Worst pharmacy I've ever been to! They have NO IDEA what is going on. Almost every time my doctor sends in a prescription they lose it and then tell me they have no idea what my new prescription is. My doctor will have to call in MULTIPLE TIMES to get them to figure out what is happening and it will take days for them to fill anything because of this. One time they called me to tell me my prescription was ready I went in and they had no idea what I was talking about prompting me to go without my prescription for days while my doctor literally had to force them to figure things out. The only reason I stayed with them for so long was because I live so close but I finally had to say goodbye and go to one further away so that there was less problems. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOU PRESCRIPTIONS TO LIVE THEY WILL MESS IT UP AND MAKE YOUT LIFE DIFFICULT!

This pharmacy is providing very poor care and here are two reasons why, from someone who works in a pharmacy. My doctor sent in a script for Flonase and the pharmacy manager declined to fill for the generic fluticasone 50mcg because “there’s no generic” but I do know apotex makes a generic. In the same trip, I had to take my medication back within minutes because they shorted me 30 capsules out of an expensive 60 capsule fill. The manager’s excuse was that they had a new assistant in that day. This was scapegoating as this should have been caught at the final clinical check. Visually it is noticeable by vial filling alone, and why it was so glaring to me. It was an extremely frustrating experience from the patient side, knowing what decent pharmacy service could be like.

The employees there are very condescending. I tried to change my appointment for a none Covid related vaccine. Instead of listening to me, they kept telling me to change it online. If I could change it online, why would I be calling them ??? I tried to explain my situation to the student pharmacist. She said her time is valuable and she doesn't have time to look it up for me and suggested me to change my schedule online again!! But for none COVID related vaccine, there is NO way to change appointment online. The entire exp is more than frustrating !

It's back open , open back up a few months ago . The staff are great there , super nice and caring , They even went out of thier way to call me to let me know they were closing very soon For the day and I was scheduled to come in that day to pick up my meds and would have forgot if they didn't call me . much appreciated for the level of service they provided to thier clients . Best pharmacy I've been too around Vancouver and fast .. And so close to Joyce sky train station for extra convenience..

Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. Victor is the best and goes above and beyond for customers. The shop itself is always so clean + stocked just right. I use to go to Shopper Drug Mart before discovering Wellness Pharmacy - they were always so mean, judgemental & took forever to fill my prescriptions. I’m so happy I found Wellness Pharmacy & just can’t imagine my life without the amazing, sweet Victor. Such a kind professional who truly cares. Thank you Victor ❤️

My son had a late nose surgery appt and I needed to pickup 2 prescriptions which were critically needed for the evening. I walked into Wellness Pharmacy Joyce (Vancouver) literally 2 minutes before they were set to close. I explained my situation and they promptly dealt with the prescription orders. Fifteen minutes later, I was on my way. What great customer service !!! Our new Nurse Practioner is located next door so I guess we found our new Pharmacist.

A clean pharmacy with responsible and friendly staff! I believe that a pharmacy is not just a place to get medicine, it is just like going to a specialist doctor. They are no different! Advice and guidance in the pharmacy is a golden point for success and customer satisfaction. I am happy to have this pharmacy in my neighborhood and I always introduce it to my friends. I used the Avee Telehealth Service to contact Dr. Helen Imolele and she was on time, thorough, caring and genuinely interested in my concerns. My prescription was then immediately sent to Wellness Pharmacy Joyce for dispensing. I can’t remember the last time a trip to the doctor and getting my prescription filled went so smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Imolele, Avee and Wellness Pharmacy Joyce!

Messed up my medicine two times… this medicine is my life line without it i would be a huge risk of danger and in worse case death. Im not sure how they have there licenses to do this work if they are not triple checking every rx… they simply dont care. Please go to another pharmacy they are carless and if you tell them what went wrong they do nothing to help fix there wrong...

I rec'd excellent service from Tiffany Wang. She gave me my AstraZeneca vaccine shot today. It was thoroughly explained the possible side affect. She was professional, courteous and lastly exceptional. This phamacy is clean and a gem. I would reccomend this location for all your needs This pharmacies positive out weigh some the negative reviews.

I set up an appointment at 12:30pm. At 12:30pm, he said it would be 10 - 15 min. I asked him if I could go to Subway. He said no, it will be 10 to 15 min. Then he helped 3 customers who walked in. Stupid! If I have an appointment at 12:30pm and I'm the first one. Haha I don't know what to tell you

Excellent place for a travel vaccine! Travel clinics charge a $50+ "consultation" fee but $0 here. Plus the vaccine I needed for my upcoming trip was much cheaper at this pharmacy than your typical travel clinic. Clean place with very nice helpful staff. This will be my vaccine place forever!

My pregnant wife went in for a publicly funded Tdap vaccine, was told she was getting a Tdap vaccine, and they gave her a TD vaccine, which does not protect against pertussis (the most important thing). This particular vaccine is also not recommended or tested on pregnant women.

I have been here to get my Immunization Shots privately. The receptionist who answered my phone inquiry was very nice. Also, the pharmacist lady who administered my shots is informative and very welcoming. I will surely come back and would recommend this pharmacy.

Today took my father for the covid-19 vaccine booster shot. First time came. Found this place is maintained super clean. The lady was very kind and professional. She gave us good advice and many information. Very satisfied with the service!

THEY CHARGE PREMIUM RATES. Went inside for worksafe claim. Claim didn't go through even though 100% of the prescription should have been covered. They said I would have to pay an extra $3. So I went to superstore. Didn't cost me anything.

Called to refill my prescription, the person put me on hold and said one moment. Waited 25 mins, I guess that person forgot about me. I disconnected and called back and got someone to refill my prescription right away.

They're usually pretty good but they almost never have all the meds I need and will have me make multiple trips. I came back the 2nd time in a day and they still weren't done more than 7 hours after I first came in.
