"Love that we are seeing more local, fresh burger places like Wayback"
"Overall we really liked this place"
"Amazing chicken tenders, they are the best I've ever had which made up for the mediocre fries"
POSITIVES: We had good consistent service that checked up on us regularly.(Might of been because the place was empty). Atmosphere was nice and the place has a good layout. Table, chairs, and floor were nice and clean. Good menu with a lot of choices to pick from. Great location right on Jasper Ave but it has limited parking, so walk if you can. NEGATIVES: A bit pricy for the quality of the food. A 16 dollar burger that has A&W qualities is not worth it. Our Irish nachos were decent with the star being the chips. We got the fried cheese curds which had a very small quantity for 8$. No dairy free options on the menu. Server also added a 4$ delivery fee which we dined in, and after we asked about it, she left to ask her manager. When she came back she threw the coins on the table and ran off. GREAT atmosphere, Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, the waiter made some really good suggestions as this was our first visit. My son ordered a double beef burger with bacon, mushrooms and cheese. His side was the bacon cheese fries. **SUPERB! Very tasty, perfectly cooked burger I ordered a hot dog with bacon and cheese. My side is the chilli cheese fries. Wicked hot dog. We also had milkshakes!!!!! Yes please, I will come back for the food and milkshakes any day. Very well put together. Thank you for the great meal. The only issue we had was that there was ranch dressing on the bacon cheese fries. We never noticed that on the menu and when we asked for new ones due to an allergy problem they did it in 4 minutes without a hesitation and was super apologetic. We will be recommending and we will be back

Love that we are seeing more local, fresh burger places like Wayback. Nothing beats a freshly made burger and Wayback does a great job. I'm certain that I have drastically reduced the amount of fast food chain burger places I used to frequent. Got the classic double and it was delicious, my chili cheese fries weren't very good though. The chili was the culprit and it didn't taste good, overly salty and flavor was off. The fries alone were very good though. I felt bad as our poor waitress was swamped and did take a bit of time to get us settled in but she was amazing considering she was working alone. I would recommend trying it out here for a great burger.

Overall we really liked this place. The atmosphere and service were excellent. We tried the classic burger and Carolina burger. The Carolina burger comes with chili which was pretty good but definitely very messy. Each burger comes with 2 patties so we decided to stick with fries instead of upgrading to poutine thinking the burger would be huge but the patties are so thin they are comparable to a single patty and most other places. The fries were excellent so wish we had gotten poutine instead. We would definitely go back if in the area but wouldn't go out of our way to come here especially with the hassle of parking.

Amazing chicken tenders, they are the best I've ever had which made up for the mediocre fries. the staff was very friendly and nice. The shakes were the perfect consistency. I loved the music playlist and the decorations were very interesting and unique. The only annoying thing was the amount of customization you could get, ordering almost felt like an interview and not ordering. But with the bill they gave those little candy things so 11/10!

Chicken Tenders
A fun burger place downtown in Edmonton. The food is really great. You can choose your protein and build a burger. We had the burnt brisket to start which was flavourful and very good. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. When it came I thought it looked rather tiny, but the flavour was there and the bun was soft and very good. There weren't many people there last night but despite this, service was very slow. Fun atmosphere and very good food. If last night was any indication about the service, make sure you have time.

Hands-down, the best burger I have ever had, and the absolutely best in house made chips ever! We had the Bourbon burgers, one with a gluten-free bun and one on a lettuce wrap. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this restaurant. Laura our wait person was wonderful. We are definitely not in the habit of leaving reviews but we were inspired to do so today.

Food is very tasty. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We had planned a large group (roughly 25+ people) to meet and eat there before heading to the oilers game and they did a fantastic job accommodating our entire group of that size!

Pretty good, I ordered the nachos and burnt ends. Nachos were really good and had lots of toppings, I liked the homemade chips. Burnt ends had good flavour, but were a bit dry. Milkshake was great. Overall decent, just expensive.
