Extremely rude owner. I had a blanket dry-cleaned and asked before to be extremely gentle because of the material. Up on return I noticed the material ripped in some spots and looks faded. I asked the owner what to do about it. He continously interupted me and aggressivly told me the material was old instead of offering any solution or apology. He clearly did not care. I had this blanket dry-cleaned twice before at other places and there were never any issues. I suspect the chemicals they used were too harsh or the ripping happened in the dry process, indicating it was not handled carefully. I would expect to be informed if my item was returned damaged and/or the saloon would deny taking it in if they were unsure if they can guarantee to return it intact. Even if there may be no guarantees, tell your customers that their item is damaged and apologize! In the end the owner told me I don't have to pay for the cleaning but not out of acknowledgedment of his faulty service but in an extremely rude manner.

Nice place! Nice people. Easy to deal with. I had a package of creamy chocolate cookies open up in my suitcase and it made a mess of all my clothes. The chocolate was everywhere! I threw it all in 2 trash bags and brought them to "City Wash" on a Sunday and they told me they could wash, dry and fold everything in few hours! Very reasonable price for this service. So while I waited, I walked around Amsterdam and all my clothes came out really clean! From Amsterdam Central, you can take Tram 24 (7 stops I think?) and walk a couple of blocks or Tram 25 (8 stops I think?) and it is diagonally across from the stop.

Horrible, they are very rude. I went there because I read in the reviews that they could do your laundry for you and folde everything for you to pick up. When I arrived there, there were two men inside, one doing laundry and another on the phone...I didn't say anything besides a hello, I was just waiting to someone to come to me. The man on the phone didn't like to have me there waiting, and start yelling at me (but really yelling!! ) because I was disturbing him while he was on the phone... Obviously I went away without any service.

Reliable and efficient Laundromat. Owner is friendly and helpful. We sent our clothes to them on a Sunday morning 11am. We chose to do the laundry ourselves which cost us EUR 8 (washing powder and softener included). If you would like them to handle your clothes (i assume they woild fold your clothes for you), it costs EUR11+. We came back after our lunch and collected our clothes around 1pm+. There is a big table for us to fold our clothes and they provided us with a big plastic bag to hold our clean clothes.

Great self-service laundry or pay to have it washed/dried/folded for you! We came here on a Tuesday afternoon and did 3 loads all at once with no wait. The kind gentleman working there offered to switch our clothes from the washer to dryer for us. A+ service! About 75 minutes to wash & dry a load. Very reasonable prices, too (about 10 euros per load)! Cash only. Located a half block from a metro stop. Super convenient, efficient & friendly service, great overall value.

*Bring smaller change* they have a vending machine which only take 5€ or 10€ which u can buy a pack of tissue for 1€ and get change which is what I had to do. Vending machine also sells detergent and fabric softner. Washers and dryer were limited when I visited 3 dryers only available and like 4 washers available and it got a little busy and people had to wait for dryers. All in all great place to wash a load of laundry if your backpacking.

Great and fast!!!!! A young man helped me get something dried very fast as I was moving. Perfect. Also, I would like apologize. I tried to call the store as well but I thought I paid 4,50 for the dry and fold but he only charged me 2,00. I was surprised it was not folded. It was my fault for not paying attention. Thank you for you patience and again Im sorry for the confusion on my part.

Ótimo lugar. Máquinas boas e os proprietários são gentis e auxiliam, ele morou no Brasil e ela é brasileira. Tem self service que é mais barato, você pode levar sabão se quiser, mas eles tem por uma taxa pequena a mais. É pode deixar a roupa lá que eles fazem tudo e depois você passa para pegar. Nesse caso o preço é maior. Tem música ambiente e wi fi para os clientes.

They lost ALL my things and instead gave me a bag with other people’s items! When I went back, the store clerk was rude and he didn’t care and said there’s nothing he can do!! Edit: after viewing my review, they contacted their clients and found my things… missing 1 item though

If you choose this service, make sure you get them to write down the price before you leave. They told me one price when I dropped off my clothes, upon pick up, they raised the price. The dishonesty was disappointing and lead me to find a new laundromat.

We were in a time crunch and the owner was very understanding. We were done in <90 minutes. Clothes were clean and price was very reasonable. Great laundry option In Amsterdam close to the Metro as well as shops and a nice park.

Nog nooit zo onbeschoft behandelt, ik was niet tevreden met de wijze waarop mijn order was verwerkt en ben echt heel slecht behandelt en er is tevens gelogen over de wijze waarop mijn order is verwerkt. Zeker geen aanrader.

I keep going back to this one now. The people are friendly and they have good opening times till 8pm. I drop my duffelbag and have it back 2 hours later and my laundry done. Prices are market rates and pay around 10 euro.

I put a lot of winter jackets and blazers for dry cleaning. One of the blazers is completely destroyed and they did not tell me anything!! Never had such a bad experience with a laundry place!!
