i took my car there to be valeted whilst i did a small shop in the tesco.... i was quoted 45 mins as there was a car already being serviced, i finished my shopping in about 20 minutes, so stood outside and took the opportunity to watch the car washing operation.... not good !! one guy literally rinsed my car with the jet spray for no more than 2 minutes, before removing my CARPET floor mats and power washing those to soaking wet, then threw them on my back seat and drove my car over to the drying area, where another guy went round it with a towel and dried it off.... no soap, no brush nothing.... went over my wheelz with a paint brush of what i assume was grease to make them look clean and tidy, but missed parts and splattered my alloys with it... before reversing my car at some speed into a parking bay and leaving the windows open my car wash literally took them 10 minutes, and was extreme poor, to make matters worse, as i already paid on their app, i couldnt demand a refund or refuse to pay, and then upon returning to collect my keys, i was informed there were in the ignition of the car..... despite my car sitting in parking bay with the front two windows 80% open..... disappointing to see their interest in security, doesnt exist when they've already got your money.... i spoke with a guy who i assumed was in charge, and he basically said they were busy and did the best they could, before telling me if i was unhappy, then not to return

RIP OFF!!! Waste of Time Absolutely rude staff, they hardly speak English, Went there 8:30am not busy at all. All 3 of them were talking to each other rather than help their colleague, and 1 poor guy was washing and clearly he was struggling. Asked them if you can wash my one while his colleague washing the other car. HE SAID we work the other side LOL! But honestly they charged £35 for Car wash and still the car was dirty not satisfied at all!!! I was in a hurry otherwise would have never paid them £35 for that service. Waves CAR WASH Osterley if you want to charge that RIDICULOUS prices keep your standard according to that as well!!! Don’t use!!!!

Took my car here every month for years. Sometimes they wouldn’t bother to do the boot - which was annoying for £22. Went yesterday and they wanted to charge me, for all my regular custom and good tips, £50! Why? Because it was dirty - sort of defeats the point of taking it to a car wash if it’s sparkly and immaculate doesn’t it?!! Took the car instead to a place on the London road where it was cleaned really thoroughly and quickly for £15! So, unless you’re willing to present a gleaming vehicle to them, and don't mind being ripped off, I really wouldn’t bother even entertaining using this place.

Waste of money. Could have cleaned the car better myself or by using automatic car wash. They did not do the roof at all thinking I would not see it. Tyres were covered in soapy material but not washed inside at all with pressure washer. Missed spots inside and outside. Asked them to do it all again. Still not properly clean! They had a bad attitude to boot. £35 down the drain!!! Do not bother going. Rip off. Waves company should look into the lack of quality at Osterley Waves car wash. Other Waves experienced in Earl’s Court and Hammersmith were not like this!

They are like any other car wash. They tend to rush. I found a bird dropping not cleaned properly off the rear light which is a shame. I used leather clean and protect service and the gold service and paid £50. In terms of interior clean they did a decent job but did not touch the headrests. I always thought they are an integral part of the seat. There is a huge room for improvement and they are not the cheapest and in my opinion for less money you can get similar service or for little more a lot better. Good thing is you can tap your club card.

I was very disappointed with the Platinum service. I paid £50 for a medium sized car and I couldn't see ant difference between that and the cheaper option. The windows was dirtier afterwards than when I left the car with them. I also find their waiting time too long. You always get an estimate of an hour, but another local carwash can do it in 10 minutes. I will never pay for a platinum service again, because I felt genuinely ripped off. Please note this review is purely on their Platinum Service.

It's ok!!! I paid more, for a £15 Gold valet. Inside and out. including windows. Unfortunetly the boot wasn't hoovered or cleaned, the int. still had marks, dust and crumbs, and I'm yet to complain about the streaky scrathes that appeared on my windows. Small perspex panel protecting the spedo has smears and dirt still on too. My car was pretty clean before It went in, so am unsure what I paid for. They did a good job washing the car. But so does the £2.50 car wash opposite.

AVOID! Worst car wash I've ever seen and for a rip off price. Whole thing done in less than 5 mins - carpets weren't vacuumed properly, outside of car was still dirty. Loads of dodgy looking Eastern Europeans in tracksuits. Just one of those places that try and get your car through as quickly as possible to try and make as much profit as possible at your expense. Even if they charged £5, I wouldn't go here.

I had my car valeted at Tesco Osterley today. It was full of sand following a trip to the beach! It was returned looking like a new car! The staff working there are fantastic, even loading my shopping into the boot and returning the trolley for me with a smile on their faces at all times. Excellent service. I won’t be going to any other car wash from now on. Thank you.

exceptional service from these guys. After a spillage in the boot compartment they spent extra time, resources and care cleaning and removing the residual odours. Aftercare included advice on ongoing treatments if they became necessary. We have used Waves a number of times and have always been extremely satisfied with the level of service and attention to detail.

Worst service, took the Gold service.....and they didnt even do the tyre rims proper, worst service I had for years....went back to them to get rude answers....not expected for 25£ wash and even the tryes dont get cleaned.......and no point saying anything about the interior clean .

Disappointed. Car wasn't cleaned to any satisfactory standard. Manager dried down the car, so this is clearly of an acceptable standard. Tyres are still covered in soap, so I'm doubtful if the car was even washed down or if they just dried off the soap.

I took in a very grubby car, inside and out, I was very impressed when I got it back so shiny! Inside was clean and smelt nice. Staff friendly and helpful, even loaded my shopping in boot for me. Will definitely be visiting again.
