"Definitely the best bookstore I have ever been with a wide range of books, board games, and gifts"
"Love it, it's beautiful and welcoming and the array of books is endless"
"So glad I got a chance to visit the Waterstones flagship! They have 6 floors of book browsing and a restaurant upstairs with a bar and afternoon tea, which I unfortunately didn't have time to visit"
"big bookstore"
"Glad to have paid a visit here in my lifetime! Truly impressive selection of books - one can easily get lost here without referring to a directory"
Definitely the best bookstore I have ever been with a wide range of books, board games, and gifts. I ended up spending nearly 100GBP on children's books as a gift for friends. Planning to return tomorrow for more, especially exploring the manga section. …
Love it, it's beautiful and welcoming and the array of books is endless. I love the little different reading areas. There are lifts to all the different floors so very wheelchair friendly and if there is somewhere you can't reach the lovely

big bookstore. not never mind, it’s MASSIVE. floors and floors of books. but it’s surprisingly very VERY organized. they carry basically everything you can imagine and the bookends tend to have a recommended section depending on what
Glad to have paid a visit here in my lifetime! Truly impressive selection of books - one can easily get lost here without referring to a directory. There are plenty of seats around. I took a wee seat on the swing to breeze through My
Amazing place. You could lose hours of time buying books, gifts, board games toys, cards, stationery etc etc and having a cafe/bar/ restaurant for delicious food and drink makes it even more difficult to leave!
Love this place. So many books! Great children’s department and also some fab stationery at the back on the ground floor. Super helpful staff and a great basement cafe to curl up with a mocha and your new read.
This must be the best book store I have ever visited. It has an impressive size as there are a number of different floors. The children’s section is well designed and I imagine children could spend a lot
My absolute favourite bookstore. Four floors of books, neatly placed and arranged. The fifth floor has a great view of London, which you can enjoy while having some food or tea.
