Zero stars if I could . It’s right up the street from my house . When we walked in there was no sign up and lights were on . No managers or staff inside when we arrived or anything . In the middle of washing our clothes a rude lady walks in and swears there was a sign on the door that said they were closed .( it was on the floor bc it was being held up by painters tape) . My brothers jeans never got washed as the washing machine never started. She also didn’t give him his quarters back as she swore up & down the washer would’ve started . There was clearly detergent on his clothes as if the washer wanted to start but couldn’t . Water all over the floors upon arrival . Very ghetto overall . I don’t recommend.

The door says close at 8pm when she actually close at 730pm I arrived before 730 stepped out to get clothes and file a report on A call The lady yells at me for coming in early to dry clothes that charge by the minute I'm going to tell my apartment to no longer reccomend their business for the harsh treatment and false advertising of closing time Beware she will get in your face with no mask on She admitted her sign is wrong and she needs to change it Online says 10pm The door 8pm but actually its 7pm Please put correct hours on the door and don't yell at your customers who support your business

The owner hangs around the place before they close and makes sure no one starts a load too late so she can close on time. I understand wanting to close on time, but the lady was very rude about it. I won't return due to her attitude. I'm sure this is a fine place to wash clothes, but I won't be utilizing it.

If you live in Woodhollow Apartments, you will be thankful for this laundromat! The apartment laundry room is horrible
