. Everyone was wearing a mask and keeping their distance as best as possible. They even had free candy for little kids. They are really thinking about the whole family experience and making it just a little more easy. They do have a drop off service but I didn't use that. They also have large laundry soap, etc you can buy. This is the best laundromat experience I've ever had! 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

People still go to this laundromat. All I want to do was dry my clothes and they tried to make me pay a dollar every 10 minutes of drying. When I already paid $6 to dry in two dryers because they're signed say $3 dollars to dry if you didn't wash. Smh now I walked to another laundromat that's Let's me paid 25 cent to dry for 10 minutes. And I'm disabled. It's a shame I can't go here to dry because it's just two doors down for where I live at. And I lived in the neighborhood for 35 years. And the owner is a a******. I wrote a review when it first open but I don't see it on here now they must have took it down.

Such an amazing laundromat, there is nothing more I can ask for. The place is always spotless, the attendants are extremely kind, they have a full stock of all the supplies you'll need, they never run out of carts, they never run out of change, they are never unstaffed, I've even had a great experience with their wash and fold service on many occasions! Plus vending machine and free wi-fi. They play a variety of TV to serve each of their target demographics. I use this laundromat despite my building actually having a laundry room because these machines are better and cleaner.

This place is clean. The washers and dryers look almost new! Drying is free if you wash there. Great deal in my opinion. The only knock I have is not against the business, but against the clientele. Don't bring all five of your kids, on down to 1 year old and expect people to watch them for you. They're in everyone's way. It's not like people want to spend all day at the laundromat because your kids are in their way. Watch your kids yourself or don't bring them. It's not a safe place for unattended children.

Had a great experience washing my clothes ,the lil small tight parking lot is awful no where to park you might as well park and pay on the street or find free street parking..the laundry mat was hot I was there sweating till I finished my washing I asked the staff to turn the ac or fan on she didn't.. overall it's a good clean laundromat with subway and Ghana restaurant with store to get chips...not to far from Wilson redline train and bus line

Clean, reasonable prices, not too crowded, children supervised and well behaved. Free wifi, plenty of outlets. My only concern was the bathroom was locked when I needed it but maybe it was occupied as opposed to out of order. If only there was coffee for sale there and food other than a subway. But it was very nice. Oh, and they have those really huge washers in addition to normal size ones, like for pillows and stuff.

Place was clean and organized by the attendant Reasonable pricing for washing. Only one problem; they need to WORK COVID PROTOCOLS! Should limit patrons to have safe equal distancing and also force strict rules for patrons to cover their faces and noses! If they won't comply have the City of Chicago Task Force to enforce the protocols!!!!

One of the nice attendants greeted me at the door to assist me when I walked in. Everything is brand new. They have coin laundry machines, and the drying is free. They have 20lb, 30lb, 40lb, 60lb, and 80lb machines. They also have free WiFi and a restroom for customers only. This has to be the best laundromat I have ever been to!

I've been coming here for 3years, it's always clean and machines well maintained. They have a coffee machine, which I love!! The owner put it back in after removing it for awhile. Good place! Lots of washing machines, dryers, coin changer, and plenty of seating. Also has both snack and drink vending machines. My only minor complaint is the tables weren’t clean and something sticky got all over my brand new coat. So just be careful where you put your belongings. Otherwise, a nice place to do your laundry!

Well lit. Extremely clean. The attendant ,in addition to being very helpful and nice, was cleaning the entire time. Sweeping and mopping and wiping things down. The laundry carts were all in very good condition. I dont think I have ever been to a laundromat this well cared for. I will definitely be back and I will recommend it.

This laundromat is located in such a peaceful neighborhood. The facility is always kept clean and organized at all times each time I was there. The staff or owner was very nice to their customers. They offer free dryers if we wash there which is very nice. Their washers and dryers are considerably new and well-maintained.

This is my favorite laundromat. I used to live around the corner but I still come here even though I moved to a completely different part of the city. It's always very clean, they're open late, and the staff is helpful and kind. Although I've searched, I have yet to find a better place to wash my clothes.

First time to use a laundromat ever after my washer broke. The worker there was nice enough to explain everything to me. There was a good amount of washer and dryers and not that many people when I went. There was a change machine too. Free parking is also a plus. Will come back again if I need it.

Beware if you use their wash and fold services, employees steal. I've had my favorite red Nike hoodie and my new balance sweatpants stolen after using their wash and fold service. Crazy how I paid for them to steal my clothes. Makes me really angry.

Best laundromat I've been to. The staff are always cleaning and wiping down everything every so often. Theres ac/heat for summer and winter. The dryers are free when you wash there and there's parking. Lots of different machine sizes to chose from

Very clean and well maintained and the employees have great customer service. They have different size washers, ranging from 20lb to 60lb and even 80lb washers (which are ideal for washing multiple king size winter comforters and blankets).
