The experience I've had a this pharmacy is absolutely terrible my medication is always late, no I don't have the medications in Stock and have to order When prescription is ready medication is missing Prescriptions meant to be delivered on multiple different occasions of had to go and collect I would recommend using 7-day pharmacy at the other end of welling high Street

If YEAH and saying nothing is the new customer service standard of greeting customers i was taught wrong..there is definitely something wrong with customer service here..as for knowledge and logistics ill leave it to the regulars to comment on..only went there as it is within Morrisons but will not anymore!!!

Today I purchased night nurse medication from assistant Jasmine Charter. What a lovely young person who certainly knew her job concerning all the questions that she had to ask me concerning health issues when buying this product. And also not what to take along side it ( paracetamol products)

Messed up my rolling, quarterly prescription on the last 3 occasions. Tried to blame my GP for not sending when in reality it was supposed to be automatic. Now using the 7 Day Chemist up the road.

The staff at the chemist were very friendly. They have adviced me which is best medicine for my problem.

Awful service would definitely not recommend at all. Don’t waste your time going there.
