Irresponsible counter service! beware when you are paying by card. Their device is malfunction and instead of calling bank for confirmation on the transaction they will ask you to pay the other method, with promises the money only floating and will reflect back! Now I paid twice and need to go through so much hassle to get the money back via bank! tremendously disappointed as I shop here every month! this branch seem doesnt have supervisor, the staff also always speak so loud to each other at the counter and I never felt shop comfortably. With this incident, I hope Management take action on this matter. Send them for retrain!
