ATMs should be easily accessible to anyone. Wells Fargo already has a limited presence in Illinois, so it was frustrating when I used my electric scooter to travel to this ATM so that I could deposit money, only to have the security guard at the building entrance refuse to allow me to roll my scooter 10 feet into the building for 30 seconds to access the ATM machine. Meanwhile, I can roll my scooter into Jersey Mike's, or any other retail outlet, and even my office building down the street without any issues.

On the one hand, the Wells Fargo ATM withdrawal limit is set at $500, depending on the account. On the other hand, there is no other Wells Fargo Bank in the city limit. Thus, it could cost a lot of effort and gas to come back and forth to this ATM if I wanted to withdraw like 1 grand or 2. Otherwise, must go 20 minutes or worse, 1 hour more, to the bank located near Evanston.

Feb 2019 Update: ATM is closed due to construction. Sadly no replacement/spare provided. No other WF ATM is available in a 20mile radius of the city. Talk about another reason to switch banks. ________ Literally the only Wells Fargo ATM in the city of Chicago. Luckily the building it is located in is open 24hrs.

Closed due to construction. Also the lady was rude to me while I was parking my bike outside saying it was dangerous for me to be in the construction zone yet the door is open for business and signs everywhere saying still open during construction. How hard is it to make the one atm in the city accessible?!

Perfect location inside the Wells Fargo CALL CENTER building. Google Maps works well if you use your blue bubble on the maps and find north. Not many people can find their own South lol in a hayfield. But this ATM is like a rarity and open all day long via the revolving door by security desk.

Sat at a table for less than a minute to organize my deposit and a security guard came and said they don’t allow people to sit in a whole lobby full of tables and chairs. I told him I had a deposit and he got all angry and told me to leave. Time to change banks.

**This location no longer exists** Apparently the atm was removed three weeks ago (start of Feb 2019) and there are not plans for it to come back. Closest WF branch/atm is now 30 minutes away. Not helpful for those of us here for work without a car.

This location is still active. There is just tons of construction going on at this location and the entrance has been diverted to the back (facing the river). You can ask the information desk where the ATM is; a really short walk from their desk.

The ATM is still in the building....dined at Rivers for lunch today and noticed that one of the ATMs has been relocated to the entrance that is closer to the corner of Monroe and Wacker. I saw it today! Its there!

Wells Fargo ATM machine is inside a building and it’s just a one ATM machine, it’s still here and not closed (Replying to one comment) the construction is next to it and does not affect the use of the ATM machine

This side of the building is under renovation, and it's hard to find if you first time looking for ATM machine. I was asking people around. No signs or any instructions.

There are two Wells Fargo ATMs inside the building in the lobby. It is an office building, so you won't see a big Wells Fargo sign on the outside.

Only Wells Fargo ATM in Chicago, so I made the long trip here and then withdrawals are unavailable. What kind of bank is this?

This location/both atms are permanently closed. The nearest one they told me to go to is in Evanston, IL.

It passed as a bank and when we arrived we were turned away because it was only Finance.

There is one working Wells Fargo ATM here that allows deposits and withdrawal.
