This pharmacy is the absolute best. Amazing, professional and courteous. The regular pharmacist, Khalid, is a true gentlemen, always going above and beyond to make sure the patients are taken care of, with the rest of the staff also being amazing. They genuinely care about each and every patient, being incredibly helpful in every situation and query I’ve had. Khalid is incredibly attentive and a true professional, taking the time to answer any questions you may have and always making sure you understand everything. You can tell that they truly care about their patients, and that's what makes this pharmacy so special. I live 10miles away but will always stay nominated to this pharmacy for my prescriptions! I highly recommend them!

The Pharmacist (male, with beer and glasses) is lazy and try everything not to do his job. I went there 5 times for a so called Walk in Service and yet, he is on lunch at 3pm 5 times. I suggested to make an appointment yet being declined, on the six times and I was lucky that he wasn't eating at 3pm, he has declined the service because it is actually not a walk in service! Even though Advertise on their official website! No clear information was given in advance despite I was there 5 times prior, and not available for explanation, just wasting people's time over and over and over.

I gave my repeat prescription in on Friday. Told to collect Tuesday (today). And they haven't a clue what I'm talking about and ask me to shout across the shop in front of other people what my prescription is! Are you aware of data protection laws?! Absolutely disgusting way to treat someone!! Shockingly unprofessional and their attitudes were highly inconsiderate and unnecessary. Never use them, ever!!

Always found them to be helpful and considerate. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that sometimes the lack of urgency to the process can be frustrating when you have to pick up something urgently. Again, they’re always lovely still and almost always have what we need in stock (not prescriptions and over the counter).

Been ringing for hours can't get through being a massive pain for me 1st time using this pharmacy and can't seem to make contact to confirm if medication are there when arrived they didn't have my medication so complete waste of time would have been a lot easier if just answered the phone.

I have been charged £41 for eye drops because it was private prescription. My friend just paid £15 for same medicine but double size. Absolutely shocking!!!! Who decides these prices? Im sure they had similar drops which could have been offered without charging that much!

I get my prescriptions here and my jabs, all the staff are polite and friendly and will help you or advise you and you are treated as a human and not a number, to all the staff, well done and keep up the good work …

Friendly and helpful. Currently have to pay parking in the street - blame Havering Council for that- but this is a good local pharmacy offering many services

All staff member are excellent always friendly and try to help. Visit pharmacy twice for medican which was out of stock and manger ordered for me.
