Not recommended. Aftersales care is bad. I bought a car from them a long time ago, but the stress of trying to get an issue resolved was bad. Engine warning light came on 5 hours after sale, returned to garage. Was told it was the EGR valve. They ordered a new EGR valve (which took 2 weeks from England) and fitted it 2 weeks later. Collect car afterwards and it drive great, but one week later, engine light came on again, took car to reputable mechanic who informed me that the EGR had not been replaced, but rather 'cleaned'. A common practice to try to fool people. I lost trust in them and fixed the car elsewhere. Not recommended at all. EDIT: I am certainly a previous customer, so you should double -check your records. The sales man was Grant, and I bought a Mondeo and part exchanged a green BMW 3 series. And looking at many other reviews on here, it seems that your terrible after sales customer care has not improved one bit. My advice to would be customers remains the same - shop elsewhere!

Brought a car last Sept and they were helpful then. One morning the car wouldn't start and in fairness they gave me a new battery. I was also having issues with the clutch pedal sticking. When I brought it back they spray some part and this did not work. I brought it back again and they said the fluid was dirty so put new fluid in it. The clutch pedal is sticking again and brought it to a well known garage and have been told that it needs a new clutch and some other parts and this is going to cost me a lot of money. Unbelievable. You buy a 2nd hand car from a garage and expected it to be of good quality after spending a good amount of money on it. The aftersales is not good if they cannot detect the problem of the car in the first place or they couldn't be bother fixing the problem while in warranty. Would not go near them again. Regarding your comment, I never booked the car in for a fluid change. This was you mechanics suggestion on how to fix the problem.

I bought a car which was advertised on the website as well by a member of your staff that it was equipped with DRL’s. After buying the car and taking it home, I discovered that the DRLs were not working. Then, your garage offered to fix that issue, but from July until now, it still has not been fixed. The car was left a couple of times at the garage and the issue was not fixed. I was informed that I will be contacted by the garage, but then never contacted. From the start, you should check if things that you advertise are in working condition and inform your customer about such issues before they purchase a car. Also, if you tell a customer you will call, you should call. I don’t live in Dublin, so taking multiple trips to leave my car at a garage is not convenient.

I have finally got around to rectify a post I made several months back I was and still am going through something family related but I got the hump because I thought the car would be still there that’s why I didn’t come down from Armagh over that weekend but I want to make it clear it had nothing to do with the garage the stock is top quality staff very helpful I was just pissed that I lost the car I was after so sorry it took me so long to get back to you apologies and again nothing to do with the garage or staff just me annoyed at myself take care

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE !!! My Volvo V50 I bought from them not 3 months ago broke down a few days after leaving the garage . Gave no help as there was no warranty. I've put over €1500 into the car since then and its still not road worthy . The car was damaged when out on loan before I bought and they covered up the damage. The driver door has now stopped closing and the wing mirror ( that was attached with tape) came off on the motorway the other day . Theres no doubt in my mind they knowingly sold me a faulty car. Not very nice people .

I would strongly recommend Webb Motors to anyone looking to deal with courteous and professional staff. They assisted me quickly with sorting out an issue I was having with my car, due to the unwillingness of the original seller to provide any help. The staff went above and beyond to help me out with this issue and also gave me clear and honest advice on what steps to take next to make sure everything got sorted. Purchased a 2012 rcz from webb motors at end of april this year with a "warranty ".Still waiting on them to repair turbo coolant sensor and air-conditioning, its now November. Despite travelling from offaly to Dublin on numerous occasions, I have been told different stories and have now just given up on this garage. Very bad customer service, I will definitely not use this garage again and now would not trust them to repair the car even if they were to offer.I would not recommend anyone to use this garage .

I bought a car 2 years ago ,(early 2019)after afew days i had problem with the engine so I brought it back many times to them .They tryed to fix the engine problems or better say just hide the problem .The 3 months warranty was gone so from 2019 till now every 3 months i have to visit the service with the same probleme "the engine" .Im very very disappointed because the car wasn't cheap so I had to spend extra money after it's very disappointing . Don't recommend this place . .

I called this man today to view a Volkswagen Passat I asked him several times was the car in good condition he replied to me and told me the car is immaculate condition which only one owner from brand-new I travelled over 200 miles when I got there dear was three owners on the car The condition of the car was treble dear was scratches and dents everywhere on the bodywork So please avoid this dealer at all cost if you think anything of your time avoid avoid avoid

I bought a Mini from Willie and Dean during lockdown in January 2021. Called Willie on the Saturday, they sent the requested Whatsapp videos on the Monday, straightforward price deal done by phone, and I paid on the Tuesday - Willie delivered to Cork on Thursday. Car has since been into main dealer and specialist for accessories fittings - both who commented how nice the car was. No problems whatsoever. Can recommend these folks wholeheartedly.

The service and value from Willie has been exceptional he has even gone out of his way to help family and friends who have had issues with their own new and second hand cars not bought from Webb Motors. Buyer Beware!! Do not buy from this company. They have a terrible after sales service with no regard for the client whatsoever and will not help if anything goes wrong. They became extremely rude and aggressive when they were made aware of problems with the vehicle. They make false promises while trying to secure the sale which they will not stand over and even go so far as to deny they made. "0" Stars!!

Brought beautiful second hand Mazda 6 car from Webb Motors. Car was well inspected by webb motors and is in good condition. Also, got 3 months warranty on purchase. This warranty offered by Webb Motors is applicable to all second hand car purchase. Staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. If compared to other dealers, Prices here are quite reasonable. From the great reviews decided to check out Webb motors. Came away with a 151 D mazda 6 beautiful car. Had a small problem with the battery which was rectified straight away. Used to publicise themselves as SIMI approved but weren't, they tried to sell a broken car, didn't wanted us to test drive saying he doesn't have time as he doesn't make much profi, which made no sense. Would recommend to STAY AWAY from them, and in case you dealt already then know your consumer rights to deal with them.
