This place is the only place I feel is very clean and not to busy. It's nice to just pop in headphones and get busy with laundry. I'm never hassled by others. I'm told that the place locks its doors by 8.30pm so by 10pm everyone can be out. I understand that. When I am rushing as fast as I can from work to the laundromat and have about 9 min before 8.30... I get really frustrated! I kindly knock on the window and the lady won't even acknowledge me! Also it depends in which lady is working because 1 of them told me no rush if I was a little after 10 and a different lady stood beside me and told me I wouldn't be don't in time that I need to take my clothes home to dry. Well listen Linda, if I had a dryer at home that worked... I wouldn't be here right now would I? ... I was ever so polite and said well the last lady said it was fine to go past 10 but if you need me out at least let me get my time till 10... luckily my clothes were nice and hot..but she wouldn't let me fold them. She got very upset at me when I started laying the clothes flat on the cart so they didn't wrinkle.. and only the t-shirts mind you..everything else was clearly just tossed in... it was so difficult not to give e her a piece of my mind but I kept my cool.. Like I said I only like this laundromat... but I guess if you work late and you can't be here by 8 10? Don't bother trying to get in... It would be great if it were posted on the door what time is the door-locked by... some people take bus here.. it's alot to bring in all your laundry for some people then to just get turned away is very frustrating. Anyways, I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't for the door being locked early multiple times..

Best place to wash clothes. Every machine works great. I really like the different load sizes. Everything from a single load to 10 loads per wash, which is great for big blankets. Clothes get very clean. And the machines are quick! Less than 30 min for heavy duty wash. The dryers are great. The biggers ones have a reverse dry option that made the drying way more efficient. It was all a fair price for the quality of machines and atmosphere. Great location. Convienant parking. Well lit building. Well ventilated. Quiet. TV playing in the back ground but not too loud. Even with a bunch of people it doesnt feel crowded. Attendant was so very kind and helpful and we enjoyed a friendly chat. Clean facilities and restroom. vending machines on site. Lots of folding tables and baskets. Not a whole lot of chairs to sit on. Looking forward to when they do wash and fold services! This place was a great relief from the last place I went to that just made my clothes dirtier and actually ended up costing me more money and time. I drove 10 miles to get to this place. Well worth it! So grateful this place exists. Be well

the machines are great but it is not wonderful when the people who work here are mean and rude to customers. same employee is so rude to me everytime I have to go here I just dread it because I know she is going to be working at night. obviously I am slow moving and disabled. this girl has hassled me, embarrassed me, has even bad mouthed me to the other customers right in front of me, even though she knows what she is saying is just not true. while she tells people lies and crazy made up stories, all the while I'm just trying to get my laundry finished to get outta there. never have I been treated so terrible in a public place in my life... makes me seriously wonder how she is even employed to work with the public and still treat people in this manner..

make sure you run the rinse cycle before. attendant on site. last load at 8:30. app is easy to use also. Hi I use your laundry alot and don't get off till 800 which doesn't leave me much time to get to the location. I was here at 8:35 and was told I was too late. Normally the lady is OK if you are aminute late but your attendant today ridiculed me and would let me do a tiny pile of work clothes and had app up. I explained I tried to get there earlier and that it was my work clothes. I'd like to think that someone else would understand but she was very rude and told me to leave. Clean bathroom, busier in the early afternoon. No card to use for washers and does, but rather a phone app. Pretty straight forward to download and use. You have the option to clean clothing deemed heavily soiled and to reverse the spin of the dryer intermittently to prevent clothing tangle. Large, medium and small capacity washers. Remember to use the amount of detergent for the capacity of the washer, otherwise clothes will be clean but won't smell like the detergent... May be helpful for this with scent sensitivities.

I love the smell of clean clothes, I think it is literally my favorite smell. Right up there with freshly baked cookies and good incense. The women who work here are very hard, honest workers and they keep the place in great shape ^-^ we won't do our laundry anywhere else. Get the app, load your load, use some yummy essential oils. Don't leave your detergent out or a worker will hide it from thieves and save it for you. Do not get caught up watching Judge Judy or the news.

I love this laundry mat. I just wish it was closer to my house.....but because it's clean and the machines are always all working i don't mind traveling to it. It's super convenient because they take debit card plus you can set up payment from your phone through their app called speed queen. You will get a text message when your machine is done.

I love that this laundry mat is not overly crowded, clean & mask wearing is inforced. However the fact that it's all digital & there is no Wi-fi is beyond annoying. I don't know why my phone will usually work with the wash machine but won't with the dryers. I've been told for many months that they'll be getting wi-fi but hasn't yet.

Best laundromat, by far, anywhere in SE Portland! Super clean and well kept, enough machines, and the machines are all new and very well taken care of. No quarters are required, with the super easy and convenient pay system! This is where i definitely will be doing laundry while waiting on my new washer and dryer.

It's probably the best laundromat in the area in my opinion. We tried several others, and their hygiene was awful in comparison. They also have an app to monitor your wash while you grab some bud from the dispo across the street. Just a good situation for it if your forced into it like me

I have been going here for months now. Do I enjoy going to laundromat no... This place is clean, organized. The staff are accommodating when needed. Machines are usually clean and working. Price a little higher, but I will pay that for a safe, clean environment. Overall a good experience

They are letting Homeless people in and washing their clothes it being so unclean. They don’t clean there machines. I just recently went this last Tuesday of 2023! They also let razor blades inside that get left behind by other people and they don’t clean out their dryer’s. …

Place has gone down hill, no attendant on the weekends. No way to wash hands or use bathroom. Saw some moms changing their baby on folding clothes table because bathroom is locked. Some machines are not working. Save your money and go else where.

The machines are really nice and I love paying from my phone, but most customers are sketchy and I have had one of my items stolen from the dryer, so now I feel like I can't leave my load unattended which doesn't make going very convenient.

The lady working here was very rude after I waited patiently for her assistance as she fed treats and played with another customers dogs inside the building. This was not the first time she was rude to me and my child.

I hadn't been to a Laundromat in years, and in a bad area of town BUT this was clean, safe and nice. Helpful staff. Washing was more expensive than I thought but holds big loads! Drying is cheap and quick

Comparatively cheap compared to other places (was able to dry 4 comforters for only $5). All machines worked. Huge load capacity and a variety of washing options. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else.

The laundromat is one of my least favorite places, but this location is aways clean and neat. Love being able to rinse machine prior to use. Crystal is always personable, professional, and helpful.

Was very clean and convenient and one of the nicest ones iv been to.. The machines hold BIG loads and dries pretty quick.. Staff was very nice and helpful as well. Will be my new go to spot

Great, quiet experience every time. Staff friendly, restrooms clean and no issues with equipment. The app is also user friendly and gives $2 credit for every $30 you add to it.

The facility was clean,I like to check out the pet store while in wash mode bc its locked. If you download the app you can get notifications 3 mins before the wash is done.
