24 Hours medical service is a boon. And that too at Hot spot. Even useful for many night drivers on that route. One will not get consumer goods after 12 night as per instructions by Police and this medical follows it sincerely. My concern here is that I went here for buying Gee Jam Pad and that they were not even aware of it, so we had to went to other wellness forever chemist near Badlapur Station. Staff needs to be updated about general medical products also

This if for the Ghorpade Chowk store. The instore experience is good enough. 24 hour service is the USP. The staff could be advised to hard-sell a little less. However, if you want to order any medicines which are not available. Then the experience is pretty disappointing. I was not given update on the medicines I ordered. Even after 7 days there was no confirmation if the medicine would be available eventually.

Pathetic service. The people there don't even care about the customers.They just want to make inside jokes & laugh about it. Very poorly trained people. Hope so the management hire good ones in future.

Seles people not attending customer property at night at 12:30PM even asking customer to go out of shop compair to other medical store have great service.
