This place deserves zero star! AVOID Coming Here to Crash Your Car and being fooled around by its claim process and unethical Claim manager" Patricia Hamm (last name is spelled from her voice mail)! My car was parked there by the staff member on August 5th 2023. Next day when I was gonna pick up my car. It was parked that the car was collided on the wall with orange cone crashed in the middle due to the way my car was parked by the staff on that day when I was away! The attached picture was take at the parking garage when we picked our car. Our car was parked into the wall although the staff said he put a scone in between. Bumper didn't have noticeable crack after the staff to pull my car out. However, on my way back, the right blind spot sensor was acting wired, and we brought our car to the dealer who told us the collision had the sensor bracket broken behind the bumper and our auto body shop friend also pointed out new spider net crack on the bumper. We immediately contact this place. A person from claim department took our briefly information on the phone and asked us to send picture and diagnosis on our side. He also said that they will get footage to check and contact us. We called again the week after but Patricia said they were still under investigation and will contact us in a week. However, we heard nothing back for several weeks. When our insurance company contacted them, they refuse to talk and said we didn't have claim number which they never provided to us. The ridicules thing is no one from their side mentioned about claim number neither on the phone nor through the email the first person provided that had forwarded to Patricia with all the information we provided weeks ago. She insisted that there was a form that we did not file the first time we called. We asked her to provide us this claim form which is also not on their website. What she said is that it is too late to file it and refused to provide us the "FORM". She also said she declined the claim because she did not see any damage from the picture (she just read our email today), which we have not even gotten a chance to "FILE", and where is the claim number that she declined! Moreover, she also said there was no cameras at the garage and nobody is able to see the footage so I was waiting 4+ weeks for a lie. This garage and its claim department Patricia H is addicted to fool people around and decline you for the reason they set you up. People at this place are UNETHICAL. Run away from THEM!

Great parking garage! I was welcomed by a friendly attendant as soon as I pulled in. Although it is tight in there, they take care of parking the car. No pre-payment. No app to go on. On my return, the car was parked close and ready for me. I got to meet the manager who was also so friendly. This garage was great!! It was a reasonable daily rate, an easy drop off and pick up, and they also gave me the peace of mind during the day. Thank you!!

This is the ONLY place I will ever park my car. I was here for a month and they took great care of me. It was left in pristine condition, as should be, and they accommodated me only 48 hours prior to my months stay. Ask for Harp, he helped me so much. Very thankful for them!!

Great experience. A little pricey but I’ve never used a similar facility in NYC before so I don’t have a frame of reference. But the car was safe, and the pickup and drop off process was prompt and smooth.

Be on guard here. Their rates as advertised are not as quoted on the spot. Especially the weekend rates.

Nice park, busy in spring, lots of artists and great place for photos.
