Kylie and Con are absolute legends and a life saver! I needed an urgent RWC done before the end of the financial year. They were super busy given they had a backlog of cars to go through, but Kylie was kind enough to allow me to drop off my car for inspection as she understood my urgency. Once I got there and told them my unique situation which they thought was quite bizarre. She quickly jumped on the phone to call VicRoads, even putting her own customers on hold, to help me find the right answer. It turned out that I didn't require a RWC afterall and just needed to pop into VicRoads to do a new vechicle inspection. I offered to pay which she declined to accept. They may not have got any business from me today, but they definitely will in the near future. It goes to show how far they would go to help someone out! Many thanks, Nelson.

I have been with Waverly Service Centre for approximately 22 years or so. Since before, the arrival of the current (and long time, owner). Their commitment to exceptional service, has never faltered. The boys are hard working, honest (which is a big deal) and committed to doing their best for you, every single, time. The owner, has a heart of gold! She is a lovely, person... She must be, super special because she has staff that have been with her, for years (and with the business, before she took over). I really admire, her. I was there, just this morning and the friendly, helpful, professional young man who had checked the couple of issues that I went in for, fixed them swiftly and had me safely back on the road, did so all before even the owner, came in this morning! I have had my car serviced twice by Waverley Service Cener and I have no complaints about the service provided. Rob and Con completed the service on my car whilst I was at work and it was great to get home to find my car was running better than ever and not to mention how convenient it was! I was happy with the prices charged - it was alot ... cheaper than I had paid in the past and it was great to deal with a company that wanted and appreciated my business. I would recommend Waverley Service Centre to anyone who would like reliable & quick service with competitive prices. Also, as a female I have been suspicious of mechanics in the past when they talk technical but I was very comfortable with the way the work required to my car was explained.

When good customer service counts it doesn't seem to be a challenge for Waverly Service Centre. Offered a complementary ride back to work when dropping my car off, checking in before doing any extra work outside of the original request, a cleaned car at the end and magnificent customer service. Comprehensive breakdown of works with a can do attitude. Gave these guys a shot after reading some reviews. After speaking with Kylie in the office it was clear that they pride themselves on excellent mechanical knowledge and a value for customers. If you're looking for a small local run mechanic that treats every car like theirs, look no further!

I needed a roadworthy certificate done on short notice today and I had pretty much called most of the mechanics in Glen Waverley with wait times of a 1-2 weeks. I didn’t think of Waverley Service Centre at first because every time I drive past they are super busy with cars. I took a chance and called them and I was not disappointed. Kylie advised their team was very busy but would endeavour to fit me in either today or latest tomorrow. I got my car back the same day! Very honest pricing and lovely customer service. I took my car here this week for a roadworthy. Kylie fit me in on short notice to do the work. They drove me home after dropping the car there in the morning.They gave me a good rundown on oustanding items on the car needing fixing for the rwc, and what items to keep an eye on in the future.They fixed the outstanding issues on the car in a timely manner across a few days for a fair price for both parts and labour. This business is Highly Recommended --- you will get old fashioned fair service and friendly professional people to look at your car with no BS.

This service centre is by far the most friendly, patient & professional car repairs I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of driving. Recently dropped my partner's TOYOTA yaris for roadworthiness, Kylie fit me in the same day I made the appointment & had my car back the next day. The mechanic was so nice of fixing the squeaking noise coming from the driving belt even it wasn't included in the roadworthiness. I will definitely take my other cars back for service or repair in the future and recommend this car repairer to my friends & folks.

How amazing are the team at Waverley Service Centre! Called in his Aust yay tyres have been making a scraping sound, and even though they were flat out with a team member away, they made the time to give my wheels a look over! Going in for a service on Wednesday, and the lovely receptionist tells me they can give me a courtesy car Tuesday night when I drop my car off, ensuring travel to work Wednesday morning is a breeze! So happy. Friendly, helpful and no tricks. Will be coming and back recommending :)

Good service with a very fast turnaround. Friendly staff and a good carwash with the service. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is, like many service centers they may recommend service that is based on mileage rather than the actual state of the vehicle. For example a vehicle with fresh coolant may be recommended a coolant flush if it's time in their recommended service schedule. This makes good business sense but can hurt the pocketbook.

Had both our cars serviced with these guys for about 5 years. They are fantastic. Extremely efficient and excellent communicators. They have been able to do some more obscure jobs at a price significantly less of that of a dealer. Add to this, they are happy to drop you off/pick you up or loan you a hire car free of charge. I've recommended them to my parents who have had an equally good experience. Keep up the good work guys!

Oh my goodness! I can not thank Waverley service centre enough , especially Kylie. My engine light came on and I was forced to believe that I had no other choice but to get my car towed , but Kylie and her team eased my mind and made sure that I understood every step they were taking into making sure that I was relaxed. I have never been to such an amazing mechanic, I will be returning here and bringing my friends!

Quite a nice mechanics. I brought a car in with an intermittent issue, and they knew I wasn't planning on spending a lot on the car, so when they realised it would be expensive they wrote me an itemised to fix list and handed the car back with only a very small charge. They also once fixed my dads car (he's a regular customer) that had a small electrical issue on the spot. Friendly and knowledgeable

Outstanding service and support. My car broke down unexpectedly and they were wonderful in organising the repairs at such short notice after it was towed there. They kept in regular contact to update me on the progress and supplied a courtesy car in the meantime. I cannot thank them enough for everything that was done to get my beloved car up and running again!

As travellers it can be easy to worry about being taken advantage of, but not so with these guys. While it's not clear yet if their (much cheaper) alternative solution to our vehicle's problem will work, we deeply appreciate having our options properly explained to us and not being rushed into the most expensive course of action right away. Now had a few things done here including a service, battery replacement and two roadworthys. Price has been pretty cheap, the work good quality... but most of all the service has been excellent. They respond to emails and call you back, will drive you around or pick you up if needed. Definitely the best mechanics I have used in my last 10 years.

If I could give more stars I probably would, honest as can be, now I've been too numerous places and most just give you sloppy work and damage stuff but Glen Waverley service centre is so friendly, they explain into detail what's wrong with your car and they go over the edge to put a smile on your face couldn't of had a better experience

It’s hard to find honest helpful people anywhere these days, I am so pleased with the service I have received from Kylie and the team in helping me with my Toyota Prado and then again with my Ranger. I had a break in and damage done which was no trouble at all for the guys to get sorted ASAP, so I was back on the road again in no time.

I bought a car that needed quite a bit for Roadworthy, the guys were really good in keeping me informed about each part of the job, they sourced some cheaper parts for me to reduce the overall cost and the car now runs beautifully; thanks Rob & Con really appreciate your hard work.

Best service centre I've been to. Kylie is friendly and knowledgeable, and can explain issues without assuming you do or do not know about cars. Spoke to me about any decision to be made before doing it. All other staff were friendly and skilled too. Would recommend!

Kylie and team goes the extra mile to make sure you are not too inconvenienced by the scheduled service. She also takes the time to explain in layman's terms what the car's issue is. I find the service exceptional and are one of the better mechanics out there.

Had an alarm appear on my dash, was told its too expensive to fix $8k quoted and due to age and km on car take it to a dealer or trade it in..felt it was all too hard for them and they didnt want the hassle...attitude was cold, harsh and didnt care.

It's not hard to find friendly mechanics, the hard part is finding ones who are honest. These guys are the real deal, rates are reasonable. Most importantly they replace stuff which need to be replaced, and not to make an extra buck. Thanks guys!
