I joined the TR gym in November 2020, I am impressed with this place. I am taking personal training and I would say trainer are qualified and so good in behaviour that you won't miss a single day. Even if you are a regular member they give you personal attention and the follow up is also good, you are followed by a dedicated person if you are not reaching on the time. I loved it, my love is for zumba classes.

Very comfortable place to work out and feel satisfied, training is fairly done and they are very cooperative and managing people. Being a girl, I feel more safe working out in a place where people rarely go to the gym. 100% choice over any other gyms, being it a weight loss program or any other muscle training would always be a good option to choose this place fo it. It's a great place to workout, Tarun sir is very kind and generous. And has very good knowledge of diffrent kind of workouts as well as nutrition. I am an athlete and was looking for someone who can help me in improving athletic performance and my search ended here.

So far liking it a lot. Environment is good even for girls too. Trainers are very polite . Equipment are good too.
