I did the "I've got all day" whole day spa here for my own birthday treat and I must say, I've made the right decision by coming in to do the treatment. I find that it was value for money considering how many treatments were done which was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff were very polite and considerate, attended to my needs and focused on what I'd like which was so great. They took their time and did the services properly and to me, I can see that they're there because they love their job not just because they're getting paid - you can totally see a difference between them. The massage, body scrub and facial were amazing. It was super relaxing and I loved getting my nails done at the end, that was a great finish to my day. I would most definitely recommend this place, and it was convenient for me also because I live about 5 mins away, but it's located conveniently and you can park there easily and have easy access straight to your car. I know one thing I hate is when I get massages done in shopping centers, you walk out all oily and your hair is messy and sticky and your face has red marks from the bed hole and it's so embarrassing going out into the crowd like that! so this place is definitely so great for that not to happen. Will most definitely come back here again.

My eyebrows aren’t the easiest to work with, I’ve been through many beauticians in the past that couldn’t get the shape right and that have ruined them. The girls at waxworks took their time working with my eyebrows and got them looking on point again! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend waxworks, the girls always do such an amazing and thorough job!

I wish I could give zero review if there was an option. The worst nails salon in entire Australia. I had SNS done at 2pm for my birthday party at 6pm and they stated peeling off during the party. And when I went to back to them the next day, they refused to take responsibility and ended up yelling at me. Most of their good reviews are from their friends.

very lovely experience :) kate was very welcoming and kind and i’m unsure of her name but i’m pretty sure she was a newbie and was in training but she did a very good job. it was my first time getting my legs waxed and they made me feel comfortable. they did miss a few spots but i’m sure it was just an honest mistake. will definitely come again :)

Love this place .. the service is absolutely 5 star from when I walked into the salon. I'm a new mother and wanted to be pampered so I got a facial , pedicure and my sns nails done ... everything was amazing . The girls are so nice . Thankyou for this pampering session. The staff act friendly but aren’t able to wax as one time I went in the lady burnt me with wax and the second time they didn’t even take all the hair off my legs. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend to friends or family
