This branch is everything a full service bank shouldn’t be. When I walked in the “banker” was busy looking on her cell phone and there wasn’t a teller in sight. As customers waited in line, one finally came out of the back and acted bothered that she actually had customers. After waiting over 10 minutes for the person in front of me to finish their transaction I was finally allowed to go to the window. After asking for my debit card and ID and telling her that I needed to do an electronic transfer she looked at the information that I gave her, rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t do that. I had to go online or do it with a banker, but she was too busy. One her personal phone watching TikTok videos no doubt. I was reminded why I took most of my business from Wells Fargo. Not only is trying to bank through their archaic online site frustrating and impossible, no one at the branches seems to have any interest in actually helping customers. I am done and have moved to a great national financial service that greets you when you walk in the door and always are eager to help with any task. So yes, Wells Fargo it’s not me it’s you.
Just went today, 11/26/21 around 10:15am-10:30am. Everyone is always helpful here and very nice. Today I simply needed help withdrawing money and the two ladies behind the counter were rude. I had first called and they told me they couldn’t do anything about the issue and to call elsewhere (although I’ve had this issue before and was always helped at this location). I then proceeded to come use the atm indoors, and asked for assistance through the atm after it wouldn’t let me withdraw money. The older lady with red on her glasses(no name tag), just let out a loud sigh of annoyance when it notified her that I needed assistance, the other one laughed about it and neither of them bothered to help me. I stood there for over 15 minutes and not one “I’ll be right there”. They kept talking and ignoring me. I ended up walking out. There was no reason for their unprofessional behavior aside from not wanting to be there or doing their job.. which they get paid to do.
This is not pertaining to this branch but to their corporate customer service. I made an error and ended up with a negative balance of $300 and some change. I bought something and then tried to make a transfer while the first transaction was still pending. She stopped the transaction before it cleared AND waived the fee for the stop. Her name was Kaylene. I know she was just doing her job, but that was still $300+. We're in the middle of a pandemic and the month just started. She was VERY much appreciated.
I hope you never receive a cahiers check from Wells Fargo Bank. I have been on hold now for 27 minutes. Not sure about them but my time is important. Tried calling a branch and no will will verify. so my suggestion is maybe put a few more people in the verification department. because this is ridiculous. and evidently it disconnects you after 30 minutes
Staff is knowledgeable & genuinely friendly. Very helpful in resolving issues. This was especially helpful to me, because I had suffered a stroke 21 months ago and I sometimes struggle with comprehension and get a little confused... the staff was just great. Consumers beware !!!!! Please count your change before leaving from Drive thru. This applies for all banking institutions. Your change will be placed in the usual banking envelope but you will not receive correct change. I called to rectify the problem but ultimately was left WITHOUT solving the problem.
This is the only Wells Fargo that I've ever been to that held my money for 14 days because it was a high deposit nowhere else has this happened before only here do not deposit any big checks here because they will hold it as long as they can but the personal Bankers were very helpful
It started out well friendly bankers, but when i needed them to give me information about a recent checkthey told me they had no copies of it, and they couldn't help me prove I cashed my check there.
I have been trying for two days to call this branch to ask a simple question regarding safety deposit boxes. No one has answered this branch's phone line apparently extremely busy with customers.
Refused to open a bank account for me despite having all the requirements. Made up fake rules, saying proof of address can't be a bank statement, official website says it can.
I don't know how employees here do it dealing with difficult customers that are true pain. Clearly overworked but yet they're so pleasant especially Millicent and Rubi
Convenient drive thru banking. Multiple locations, can also get full service banking as well as ATM's at participating Tom Thumb Grocery Stores.
Declined to give me my money stated that they have to service they customers as if i wasn't one i will be calling corporate on this branch
