PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM WAYNE'S AUTO WORLD!!My brother and I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Ranger from Wayne, at Wayne's Auto World. It is one of many vehicles we've had to purchase this year for our small business. The test drives around town seemed good and we felt like we had found a great deal. When we picked the vehicle up it was well-cleaned and we were very happy. On our return trip home we noticed immediately something was amiss. When we called Wayne he said his inspection said the vehicle was tip top, and had passed without issue. The next morning the vibration continued and we took it to a Ford dealer for a once over(a trusted Dealer we have used many times for our other work vehicles). Upon inspection of the vehicle we immediately regretted this purchase. They found a leak in the back differential(that should have never passed inspection), on top of that the upper and lower ball joints needed to be replaced, the oil was black and the tires flaking. Dumbfounded , we went for a 2nd opinion. Again, a well-trusted Ford dealership. The conclusion was the same. Wayne was told about this and said his "guy" could maybe replace 2 tires for used one's at $35.00. This was completely unacceptable to us and we asked that he pay for 50% of the cost of the tires, only! We have left NUMEROUS messages with Wayne throughout this nightmare and have never heard from him again. All in all the vehicle has now cost us over $1500 and consequently we can't afford to replace the tires immediately. The great deal turned out to be a real lemon. The process itself, with Wayne and Wayne's Auto World has been a vehicle purchase nightmare. I'm not quite sure how he manages to stay in business, but be forewarned, unless you are a mechanic and can do your own inspections, STAY AWAY!!!

2 days ago-Nov 10, 2017 phoned in the afternoon about aKia Soul for sale listed online . Told Wayne planned on seeing the car the next morning. I live 1hour away and work afternoons- so I woke up at 7 in the morning and we drove down to his car lot and arrived at 9:40am before opening time. looked around the lot for the car-I didn't see the car. I approached Wayne and he said he sold it at 6pm yesterday. What? He asked if I was interested in anything else- I said no and we drove away. Hmmm-really quick sale and delivery to someone else- He told me it would take a couple of days even if I had my old plates and cash and everything went smooth. I wonder if there really was a car there to begin with? Who knows? Also didn't tell me the car had an accident until we phoned back after buying the carproof. Money down the drain there Anyways...... Thanks for not phoning and letting me know yesterday so as not to waste our time and gas and money for the carproof. Good thing I had a backup plan to see a different Kia Soul in Oakville. I found a nice 2011 Kia Soul at Good Day Auto Car in excellent shape-no dings, scratches or rust and the service professional, honest and friendly. I bought the vehicle. Will pick it up in a few days. So excited. In all honesty-glad Wayne didn't have the car. Will Rate and Review later on the car I did purchase from the different dealer. I bought my second vehicle today a 2014 dodge journey of Wayne at Wayne's auto world after and accident and totaling the first vehicle I purchased from him a 2012 dodge avenger. I was worried because I had never been in an accident before let alone with a leased vehicle. Wayne did everything for me, he fought to get me approved for financing with T.D bank after I was denied through haldiman motors! He argued with them that I had great payment history with my previous car and leasing company and I couldnt believe it but he got me approved. He knew he could help me and he did ! Something I definitely appreciated and wont forget especially while going through a difficult time, after accident, insurance, leasing companies I was a mess. After all of this I walked away with a newer and better vehicle with cheaper biweekly payments. He also gave me a number to an insurance company he knows and I'm paying $30 cheaper for insurance now then I was before the accident. All of it turned out to be a blessing in disguise but it definitely wouldn't have turned out that way if it wasnt for the help of Wayne and his team. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the effort and time he put in to help me and how great it all worked out. Thank you guys again for all the help and i looked forward to doing buisness with you again in the future. Hopefully later rather than sooner !!

Paid cash for vehicle, waited almost a week for the work to pass safety to be done. When I picked it up Wayne said there was a hose that needed to be repaired, I could take to his guy and he would cover cost. Within 2 weeks noticed shifting problems on highway. Took to his guy to fix hose, not that hose. Took back to Wayne, 2 more of his guys. Told it was transmission. Soon after power steering was gone. Took to another of his guys and was told a rubber hose was used on a recent power steering repair, instead of line, it blew. Also a leak in power steering system from original part. Fake safety I think so. This transmission specialist was supposed to have fixed shifting problem, nope! I asked Wayne about covering cost of power steering repair and he acted like he would under warranty until it was time to pick up. Asked again and no way he was interested in paying. When I was waiting for my vehicle to be ready I witnessed another customer coming back saying the vehicle she purchased a week prior had a rear end now gone! Would not recommend buying from here. Taking action to report my concerns the safety certificate was not legitimate. Also reporting to better business bureau.

Bought a Beige/Pewter 2007 Ford Edge from this dealership and it was a huge mistake. When Wayne took the car to the mechanics for an e-test he said it passed, but I'm pretty sure it was fake. He kept the car at the mechanics for over two-three days and when I went to pick it up and bring it home, I found out that the parking brake wasn't functioning at all, the left taillight blew out the next day or so AND there was a big gas leak in the tank. I was still under the warranty and drove right back to Wayne. He said he'll fix it. I pick it up 1.5 weeks later and he said he replaced the gas tank, and when I come home after filling up the tank to 7/8, i see the gas just dripping away on my driveway. I went back to Wayne six or seven times for the same issue in the span of 4 months and he's always dodging calls and not replying back to e-mails or anything. The only way he picks up is if I called from a different number. Customer service there was terrible, and I've had enough so I just sold the car right back to him. Who knows if he'll even bother fixing the gas tank leak.

BEWARE - do not buy a car at Waynes World Autio on Parkdale in Hamilton Wayne will not give you any after purchase service whatsoever once you have paid for your car. Further he will duck your calls , not return them, lie and give you lame excuses. We bought an 08 Mazda 3 in the winter only to find out the air never worked once hot weather arrived. Wayne kept telling me he couldn't discuss it as he was busy and would call back - no call of course. The repair bill was $800 - I offered to split the bill hoping he could see that I was being reasonable but no luck - I got ZERO from Wayne You will get the same reaction if you buy a car there and you find something wrong. Can you believe he actually told me it may have been from lack of use ( in the winter?) The fact that Wayne puts used tires on his cars to squeak through the safety check Should be a tipoff of the standard of service he delivers. There's lots of used car dealers in hamilton - take your business elsewhere

Not even worth that ONE STAR!!! Wayne is a crook. Sold me a 2103 ford flex which was garbage, many electrical issues and non- working seat belts, misaligned tires, absolute lemon!! Within 6 weeks of purchase and 2 repairs later, I returned it and had to rewrite my financing to trust Wayne for another "better" vehicle! The "better" vehicle is a 2013 Dodge Journey, which has also been nothing but garbage! Non working seat belts, new tires on it from purchased were NOT aligned correctly and wore quickly, the rear suspension had to be redone within 9 months of purchase and now after barely 2 yrs since purchase the vehicle is being scrapped! During a pandemic, with far less driving I have had to spend over $5000 on repairs , not including regular scheduled maintenance and warranty covered repairs!! Ridiculous!!!

A word of caution for anyone purchasing from Wayne's Auto World. Please be extremely careful. My father bought a Chrysler 300 with an understanding and a promise of faith that certain issues would be addressed. Engine Service Light (EGR valve issue, P0404 code), A/C not working and sunroof inoperable. The latter two issues were resolved but the P0404 issue still persists. Meanwhile, fixing the sunroof means plenty of grease stains on the interior of the roof. You have been warned! Edit: As with any advice/words of caution, you should always do your own research. Take this with a grain of salt. I was a "3rd-party" in this situation and your experiences may be entirely different! Bumping to 2 stars for the sole reason that I received a response from Wayne's Auto World with an offer to help

In terms of customer service, I had a good experience at Wayne’s auto world. They were very nice and helpful. That being said, I was sold a vehicle that was not in good condition despite what I was told. I have not even had this vehicle for a year but yet, have had many issues with it already. The spark plugs were very old and apparently there’s some type of leak happening. These issues have cause my car to have a misfire while driving which put my safety in danger. Throughout my warranty I went to them several times about the engine light being on and the fact that the vehicle isn’t in good shape. Despite all of that, they claim that it was fine and that they’ve “fixed the issue”, Now, I’m spending thousands of dollars on repairs. Be careful if ever buying from here!

Worst car place ever! Had OMAR tell me I was only listening to what I wanted too, he talks over women steadily, he puts you down, told me I couldn’t afford a better and car and told me go somewhere else you won’t get anything better then what I offered you. This place is a nightmare don’t go here to buy a car go to a dealership you’ll get answers and promises will actually be kept! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! That’s why I got a better rate for the 2018 make of that car and went through the same lender with my credit score got approved and got a better rate okay. You have fun talking about my privacy and stating because of my credit considering I got a brand new Kia 2018 for cheaper price and rate and financing through the same lender. Have a great day!

I use to reside close to Waynes World and I would often walk through the parking lot with the cars, I always thought to myself if I needed a car I would try them. As it was to be I did in fact require a vehicle and went to see Wayne, from the time I met him I felt he was honest and up front, along with Oscar and Matt , his associates. I took out quite a few cars and when I finally decided on the one I have all transactions were done quickly and without any hassels. I would not hesitate to send any friend or relative to see Waynes Auto World. They were very pleasant, friendly and did everything to make sure I was happy.

I just purchased a vehicle here (05/29/19) and the experience was very positive. So far so good! Will keep u posted ;) August 1st, 2019 I took my car back in to them to address a couple of issues. I had to replace the battery not long after buying the car and the exhaust pipe just before the muffler broke in half as well. Not only did Wayne's Auto reimburse me for the cost of the new battery but they also took care of the small repair to the exhaust. Excellent customer service! They stand behind their sales and I would recommend that anyone looking for a used car; consider Wayne's Auto World !

Fantastic experience. My parents recently bought a vehicle here and recommended I go through Wayne to get my truck. Wayne and his team (I forget their names) were amazing, they made the process easy and stress free. I was apprehensive going to a used car lot but all my concerns were alleviated once I arrived. Even better, when it turned out there were a couple of issues with it after I bought it, Mathew took care of all the issues without any problem, complaint, or cost to me. If I would have bought privately and had these problems, it could have cost thousands to fix. I'll definitely go back there next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

I have had major problems with the vehicle and the dealer is dismissive. The rear shocks went on the vehicle less than four months after purchase and cost me over $1000 to replace. The dealership did not respond to the fact. I’m disappointed and would not recommend this car dealership. There were two other major safety issues that have not been resolved at this time but I would not trust any vehicle purchased from this place. Do not go here!

Amazing service from Omar and Wayne, Great people to deal with, the car was priced great, never once felt like I was getting ripped off, and they clean my car and gave me a lot of gas when I was picking up. No hidden fees, as well. On a side note, I have bad credit and every where I went was declining me but Wayne and Omar were able to find me financing ! Super affordable payments on an open loan, Thank you Axis Auto Finance as well.

A year ago I went through a company Get approved Canada. They chose a car from Wayne’s world auto. List of options air conditioning only to find out during the scorching summer it doesn’t work the compressor needs replacing $2009. When I brought it to the attention of who sold it to me I got the brush off. Pretty car but had to do a lot of repairs and still going one year later. True to the work shaddy car salesmen.

Had a good experience with Mark who helped me through every step of the financing process as it was my first time. I have very bad credit and still they worked it out to the best of their ability to have my payments fit into my budget. So far the car is great and I am very happy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used car, would also return to get another car from Wayne’s Auto World in the future :)

So I just got my first vehicle from here. I worked with Mark and I don't have the greatest credit. The original car I was after didn't work out but he was able to help me secure something even better. He gave me constant communication and walked me through everything with great detail. He also worked around my hours. Overall Mark made my purchasing experience a great one. Definitely would recommend.

Had an appointment this morning to see a car that was sold(approved financing) 1hr before we arrived. My family and I drove 1hr 40min to see this car. They had no respect or decency to call us and advise us or even let us know there was a purchase already in the works for that car. If you're going to deal with this dealership make sure you call several times to confirm this doesn't happen to you!

A long overdue review.. I purchased my Jetta TDI from here last July, which clearly needed a new rocker panel and it was not done correctly nor were the paint corrections I asked for. The spots touched up look like white out done by a 5 year old and the vehicle required an alignment and new CV joint days after picking it up. I’m thoroughly disappointed and I will not purchase from here again.

Test drove a red Toyota .My mechanic found at least 4 items wrong.Extensive rust would have caused safety to fail...check engine light came right upon starting, exhaust and much more Needless to say did not buy car. Beware. Obviously if you must by here take the car to your mechanic. Also the owner of the place acted strangely stated he would do in house financing but "he wasnt a bank".

Recently bought a 2009 Subaru Forester off of Wayne's Auto World. The vehicle is in amazing shape inside and out. The forester was priced fairly. Inspected the vehicle myself and found no issues mechanically. Extremely happy with the purchase. My girlfriend and I love it. Had a great experience and would buy off Wayne in the future. Please be advised about purchasing a vehicle from this dealershit. After purchasing multiple cars from Wayne within 6 months, both cars have had multiple problems including: an engine replacement, multiple catalytic converters, and now we are stuck looking at an 1800$ mechanic bill. Please be advised this dealership really should be called a dealershit.

Everything went so fast. I told him which car I wanted last week on a Monday, and he called me Wednesday to tell me that my car is ready. He explained everything to me when purchasing the car. He didn't leave out a single detail. He even went out of his way to tell me the good, the bad, and the ugly about the car before I bought it.

It has been about 19 months since we bought our vehicle and we have has nothing but problems with it since day one. In the past 19 months we have had to have 3 major repairs costing us $7000 total. As a young family, and first time car buyers I feel like we were sold a lemon.
