Drove through drive up window, Saturday 1/30 at 12:15. Needed to conduct banking. The branch at 19th Ave and Bethany, Phoenix. Holds hours until 2pm on Saturdays. The teller was on the other side of the glass. Lecturing me on their directive to stop helping people at noon on Saturdays, BECAUSE OF COVID. Crazy lack of service!!
I think it's stupid that they dont let people inside. They only doing drive thru. Many other banks are letting certain amount of people inside I don't know why they don't do that.
It's a good one..... I just like it... :)
